Don’t expect much for this property. It’s basically one room with a bathroom , one small walkway , no real lobby but a desk.

All I needed is a bed and while still expensive, in Italy it was a good price. Excellent location beside the train station and buses so you can get around very easily in the city.

Would stay again.

Property was centrally locater- you could walk to it within 7 minutes from the train station. The hop in hop off bus was located about 4 minutes away and there were plenty of places to eat. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. They had a nice upstairs rooftop area which you could use to relax in at the end of the day. The only drawback was we were not made aware of any of this until the next day as the office was closed when we arrived about 4.30pm. Their communication in that area could be improved but all in all a cheap convenient and comfortable stay.

4 days in Rome

This hotel was originally apartment building so the lay-out is what it is and one can see it immediately, narrow corridors and super small rooms. Everything was really clean and all in good working condition. Balcony was nice extra feature.It's kind of low end hotel but like said all was clean and good condition and friendly personnel. But the rooms are really small and shower size is a joke.
Me being normal size person I had difficulties to get in and take a proper shower. Someone a larger person could not fit in.

I was very disappointed! Breakfast is 2 blocks away with a voucher for a hot beverage & a roll! There is no lobby! On the 5th floor there is a rude attendant! The elevator needs mayor cleaning! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Due to COVID19 we were given another hotel. The similar rank hotel.
The hotel manager Cristiano was very helpful and customer oriented.
The hotel location is perfect. All sightseeing places are within walkable distance. There is nice restaraunt in the same building.

Not suitable for younger kids and Family

Firstly, to be honest i did not enjoy the stay as we had received some difficulty with the receptionist about the booking and number of people staying in the rooms as the law was \"different\". We booked for 2 adults and three kids and we have another child under 12 which is free as its the international law but they refused to let us in and made us pay extra 65 euro for another room far away from the current hotel, which resulted us into splitting the family into two different buildings. Secondly, i would like to mention how un safe the elevator is, as my kids are young and the door is not secure as it should be, and it could result into someone in the future getting hurt also. I hope you understand my situation as i and my family wanted to enjoy our holiday humbly but unfortunately we received a lot of stress from the hotel about our stay in the hotel, Thank you.

As tourists from Canada, this was our first hotel and stop visiting rome, the receptionist was really friendly and went through the map of Rome and recommended where to go and how to get there exactly, offered us complimentary breakfast and recommended REbasilico restaurant which had absolutely amazing staffs and importantly food! Highly recommend this hotel for a great place to visit with all the accommodative needs within the suite! Great spacing very adjustable

Rome visit - cheap clean accommodation

A little confusing initially in locating the hotel (it’s inside another hotel on the 5th floor) the actual hotel we stayed at is a few streets away from the location however we were escorted there & explained how to enter & exit the rooms. Surrounding area have a lot of food options & walking distance to main train bus area. However streets are dirty & littered with overflowing bins & rubbish. Can be a bit difficult with the uneven cobblestone paths taking your suitcase but manageable. There is a phone which can be used 24 hrs to contact reception at the hotel should you need anything, they were also helpful with maps & any other enquires. Rooms are basic but clean & comfortable.

Stayed here Aug 2 -5 2019 with wife and 2 children. True Rome experience with a vintage elevator to get up to 5th floor. Don't expext luxury or lots of space but room was clean and staff was welcoming and helpful. Considering cost, I do recommend. The included breakfast is at a cafe one block away and includes a coffee and cornetto per person.

Was sketched out at first due to all of the negative reviews but had a positive experience! Very helpful staff, clean & simple room, had everything for a basic hotel. Free breakfast was great. Best part was the area, very cute and lots of restaurants nearby and literally five minutes away from Roma Termini!! Very happy with this hotel (June 2019)!

Having wished to book a hotel close to Termini station due to onward travel plans it was extremely annoying upon check-in to be marched off to a remote site 10 minutes away from the supposed 'hotel' . The room was also tiny especially for 2 people . There are far better value accommodations nearby as we discovered on returning to Rome.

Good location near Roma Termini train station. The hotel is located on the 5th floor with very old timer elevator. The elevator was a interesting/good experience. The room and batteoom are very tiny. If you carry a large luggage, You won't have space to lay down your luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful to give you suggestions where to visit in the city.

Do Not Stay Here!!

If it wasn't for the fact that we arrived around midnight and my kids were exhausted we would have looked for another hotel. We were put in the annex portion for the hotel which is a 10 minute walk from the main hotel and not the pictures they show on their site. I almost cried when we walked in the room. I think the only things they wash are the sheets, luckily. First off, they give you about 5 keys for all the different doors getting to your room, the bed frames had dirt all over them with mold/mildew in some spots. This is NOT a sound proof and is across the street from a 24 hour bar. All night I heard loud drunk people, cars and the doors rattled loudly every time someone came into the building. The beds were old and you can feel the springs in your back. Oh, and the bathroom, the SMELL that came out of it was horrible. The toilet looks as though it had never been cleaned and the mold on the ceiling was enough to make me sick. Did I mention the gum stuck on the wall? Gross. We had the quadruple room in the annex and it was so tiny. There was no room to walk around once everyone and the bags were in the room. As for breakfast, I can't tell you how it was as we couldn't find the \"bar\" they said it was at. Honestly I can not say anything good about this place, except they held our bags for a few hours and the staff was polite.

Had a really good stay. Hotel is basic but does the job. No issues at all. Great little gem tucked away on a side street so close to local amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable. Yes it could do with a bit of paint here and there but otherwise is absolutely fine. Breakfast was a voucher to use in the local cafe which was great.

Wound't go back! Poor service. NO REFRIGERATOR! We had to pay an extra tourist fee. Bathroom was not like the pictures but very small and old and moldy. If you went to the toilet you had to sit with your feet in the shower. TV didn't work. The room was dirty (when we arrived there was for example some glass on the balkony, after 6 day's it whas still there). Room was also very noisy, we could here our neighbours and the reception. The breakfast was pre-fab (2 crackers and a small croissand) and there was always something missing. If we said something about it they said it was 'a gift' so we should be happy with what we got. The breakfast was also including one choise of coffee, but the machine whas broken half of the time, so no coffee. One chair was broken.
A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, (especially across the station). But when we ask where we could eat they wanted to send us far away to a restaurant where they would get a commission.
But the wifi was nice

I took a vacation with my wife, 3 little children and myself. This was one of the larger rooms we stayed in and for a great price. It was a little hard to locate but that is only because there were so many hotels in the area. We walked from the train station with no issues at all.

annex location is terrible

We chose the hotel as it's supposed to be close to the Termini station, although the main hotel was really close to the rome Termini, the annex was not, several blocks further away, in fact closer to Castro Pretorio station which is still 10 mins walk. then we have to walk all the way to get our breakfast that is within the termini station. I felt there's misrepresentation about the annex bldg, it should have been mentioned that is miles away from the main bldg and nowhere close to the termini station. there were also dust on the floor around the bed, the tv remote was full of dust. cleaning was not good.

The room didn't have AC. The shower leaked water into the bathroom causing a mess. Towels were as thin as the bed sheets. It is on the fifth floor but there is an elevator available. 2 blocks from the main train station.

Excellent place to stay. Great for a family.

Yes it is small, but more do you want? It has comfy beds, clean (all tiled), close to transportation, and friendly service. We stayed in the annex bldg, so we had a/c. The breakfast was good enough to get you going in the morning and the restaurant \"basilica\" was fantastic for us as well. We will be staying here again when we go back to rome. Bring a small bike lock to lock the cupboard and you're good to go. We will recommend this to friends.

Cons: Hotel is tucked away on the 5th floor. Rooms are small. Shower didn't work well. Every morning at 7am clock tower rings waking everyone up, it's pretty loud. Breakfast is down the road in a cafe (it's a croissant and coffee, nothing more). No A/C. The safe is tiny, won't fit an iPad.

Pros: wifi worked well. Termini station close by, fairly cheap. They sorted airport transfer.

This hotel cost $l25 American dollars and I expected at least something in return. My room was clean but so tiny and the hotel on the 5th floor with the tiny desk reception area was terrible. My bed mattress was like a roll-away on a metal frame connected to another mattress of even lessor comfort. But to make it an even worse situation I was told that \"breakfast\" could be had \" 3 blocks down the street at a bar\" You just have to walk 3 blocks, the man said......I could not believe it. I would never recommend this hotel to my worse friends.

Great Hotel for An Overnight by the Airport

Stayed here for one night before taking an early flight out of Dublin the next morning. We arrive a little before midnight tired from traveling. We were greeted by Boris, who was extremely helpful. The only downside is you have to pay for wi-fi. Other than that, great price for an overnight stay.

The hotelroom was dirty. Lots of long black hairs everywhere including in the bed. Under the bed there were plastic bags, bottles, dust, napkins etc. Not cleaned in ages? There was a homeless person in the stairways at night that you had to step over to get to the floor of the hotel. Worst part though was that the hotel room was freezing cold. To save money they do not turn on the heating. Avoid if you can!

A mejorar: más allá que sea un hotel de 1 estrella, las habitaciones deben estar mejor cuidadas, y aseadas, aunque tienen lo necesario. El primer día me falló el agua caliente, pero se solucionó. El personal de limpieza hace mucho ruido.

Great budget stay in Rome

We were met by a very friendly receptionist when we arrived. He let us into our room early free of charge and explained to us everything we needed to know about Rome as first time visitors.
The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are a little bit thin, so if you are a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea (worked for me :) ).
The elevator is a bit antiquated. If someone forgets to close the door properly when they get of, it will be stuck on whatever floor it’s on until the door is closed. A situation which led to us having to use the stairs on some occasions.
No problem for us, but something to be aware of if you for some reason have difficulty walking to the fifth floor.
All in all we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was perfectly located near the train station, only a few minutes walk. We were also easily able to walk around the old town and see all the sights which were all a very short distance away.

Não sou exigente com hoteis, mas fiquei muito decepcionada, com o que vivenciei;

- não há aquecimento adequado, desligam o aquecimento durante o dia;

- Não existe toalhas de banho!! Fornecem um pano que não seca o corpo, parece pano de toalha de mesa;

- Não há frigobar no quarto, bem como não há água, ou qualquer outro conforto disponível, sequer máquina de cáfe e/ou água no prédio, uma decepção......

- Colocava a água que comprava no mercado no lado de fora da janela para manter fresca;

- Sistema de limpeza do quarto somente as 6ª feiras;

We stayed in the superior room with the balcony for 5 nights. The staff at the hotel was kind and spoke English very well. The location of the hotel is good since it’s close to the Roma Termini station where one can easily take the subway or train.
As for the room, we didn’t find it pleasing. The bed sheets were stained and occasionally had someone else’s hair in them. The ”towels” were not changed every day. The soundproofing of the room was terrible: our room was next to the reception where we could hear everything. In addition, the balcony was very modest and the view was uninspiring.
The breakfast was served at a café nearby. I think the staff there could have been more friendly and welcoming towards us. The breakfast included one hot or cold drink and a pastry.
Overall, we would not stay in this hotel again.

L’hôtel est pratique car à proximité de la gare et il est très bien situé. Le personnel est chaleureux convivial. Sinon niveau de la chambre, elle est petite, literie laisse à désirer (matelas pas confortable), murs pas isolés, les essuies ne sont pas changés. C’est un hôtel de passage.

Hôtel simple, très bien situé et tranquille.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel avec un accueil convivial et en français. Chambre très propre, ménage tous les jours. Situé prêt de la gare central Termini avec les accès aux bus et métros. Je le recommande pour des jeunes gens, personnes d'affaire de passage ou bien personnes souvent en extérieur et avec un budget restreint.

J'y retournerai forcement. Forza Roma !

Sobre o hotel

O hotel fica localizado apenas no quinto andar de um edifício cuja, faixada, entrada e áreas comuns são muito antigas e feias, com um elevador que dava medo de usar.

Já o hotel, já no quinto andar, é arrumadinho, limpo e com cara de hotel.

Quanto ao quarto é muito simples, mas estava dentro do esperado para um hotel 1 estrela. A reclamação fica por conta do pó nas cortinas e colcha da cama que nos causou rinite alérgica.

O café da manhã que pagamos não é no hotel, mas sim em um restaurante próximo com direito a um croissant é um café. Não vale a pena pagar a estadia com café da manhã.

O atendimento foi maravilhoso, os funcionários são muito gentis e solícitos. Nos deram uma pequena aula indicando locais legais, opções de transporte público para o hotel e pontos turísticos.
Além de disponibilizarem um frigobar na recepção para os hóspedes. E no réveillon nos deixaram uma garrafa de espumante no quarto como cortesia.

A localização é muito boa, próximo a metrô, termini, supermercado.

Hissen är i dålig skick/gammal; Entré/hallen är väldig trång finns ingen utrymme för att sitta eller gå bredvid någon/resväska; både madrasser och kuddar är hårda att man har svårt att sova, vaknat med ont i kroppen,Terrassen är liten och smutsig.
Frukost (kaffe/juice, croissant) ska man äta två kvarter därifrån i ett litet bar/café där värden går runt bordet stupet kvart för att små plocka när man inte ens är färdig och man kan inte ”äta” i lugn och ro...tyvärr rekommenderas inte, det stod tre stjärnor på hotellet något som inte stämmer alls på stället.

El personal fue muy amable, cuando llegamos a hacer check in, nos dijeron que nuestra habitación estaba en otro lugar, mandándonos a 6 cuadras, cuando la razón de esa reserva era que íbamos a salir en la madrugada de la estación de trenes. La cama muy incomoda y no asearon bien la habitación.

Muy buena ubicacion, para hacer de todo, turismo, comer. Estacion de termini muy cerca. No necesitas coche. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno la atencion. Solo deberian mejorar un poco la limpieza de los baños. Tienes wifi, y funciona muy bien.

Nous étions très déçus du petit déjeuner qui était servi dans une brasserie - si on peut l'appeler ainsi - en bas de l'hotel. Aucune diversité, pas d'accueil. Rien n'à voire avec ce qui était décrit !
