New and clean room. Great staff especially Sameer and Kabeer. Check in and checkout process were easy and convenient. Great location and walkable distance to Burjman mall and metro station. I will prefer the hotel for my future stays in Dubai.

I had a really good experience at the hotel. Stayed there for ten days and had my flight at 11:00 p.m. on the last day. I asked if I could check out late and they allowed me to check out at 6:00 p.m. for no extra fees. Good rooms, however, I would sometimes not get all of my commodities (like water and sugar for tea) refilled after room cleaning services. Washroom space is a bit small as well. Overall 8.5/10 for experience if I had to rate it from 1-10.

There was no option from the beginning between smoking and non-smoking rooms.

The corridors and rooms smelled bad/stuffy. I was moved from a smoking room to a non-smoking room, but the smells persisted, just to a lesser degree.

It required leaving the window open and intense spraying of febreze.

The mattress was quite solid, not too comfortable.
The water pressure with alright, not great but the shower holes were very small which gave a weird sensation. The water temperature was very hit and miss, took a while to heat up.

There was building works in the room next to me that I was not informed about, which resulted in very loud drilling at 10am.

Hi I am Maniram Rai and I have been stayed 14 night in this hotel. For transportation Exellent coz burjuman metro is near. Everything were great and no moments. However my stay was 14 night so if there will be small Ice box/Freeze better to have keep some needy items/stuffs. Thank you

The receptionist was rude!
I reached there before the other person and she moved my passport on the side and checked the other person and gave her the room right away and asked the concierge to take her luggage while my luggage was still outside where the taxi dropped me.
I had to wait for 45 mins before I got the room.
And it wasn’t busy at all.
Room was average. No fridge!
I had to ask and wait until I got one.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Raviz Central Hotel on Expedia to ensure others are aware of the shocking state of the accommodations.

My stay was nothing short of a nightmare. The walls were covered in dirt, and the floor seemed untouched by any form of cleaning. Immediately alerting the staff, I was relocated to another room, only to be met with an overpowering mold odor that triggered immediate coughing. Graciously, the hotel staff upgraded me to a suite, but even this fell short of the cleanliness one would expect from a four-star establishment.

The attached pictures tell the story better than words ever could. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, the conditions of the rooms were inexcusable. It took over an hour to secure a room where I could attempt to get some rest, and by then, it was already 3 am. With a check-out time of 7 am, I barely had any time to recover from the ordeal.

I want to emphasize that my complaint lies solely with the condition of the rooms. The staff was understanding and polite throughout, but the cleanliness standards were far below what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

In the interest of transparency and the well-being of fellow travelers, I encourage you to think twice before booking a stay at Raviz Central Hotel. It pains me to write this review, but I believe it is crucial for others to be aware of the state of the accommodations.

Stopover on way to Europe

Convenient to train station just 6 or so stops from airport. Friendly attentive staff. Clean and well presented. Standard room needed a bit of maintenance but comfortable, upgraded to beautiful corner suite on way home - lovely. However no hot water in the morning on second stay. Breakfast good, starts being laid out from 7am. Train opens from 7am in case are needing to get back to the airport early.

This hotel is 100% Indian. The food, the people that work and stay at this hotel and all of the outside stores, environment. It felt like we were not in Dubai, it felt like we were in India. If this is in your liking, than you will enjoy. Personally, we struggled because we do not like this type of food. Also, the staff was not helpful at all. Could not even help us order a taxi. So if you want service, this is not the place. The pros of staying at this hotel is that you get a large room for the cheap price. So if you’re on a budget and don’t mind, this is the place for you. It is also close to glow garden which is 10 mins away and conveniently located in front of a hyper market and atms located all around.

They stole my Apple Watch and when I told them I’ll report the incident to police they returned it to my room so I decided to leave the hotel because it’s not safe I have my laptop and other stuff in the room and I couldn’t sleep that night and the duty manager instead of apologizing for this bad thing happened they reject to give me refund for 5 nights still in my booking

Very Greedy hotel. First they refused to cancel the booking just 5 minutes after booking then they charged nearly the same price for date change which is ridiculous. Even after that they never included breakfast in the price. Over all very bad experience.

The worse place ever I am chocked I was in Dubai but I felt like I was in the worse part of the world.. I have photos I will be posting... dirty sheets, dirty floor, stinky room, bad service, no parking onsite, water comes brown and gets yellowish out of the sink and the tub... dirty tub I will just let the photo and videos show what I went through... we got back in the car and drove around hotels and finally stayed at a beautiful property in business bay...

Worst hotel experience ever

*MUST READ* Worst hotel I have been to. Never expected this whcih says it is a 4 star hotel. First everything here was Unprofessional, From staff to rooms everything here was bad. I this times of corona we want hygiene first, which was missing Completely. The staff at the reception itself was not wearing mask all the time. The room were even worst, I booked and asked for Non-smoking room and they gave me smoking room which was smelling bad. Bathrooms were leaking. Housekeeping staffs does not do their job properly, does not clean everything, does not vaccume, does not refill all stuff. Dont fall for the price please. IT IS NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL.
This all things are basic which every hotel does, but they dont even care.
Location is best as it is close to main metro station and find everything around.
But will never ever fall for the price, will only book branded hotels only.

This Hotel was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint us during our stay there! It is centrally located within walking distance to the Burjuman Metro Station/Mall and local shops.

The room we had was neat and clean and felt homely; and so did the Hotel actually. Our thanks to the Hotel staff especially to Duty Managers, Ms.Seeta Mishra and Mr. Jinu along with the stewards and stewardesses at the Taste restaurant, housekeepers, bell boys and concierges for their warm hospitality and being always helpful & serving with a smile.

Breakfast served was decent not lavish but could have included more variety.

Overall a good pleasant experience :)

Great hotel in Bur Dubai.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and they change up the menu items daily. The check-in and check-out process quick and proper. The room was comfortable, mattress very firm, WiFi was excellent, lots of electrical outlets for charging numerous gadgets. Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to/from Burjumon Metro station and mall. Numerous shops and restaurants a very short walk away.

Good new hotel

It was a good hotel, though obviously new as the taxi-driver wasn't sure where it was (but a quick phone call to the number of the Hotels.com booking page got the tinformation he required). It's actually within walking distance of The Creek and the souqs, but remember that Dubai is pretty hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained. The airconditioning couldn't really be controlled though.

Well located hotel with a great staff, number of amenities, features and dining options. Had a fantastic time, and would recommend to anyone looking for an all encompassing stay with high-end hospitality and comfort.

Stayed 4 nights and found the accommodations to be fairly priced, along with a fantastic daily breakfast at Taste, which was highlighted by a great staff and very cordial chef.

It is easy to catch metro if you keep walking for about 5 minutes or less. Furthermore, There is Burjman mall which is 5 minutes by walk and it has 4 floors. Also, you can find cheap Indian restaurant in the right side. Over all I like my stay and for sure the kind people there

Exciting new hotel

The Raviz was a pleasant surprise. Because it is fairly new the
taxi driver had trouble finding it. However, on arrival the staff
were very friendly and efficient. Room was awesome and well
appointed with all sorts of extras. Breakfast first class and close
proximity to the Berjumin Metro station has it ideally located
