I didn’t stay a single night here bc I booked it at 4a, arrived at 11a to learn that they do not accept dogs and I would not get a refund NOR credit note bc I chose the non-refundable rate. Expedia staff called daily for 1week to either receive “That’s our policy.” response or no response at all. BUYER BEWARE.

Excellent, friendly staff made sure my stay was pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful but the coffee was from a mix (heresy!)

The elevator was very slow and tiny. The room was spotless but rented by the inch.

The location can't be beaten for travelers (just across the street from the train station). And the price was more than fair.

We stayed here for 15 days on a vacation to Rome.
The location is a god send, it's directly across from the main terminal so you don't have to wander the streets.

The breakfast was all you can eat but standard fare, nothing special. If you're not used to the stuff it can be kind of bland & samey but you get what you pay for.

The room was perfectly adequate. Cleaned daily and provided with fresh towels.

All in all a very good experience.

***Special shout out to front desk agent Luana. Who helped us book bus tickets and helped me find a cool night club.***

It was a small room but the view was beautiful. The front desk people were very nice and very helpful. The location of the hotel is exceptional, just few steps of the train station. The breakfast is good with many items to choose. Even though the room was small it had everything we needed. Extra blankets and extra pillows.. wi fi was good. We never try the TV. Our room was.in the 7th floor and was quiet and nice. The surrounding area have many restaurants and shopping stores..The only thing was the shower. The shower floor is higher than the bathroom floor so getting out is tricky. So be careful. I loved the hotel and we will stay again.

It was a short visit, as I had my flight early in the morning, so I can't say anything about the breakfast. But it is very clean, quiet, staff is very polite, the location is amazing. I've read reviews that they had small rooms, I'm pretty sure I got one of those, but it was in perfect conditions, not sure why someone would complain about this as I can't see how it would impact.

We'd read some pretty average reviews of the Hotel and were a little worried when we arrived.

We found the hotel old and a little run down, but clean and the staff were excellent and helpful. Transport wise, the hotel could not be in a better position as it is directly opposite the main railway station Termini. The surrounding areas are very dirty and there are unfortunately a lot of homeless.

Had multiple issues. The bathroom was raining really slowly. The shower was splashing water all around the bathroom. The bathroom sink was also clogged, noise in the hallway at night and multiple knocks on the door overnight, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

We stayed here a total of three times for six days during a two week span. We chose it because of its proximity to the train station into the metro line. We were two men traveling separately in separate rooms. We were very satisfied with the hotel. It met all of our needs, which were very simple and basic. The continental breakfast was especially a good bargain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Of course, it is an old building with small elevators and small rooms, but that was built into the sales price. All in all, a bargain, and I will plan to return again the next time I come to Rome individually.

The rooms were not as represented on expedia. They were small and in need of basics like furniture and paint. It appeared they had updated bathrooms, but they used cheap materials and shoddy craftsmanship. Halfway through our stay they made me switch rooms so they could make renovations to the room I was in. They tried to give me a smaller room with a poor view. I complained and they gave me a better room. A work crew started making very loud noises at 7am the next day. The rooms were clean and desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the train station. Breakfast was disappointing.

BUYER BEWARE (BED BUGS): Booked this hotel with my wife for our honeymoon for our first time in Italy. We settled on an inexpensive hotel close to the train station that would best fit our packed itinerary. We thought this hotel would be great based on the value and most importantly the location as we understood this hotel wasn't going to be the most premium one which was ok. However after checking in for our first night, I got severe irritation from the bed sheets which I thought was odd since I don't have any allergies. After my whole body feeling like it was on fire, we turned in the lights to our horror of little bugs along my pillow and sheets! From that point we packed up our things at 2a, talked to multiple employees, and reached out to the hotel manager after multiple attempts over our 3 day stay. Since this incident occurred, we had restless nights that derailed our original honeymoon plans and the service provided after the incident was bare minimum to resolve anything. We were barely offered another room and got one email from the hotel manager which basically avoided any accountability and provided minimal apology for what we feel is a major issue. We are still dealing with aftermath of inspecting our whole suitcase. We hope this review reaches anyone considering this hotel so you don't have the same nightmare experience as us since this seems like a nonchalant issue to them.

This hotel is conveniently located right by the train station, which makes it great for quick stopovers. The facilities are definitely showing their age, with dated decor and some worn furniture. Cleanliness is acceptable but not outstanding — everything felt generally tidy, though not spotless. That said, the staff were extremely helpful and professional, which really improved the overall experience. If you just need a place to crash for a night without expecting modern comforts, it does the job.

Do not stay unless you like staying in a sweat box! It was 83 degrees in our room in late May. I can't imagine the heat when it really got hot in Rome. The halls were cool, so the hotel had air, but the rooms did not. Talked to multiple people staying there and they all had the same story. Complained multiple times a day, but the air was running, just not blowing ANY cool air. Miserable 4 nights.

L’hôtel est bien situé. Face à la Gare Termini, boutiques et restos à proximité. Les chambres sont petites. Le lit confortable mais de grandeur queen. Les oreillers par contre sont très dures et plates, donc inconfortables. Nous avions un bain douche sans rideaux ni bouchon alors pas évident de se laver sans éclabousser partout. Le déjeuner est bien et ouvre à 7h ce qui n’est pas si mal pour l’Europe. Endroit pour les bagages sécuritaire. C’est dans un environnement bruyant alors si vous êtes fragile aux bruits à éviter.

Convenient location as it is right next to Roma Termini. The bathroom was very clean and the room is quite clean too.

£3 breakfast buffet between 07:00-10:00 is quite worth it, as I was able to consistently hit my target of 40g of protein for breakfast.

Be sure to open the windows as the mini-fridge emits a lot of warm air that turns the room into a sauna.

Across the street from Roma Termini is a big plus. That's it. Property is old, dirty and falling apart and nothing seems to work properly. No plugs available to charge your electronics. Staff is friendly and storage available for luggage before check in time. Only stayed for one night which is too long.. also very noisy and no temperature control available. Cannot sleep with Windows open as it would get unbearably louder. Do not recommend...

Location location location. Check in was easy with friendly staff. We were just needing a bed and bathroom and that’s all we got so it served our purpose. Only stayed for one night when landing in Rome. Wanted a spot close to the train station (Termini) and it was within walking distance.

The rooms are quite old and small with a tiny bathroom, but it’s to be expected for the price.

There’s a small elevator that fits 2 people and you need to leave your key at the front desk whenever you leave so security isn’t the best, but it’s central to some dining and shopping and close to the station so worth what you pay for.

Wasn’t the fanciest place we ever stayed but it was cheap, clean, and convenient to the rail station. Hotel lobby staff was great. We had to leave before breakfast so not sure what that’s like but they did have a little to-go bag for us with a juice, prepackaged donut thing, and some kind of bread or something. Wasn’t great.

Literally aross the road from the train station which was very conveniant. Aware there are nicer hotels out there but if you want to stay somewhere conveniant for metro, train and buses this is perfect. Its also only 3 minute walk to the platform for the train to the airport which makes the journey there and back stress free. Downside is it can be busy, but that applies to the whole of Rome!

Nice hotel, some areas for improvement

Well, let us start with the positive things:
Excellent location, just across the gate of Rome termini station.
Good price.
24 hours reception.
I guess it is good value for money.
The negative things:
A few additions, which are not costly can help in making life easier for the clients.
A few hangers for reusing the towels is cheap and will save unnecessary use of extra towels. We had to hang the towels over door handles.
A curtain to protect the bathtub will make life easier for the house keepers when making up the rooms, and it is not costly.
Also a dispenser for shower gel and shampoo is much better than the present items.
They give you the room key in a quite heavy metal chain which you handle to the front disk whenever you go out, it is better and easier to return the keys just at check out and keep with you (conveniently) all through your stay.
Anyway, those may be some areas for improvement which are not costly.
Overall, nice hotel, good value for money. I would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to getting around Rome.

Plus they have a secure room to leave luggage for those with a later flight.

However….
The hotel is in dire need of an update. It’s dated and worn. The lift made a horrendous noise. The room smelt of mould. The bathroom had mould coming through the celling. The furniture was chipped or stained.
The room had a bath - not ideal for the older person as it had no rail and was very high.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It’s continental. But the toaster didn’t work. The only fruit was tinned fruit salad. There wasn’t a lot of options other than cake or meats/cheese.

The staff were mediocre at best. When asked a question about visiting attractions we were told “I don’t know when you want to go.” That was the end of the conversation. Every time we walked past 1 guy on reception he was always fixing his hair in the computer monitor or kissing on the step outside blocking the door. Not very helpful at all.

The location was ok if you used the termani as a cut through. However on the streets there are a lot of beggars and rough sleepers than can make it feel unsafe later in the day.

This hotel is conveniently located across the street from the train station & metro. We stayed here on our last night in Rome. The room was quiet and clean and the desk staff were nice and helpful. The next day we stored our luggage at the hotel and went sightseeing. Later, we picked up our luggage and took the train to the airport. Just know that areas around train stations can be sketchy at night.

Great location. Across the street from Rome Centrale train station on Marsala. Opposite side of terminal are several airport buses for 8E.

Emanuel was very customer service friendly as was Ukrainan on night shift. Both spoke English.

Only there 1 night but will definitely return next year. Breakfast is 9E. Didn't take it since I had early flight.

Also many city buses begin their routes in front of the terminal.

I booked this hotel because it looked like the option with the best breakfast near Termini Station. It is right across the street. I was flying in that day with a connecting flight, staying two nights and wanted someplace easy to get to from the airport train even late at night.

This is an old hotel, but very convenient and clean. My room had a window opening on a miniscule balcony which I used to chill my drinks.

The hotel was packed with a Russian tour group and the two people stocking the buffet were racing around restocking. The Russians left by 8:30 am.

The elevator is the size of a phone booth. I walked up and down even with my minimal luggage. I left the elevator for others.

I have many electronics to charge so I had adequate extension cords and chargers. I used two outlets.

I liked it enough to book it for two nights in my way home.

On my way home, I booked a twin rather than double room.
It was adequate but I will book a double room in the future.
I am a NYC native. I live across the street from a 5 star plus hotel. There are garbage trucks at 4 am. If you are sensitive to noise, get industrial ear plugs or stay on a high floor of a hermetically sealed chain hotel.
