I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Seef and would highly recommend it. The staff were friendly , helpful and welcoming , which made us feel comfortable . To name a few who deserve 5 star, they are Fatimatu. Sharmilla at breakfast, the housekeeping and reception team and the lifeguard by the pool , all of them were very polite and helpful. Overall it's a great hotel with fantastic staff, perfect location and a good breakfast. There were a few issues with our room when we first arrived but the manager on duty handled the situation promptly and professionally , resolving everything to our satisfaction. I would happily stay here again and recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the area, and we truly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms. The pricing was very good and fair, especially considering we booked two rooms.
We also enjoyed the breakfast offerings — they were varied, fresh, and delicious, which made our mornings great. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would happily stay again.

Though it is little far from main attractions like Dubai Mall, Burj Al Arab etc., the hotel is about 10 minutes away from the airport and is cheaper compared to may other hotels. The hotel is clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast buffet was very tasty with many vegetarian food options.
We will consider staying here again.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my hotel checkout. I requested assistance with my luggage as I wasn’t feeling well. Considering I had five suitcases and had stayed for a month, I expected some support. Unfortunately, I was left to handle the situation on my own, while two receptionists (both men) observed without offering any help.

Good property, Bad customer service

Location was good. Property was clean and tidy.

The customer service put me off. The front desk employee require a lot of training prior being placed there.

We were greeted with no smile. Very transactional during check-in.

During check out i requested for a cab as I didnt have a local number to use. I was told to walk to the next property with my luggage and ask for a cab. Not helpful in my opinion.

The property offers bare minimum facilities e.g. no hotel slippers, no dental kit (unless requested)

I had initially booked for 2 nights. However my flight timing got changed at the last hour and I had to leave early. I requested hotels.com credit for the 2nd night. Refused.

Although the location is good, I would not return to this property.

Where to begin...when my wife and I checked in we were not given clear instructions on how to access the lift from the parking garage. Once inside our room, the remote control for the TV did not work. We notified reception and waited 45 minutes for someone to come. My husband finally went down to inform them in person. He was told they never received the call because the call went to an operator. When the engineer did make it to our room, he was able to turn on the TV, but the channels would not change. He told us that someone from reception would come and change the batteries...no one came! Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged.

Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were runny, the sausage was cold, and the croissants were old.

This was the worst experience at any Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. I do not recommend this hotel and we will never stay there again.

We are Hilton Honors members and very disappointed in the product put forward. If I hadn't had business at the US Consulate, I would have moved to a different hotel.

If you want to stay in an authentic area of Dubai

I arrived late and I didnt like check in as the service was rudely interrupted by customers who didnt wait their turn so it took 10 mins to check in.

The room itaelf was lovely, i liked the mural on the ceiling of dubai and the little details like the rope and the metal bars that contained the wardrobe and shelving unit. The room contained a fridge and had a kettle so i was able to make myself tea and cofffee whenever i wanted to.

Breakfast had a good selection - pastries, fruit, cooked food, cereals so it catered for most diets. And seeing that they changed the items on the cooked section like boiled eggs one day, turkey bacon etc. It was interesting to see different versions of pork foods.

I also used the pool one day as its only open until sunset (they seem to close things early at this hotel) - when i would use them. I was the only one in the pool and its manned by a lifeguard so we had a little chat. This was squeezed in before my sunset safari, which I've booked in the lobby. Definitely worth going.

The second day my card key didn't work, even when i asked them to change the card. They called an engineer out (this was around 10pm) and he toiled to fix the mechanics, he tried his best. In the end i was moved to a different room (no mural, less natural light).

The area is in the old down - Al Seef so its near the river and souks so its more interesting staying there

We absolutely loved our stay (in Dec 2022) at the place.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and hard working and it is at a walking distance from Metro and other grocery/superstores. Its also kind of in the middle of old dubai/Deira and downtown/new dubai.

The staff in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful..

My experience at Hampton By Hilton Al Seef

During my stay at Hampton by Hilton Al Seef, I was very disappointed. First, as a business entity the staff should be welcoming and try their best to maintain a positive relationship with the customers. However, in my condition the receptionist were not cooperative as if they don’t want to welcome me and enjoy my stay. Second, no one had informed me or notified me in advance that the swimming pool and restaurant are closed. Therefore, I had to visit the next door hotel to enjoy the 5-star service instead! Third, I would like to bring to your notice that the cleanliness and Hygiene of all staff should be of high standard and priority!
Nevertheless, I would like to take the opportunity and appreciate the next door hotel “Canopy By Hilton Al Seef” that warmly welcomed me and my family to enjoy there 5-Star services at the restaurant and swimming pool. Special thanks goes to Mr. Ayman F&B Manager who did his best to comfort me during my breakfast.

Nice hotels with a different vibe

The rooms and hotel interiors and decors are funky and a different variety. The breakfast was nice, not soooo vide spread.. but I loved it.

I wouldn’t go stay here with a big family as the rooms are standard.

The only problem is being a standard room the toilets are small and tight with small kids.

If I go as a couple or small family I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely experience

Found this hotel accidentally to stay after our flight for one night and were very positively surprised! It’s super lovely, funky style, great location with promenade down canal going to Dubai old city with lots of food places and small shops. Staff was friendly, helpful and nice. Special thanks to Doina for a very lovely check-in experience and managing our check-in earlier than planned.
Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Especially loved the ceiling painting! Loved that even the smallest details have been put in consideration.
Breakfast was also pleasing, fresh and tasty. Great plus-underground parking!
Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again a d recommend for others! Great value for the price!

Nice Hotel: just as shown in photos

Convenient location near Dubai Creek waterfront (restaurants and tourist shops within walking distance). Room was nice and comfortable with a king bed (American), fabulous free breakfast, and a short walk to the Metro. Room had a small refrigerator.

Room was clean and well kept. Only about a 15 - 20 minute cab ride to DXB (about $10 USD). Concierge was able to arrange for a nurse to come to the hotel to administer our COVID test prior to returning to the US.

The property was awesome and the staff was exceptional. It was a 8-10 minute walk to a shopping center with grocery store and money exchange. The Dubai Metro was 12-15 minutes walk. There is a hospital close by where I was able to receive a Covid-19 test. The area is very safe and clean. The pool is small but large enough to enjoy. I experienced no problems. I will be back.
