Great stay at lovely hotel.

Great stay at comfortable hotel. I always stay near Termini station so I can walk to my accommodation & drop my bags ASAP. Room was clean & comfortable, air conditioning was a welcome bonus. Good wifi. Nice breakfast. The owners are very kind & accommodating & warmly welcomed me & stored my bag for hours after checking out. Perfect hotel for exploring the city, right near the main train station. Highly recommended!

We arrived to the hotel with multiple bags to discover that the lift doesn't work. So, 12 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor was very difficult.
The room was very spacious. That's the only good thing I will say about it. The bathroom floor had hair from at least 5 previous guests. The bidet had hair in it. The shower had long black hair in it.
There were flying bugs in the room. All of us have bug bites.
The mattresses are thin and hard. The towels are thread bare.
Location is good. Close to Metro and Termini.

The hotel was kind of a dump and the neighborhood was probably the worst in Rome. I can say the staff was amazing and very helpful. The staff made the best of a bad situation as we were stranded by another hotel that lost our reservation. The hotel was directly across the street from Termini station which was extremely convenient.

Very close to termini

Very convenient and close to train station. Quiet but nothing fancy. Building is old but room is clean with ac and tv. For breakfast , croissants not fresh and juice is watered down. Check-out time is actually 10:30 not 11:00 as Expedia says.

Great location, not so great hotel.

Reception, Rooms, Breakfast are located in 3 seperate buildings. Stayed there 1 night. Room was tiny and the smell wasn't that great. Wouldn't recommend unless your desperate and max 1 night only.

Character hotel with small, ancient elevator. Close to main train and bus stations and walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions. Check in /out prompt and easy. Staff friendly (mostly) and helpful with advice.

uncomfortable bed & no wifi

Bed was very uncomfortable, couldnt sleep. Picked this hotel out of all the others in similar price range in the area because it was the only one advertising wifi in room & within walking distance of train station(since i was arriving at night & alone it felt important) felt safe walking there but thats the only positive i can say about the experience. Bed was hard & uneven at the same time, wifi would connect but immediately drop, hotel staff speak very little english & just shrugged their shoulders about the wifi. Room was clean, but lobby looks nothing like the pic & stairway & common area not well kept. Was unable to sleep, no very litlle italain so enjoying italian television is not an option, the lighting was to poor to read by & w/no wifi it was a loooong night of tossing & turning & no sleep. Wouldve checked out, but it was to late at night for that to be an option.

For a budget accommodation, it's pretty good choice. The only problem I had was, that reception was buildings away. So I accidentally ended up at the front door of the suites, but prompt service rectified the problem.Averell service was great, room clean and close to Termini train/subway station and Airport express coach services. I would highly recommend it.

great location for great deal and service

the owner here is pretty sweet and super nice. Because we are students so we booked one family room with 6 beds, but she gave us 2 seperate rooms next to each other. The bath room is kinnda dirty and molded, but I still would recommend this hotel because it has been renovating. So hopefully by the time when we come back, everything will be new. We all checked out at 11am, but she didnt mind to watch out luggage until 3:30 pm.

Good location but bad condition

The hotel is just 1 min walk from the (airport) bus stop of the center train station. surround there are many stores and restaurants. It's on 3rd floor of another building with a tiny elevator. you will have to check in with hotel Mirage. We were happy with the wireless internet. the room is good size. but some lights are not working. There is a electricity problem. all the power shut off a few times. The bathroom light didn't come back. We told the front desk but they didn't send anyone. We had to shower in dark. The telephone wasn't working either. There is a mini fridge in the room but no safe. The breakfast is very simple. I am glad we only stayed a night. The price is good though.

The room would have been nice enough, but we needed a room for 5. They just added extra beds to the room so there wasn't even enough room to walk around the beds. If wehad needed a room for fewer people it would have been fine.
The continental breakfast was OK. Not great, but OK. The location was not bad. If you need to be by the termini it is perfect. If you want to be close to the center it is a bit of a walk but not bad.

Really good location. Immediately outside termini(main) station. This is especially good as Rome's public transportation is not well connected and can be confusing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in halifax. Its on thrid floor. No lift. Although from outside the building looks sleazy, room was small, but comfortable and had clean bathrooms. I had taken single room and it was just perfect IN ITS CATEGORY and for my needs(touring Rome).

Hotel Mirage & Halifax Rome close to railway stati

this is second time I have stayed here. accommodation is pretty basic but quite cheap and clean. Across the road from the Termini railway station and metro,it is handy to everything. The airport express train goes directly to this station. Close to restaurants and shops. Is even air conditioned. Concierge looked after our bags in afternoon after we checked out.Would stay again

one receptioon for 2 hotels the Mirage seems a better quality than the Halifax
The hotels is central to the Roma Termini Railway Station (main rail & Metro to Roma is good for travel anywere in Rome. Good for a short stay is hard to get into & out of rooms.

only advantage of this hotel is it's nearness to the main railway station.
Otherwise I am notat all satisfied with the hotel.
Reception,hotel room and breakfast ..all in a separate adjecent buildings.Lift is very small ,very old and stopped working after 10pm.When we entered the hotel room,flush was not working and toilette seat was broken.Breakfast was below average in a tiny room.
Not worth the price paid.

Άφιξη μετά τά μεσάνυχτα στον σταθμό της Ρώμης από το αεροδρόμιο αλλά η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου στο πίσω μέρος βόλεψε πάρα πολύ για άμεση ξεκούραση και εφαρμογή των σχεδίων την επόμενη.
Βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο κτηρίου, έχει ανελκυστήρα αλλά είναι μικρός.. Ορθογώνιο δωμάτιο 10τ.μ. αλλά με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ή δύο βραδιές. Ο μικρός χώρος υποδοχής γίνεται χώρος πρωινού. Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλόξενοι και πρόσχαροι
Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα για καταστάσεις τράνζιτ μιας και η περιοχή του σταθμού δεν είναι η καλύτερη της πόλης...

Un hotel correcto para lo que buscábamos que era pasar una noche cerca de la estación de trenes ya que al día siguiente teníamos un tren temprano a la mañana. La habitación amplia y la cama grande pero el colchón durísimo. Un plus es que incluye un desayuno que si bien es básico continental por el precio que pagamos fue más que suficiente. Repetiría si necesitar nuevamente pasar una noche cerca de Termini.

ロケーションは抜群ですが、宿泊費に比したコスパは最悪です。
部屋は狭くて古くて汚くて、滞在するのが苦痛でした。フロントの英語力も低く、予約していたにもかかわらず、なかなかゲートを開けてもらえませんんでした。絶対にお勧めしません。

Simpelt værelse, - på trods af det var deluxe, meget lille toilet og badeværelse og meget enkel morgenmad. Dårlige spiseforhold i receptionen. Noget uvenlig og rodet opgang. Meget gammel elevator. Natreceptionist som næsten ikke taler engelsk. Dørsamtaleanlæg som fungerer meget dårligt.

Nossa segunda vez em Roma, escolhemos um hotel próximo a estação Termini pela praticidade pois estaríamos com muitas malas. Fizemos a reserva em 2 hotéis: Hotel Suite Caesar e Hotel Carolina. Na hora do check in descobrimos q se trata do mesmo hotel, são andares diferentes no mesmo predio. O hotel é muito bom, reformado, limpo e quarto e banheiro amplo. Staff muito simpático, permitiram um late check out. Café da manhã gratuito e de boa qualidade. Ótimo custo x benefício.
Nosso quarto ficava próximo a recepção, por isso era barulhento de manhã.
O principal problema do hotel é a condição de conservação da entrada do prédio. É de dar medo, sujo e velho, bem diferente do andar onde está instalado.

O hotel vale pelo preço e pal localização, ao lado da Estação Termini. A recepção e o hotel propriamente dito não ficam no mesmo endereço, mas ficam próximos. Você faz o check-in e se dirige a uns 20 metros adiante e entra num predio comum, indo ao terceiro andar. Lá você deve tocar uma campainha para que a recepção libere a entrada. Isso funcionou nos 2 primeiros dias e nos outros demorou bastante para abrir. O quarto era confortável, mas o banheiro deixou a desejar. O chuveiro quase não tinha água mas deu prá tomar banho. A descarga do vaso sanitário tinha que ser acionada 4 a 5 vezes para funcionar. Não sei quanto aos outros quartos mas o que fiquei, número 109 era assim. De qualquer forma, provavelmente ficaria de novo nesse hotel. Espero que essa crítica ajude a melhorar o serviço. Outra coisa, o café da manhã podia melhorar um pouco também. Tudo muito regulado...

Wird gerade renoviert, sieht daher gut aus. Heizung funktioniert gut. Im Sommer möglicherweise etwas stickig, da Fenster zum Innenhof hinausgeht. Kann ich aber nicht beurteilen, da ich im Winter da war.

O banheiro é excelente! Quarto muito silencioso e aquecido. Elevador funcionou normalmente todos os dias. Perfeito acesso aos pontos turísticos (é possível ircaminhando, de ônibus ou metrô). O café da manhã não é do tipo \"self service\", você deve pedir ao garçom dentre as opções disponíveis.

Hotell nära stationen, bra för en natt

Ok hotell med närhet till Termini Stationen. Vi sov här en natt på grund av sent flyg, dagen efter bytte vi hotell till ett bättre område närmare Colosseum och alla andra sevärdheter. Men det var perfekt nära stationen för en sen incheckning. Vi hade dock inte velat bo här en längre vistelse.
Frukosten var inte den bästa, rekommenderar att ta en kaffe och panini på stan istället, men det var förstås bättre än inget.
Rummet var mycket lyhört, så öronproppar rekommenderas.

Bra läge men tråkigt hotell som svårt att hitta!

Tråkigt hotell som var svårt att hitta!! Men det visade sig till slut att hotellet hade gemensam reception med Hotel Mirage där också receptionen låg .... Väldigt tråkigt rum. Men bra läge på hotellet. Flera trevliga restauranger på gatan utanför hotellet .

Llegamos al hotel que era en un tercer piso x escalera.Nos recibieron y tuvimos que bajar a la recepción, en otro edificio a 20mts que era en el edificio del Hotel Mirage. De ahí nos dieron una habitación a dos cuadras en un tercer piso de un edificio en un B&B galaxy. El desayuno era en el edificio de Hotel Mirage. Por un problema con internet luego nos mudaron al edificio de Mirage en el que teníamos todo en el mismo edificio.
Más allá de esto, el personal muy amable y servicial.

Reception esterna alla sistemazione con accesso solo dall'esterno, colazione esterna alla sistemazione con accesso da altro ingresso, ingresso alla sistemazione da scala condominiale fatiscente, mancavano le salviette da bidet, se si apriva la finestra entrava un disgustoso odore di cucina, camera adiacente ad un forte rumore di macchinari fino a tarda notte

muy buen hotel para residir unos días, directamente delante de Termini, el personal muy amable y disponible , muy atentos. pedimos tres camas separada sin embargo hubo un mal entendido y nos encontramos con una separada y una cama de matrimonio. Solucionaron el problema al momento. Recepción abierta 24 horas, El desayuno es servido entre las 7.30 y 9.30, la habitación bastante limpia. El problema era un poco el ruido de la calle por obras que estaban haciendo en Termini, sin embargo una vez cerrada la ventana no se escuchaba casi nada. Muy recomendable.

Hotel carino, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Perfetto per trascorrere una/due/tre notti, non di più.
L'unica pecca l'ascensore vecchissimo che ha smesso di funzionare all'improvviso. Le stanze dell'albergo poste al terzo piano erano raggiungibili solo dalle scale, buie e poco visibili.
Colazione ok.
