Although the room I had this time was the studio with balcony which suit me well to my needs (Thank you Bilal)

It was ok. You get what you pay for. The room was comfortable but was in need of a refresh, some mold in the bathroom etc. all of the towels smelled bad. Every day new towels and even the pool towels and they all had an odd smell. I spoke to front desk but nothing was done I guess it's just the way the storage cupboard smells. They use rubbing alcohol to clean and sanitize the rooms and that leaves a strong residual smell as well. If you are at all sensitive to smells this is not the place for you. The gym was decent and clean. Staff were all very nice and friendly

The hotel is based in a residential area and it’s quite a walk (15 mins) to Burjuman mall. All the main restaurants are around the mall area.

Excellent apartment hotel, where everything is kept in nice condition and service is superb. Big rooms with proper kitchen. Good quality breakfast too. Only poor noice cancellation between adjacent rooms and neighboring building construction was disturbing. Kids thought this should be five star hotel;-)

Many pluses to this well-placed affordable hotel

A really nice hotel with friendly, caring and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the WiFi worked pretty well. Hotel is also fairly close to a great walkable neighborhood and a metro station. There was a building under construction across the street. Construction noise started by 7 or 8 each morning. If it weren’t for the noise, the hotel would have been the ideal place for our 5 nights in Dubai. After check in, I submitted feedback through this site commenting about the location of the room being near the elevators and cleaning closet. The same day we were offered to change rooms. I appreciate that the management of the hotel made an effort to try to satisfy us. I would stay at this hotel again. I would hope that the construction noise would be a thing of the past, and I would also expect to pay a good deal more than we paid for our stay this time. Keep up the good work, Savoy Crest!

We were on a family trip and stayed 7 nights in this hotel apartments.
1. Amazing staff who made sure we had a pleasant stay round the clock.
2. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping and clean towels.
3. Provided a crib for my 7 month old son.
4. They provided me a second access card because I went for smoking outside regularly and didn't want to disturb family.
5. Free parking! My friends and family could easily come meet us without looking for parking in this busy area.
6. They have a gym, a swimming pool and a pool attendant on the roof top.
7. The rooms were equipped with a decent size fridge, iron/ironing table, safe, hangers, washer/dryer, sink, stove, microwave, kettle, appliances and many more.
Overall we had an excellent experience and would definitely book this place on our next family trip to Dubai.

We booked for a studio apartment but upon check-in, we were upgraded to 1 bedroom. We stayed for 5 days and during our last day, we were afforded 4 hours late check out.

The staffs were amazing! They are 5 stars. They make sure that you always feel welcome and comfortable. They are always willing to assist.

My son got sick during our stay and we received (delivered to our room) a 'get well soon package'. My son was crying in the lobby when we were waiting for our transportation and they gave him a toy, not only once but twice.

Special shout out to Perves who was always there offering his assistance and always checking if we are fine.

Breakfast is great but would have been better if they have different daily menus.

Equipe extremamente atenciosa. Hotel não tão próximo do metrô, mas para as atividades de turismo nos pegavam no hotel e táxi é a melhor opção de deslocamento na cidade. Há 10 minutos a pé do Burjuman Mall, e supermercado próximos também. Café da manhã bastante variado com ótimas opções. O único ponto negativo é o sinal de wifi muito instável e ausente em vários momentos, praticamente só funciona bem na recepção do hotel.

We loved these apartments. Very spacious and clean. The one bedroom apartment had a double sofa bed despite it being advertised as a single sofa bed. It was very adequate for our eight yr twins. Kitchen has a washer dryer meaning all washing was done prior to home! Two ring , toaster, microwaves, fridge freezer comp,teed the separate kitchen. Pans only one massive one and a frying pan, bowls were very small. That is my only gripe that the utensils etc in kitchen were not brilliant but it did us as we only had snacks etc. Bathroom has a hairdryer, bath/shower. Bedroom very large, lots of wardrobe space and iron/board, free safe, tv. We ate in the downstairs restaurant, which is part of the lobby, food was very nice, slightly pricey but ok,. Rooftop pool, small but very adequate for a dip at the end of the day, was always quiet and open till 11 meaning the kids always had a swim at the end of a long day! Staff very nice, housekeeping excellent. If you are watching your budget I recommend this place. We used big bus tours and taxi to get around as well as the metro and this okace is a good location for all of these. There is supermarkets nearby to pick up supplies on the way home. On reflection, I am very glad we booked this place and not a beach hotel which were very pricey and touristy. I felt like a local here although there are no local Dubai people n Dubai itself! Haha Arriving at the apartments they were dark and a little depressing with a musty smell but we grew to love!

A Great 1st Stay @ Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments

The hotel staff was great for the short period of my stay. I was only able to stay at this property on my last day due to the availability. The hotel staff greeted me with a genuine smile and a hello. I was met with good hospitality by the hotel staff. As I briefing spoke to one of the front desk personnel on some of the difficulties of extending my stay at other hotels on this trip which amounted to 4 others I expressed of staying somewhere where I feel valued as a Guest. The Front Desk Clerk offer me the business card of the Hotel Manager to make reservations upon my next stay/reservation and I thought that was good added touch of going extra in making me feel like a valued guest. I commended him on the presentation of professionalism at check in. Although I was 1 hour early I was checked in within minutes. The room had an ambiance; there was a glamour based on the decor of the room which had a modern feel; the staff was prompt whenever I made a request to have someone check the thermostat, the water heater, and when I checked out it was less than two minutes when Concierge came up to the floor to assist me with my luggage. Although a 1 day stay, I will make a reservation upon my next stay in Dubai to see and do more at the Savoy Crest.

Perfect location for your Dubai Holiday

We had a very pleasant stay with the family with kids. Reshma was very helpful in answering all my queries since the day i did my online booking. The communication and attention to details were very clear. We check in at 4am and received welcome drinks. The rooms we wre clean, beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful in anything we needed. The rooms and beds were made up regularly. The hotel reception was very helpful for guiding the tourists. We got to celebrate xmas in the hotel and kids got some goddies from Santa which was exciting for kids. Over all its a value for money, location is a plus. Will surely recommend to tourists.

A fantastic accommodation with value for money. Honestly I have stayed in several hotels and apartments as am a regular visitor to dubai since 1994 but I can say that I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The Manager of this facility and other staff are the best at work. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone or family visiting dubai. Apartment was totally new and good. The behaviour of reception staff and swimming pool staff was not satisfactory. Bathtub tap water was coming with some colour. The same was resolved by a technician. Quality of food was OK. Room facilities were good. In my opinion, Savoy Park is really a much better place to stay and relax.

My family and I spent 5 nights at the Savoy Crest. The hotel staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful, polite, and always put forth extra effort to make sure we felt welcome. Tickets for excursions can be purchased at the hotel and they have a complimentary shuttle to/from the beach every morning.

Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The hotel is in a great location, very close to supermarkets, local restaurants, the Burjuman shopping Mall and Metro station. We would definitely stay here again.

Situated in a nice quite area, easy reach to Metros, shopping areas,
Dubai mall and also all other attractions. Restaurants are all close by.

Our Experience:
We booked four rooms in total, with the party of 7 adults and 4 children.
We started communicating by e-mails with the Hotel after booking this hotel
apartment sand all our questions were answered very quickly (within 12-24 Hrs)
with politeness. Our stay was made much easy by the good management Staff,
who were always kind and helpful. They always went mile further than what we ask for.
The longest stay by one family was 18 nights and did not feel bored at all . We thoroughly
enjoyed our stay because of the highly trained staff. Our special thanks goes to Mr Nikhil
Sondhi, Mis reshma almeida and the front desk staff. We highly recommend the Savoy
Crest and will surely stay there on our next trip to Dubai.

Good location good service however bathroom was smelly even though it was cleaned. Drainage maybe needs seeing to. Room was ok and cleaners were friendly and worked with what they had.
Why was there a time limit for using steam room and sauna? Only 15 min each allowed which was absurd and there was no queue!! There was only male attendants in the sauna area for women which I was u comfortable as he would knock on the door to come in whilst I was in the sauna cubicle! I was very unhappy about that and there should be women attendants claiming women utilities etc !!!

This hotel is great for people looking for more Asian cultural amenities. It is close to Mina Bazaar & the Deira area. You will find a lot of hussle in this area with young men trying to sell you traditional Abayah, Asian suits and fake goods such as hand bags glasses & watches! Lots of choice of Asian dishes, Chinese phillipeanan & Indian food. The hotel is close to both Al Fahidi metro & Burjaman Metro.all day metro cost about 22dhs that gets you all day travel up to 12 midnight. The old museum is 20 mins walk from the hotel & Deira Creek is about 30-35 mins walk away. You can catch an Abra (old creek boat) for 20dhs which will cruise up and down the creek then drop you on the other side of the creek if you want.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. It is quite roomy, clean and well-equipped with washer/dryer, full kitchen, 2 baths, living room, dining table, large bedroom with wardrobe. Is on a quiet street, 7 minutes from Burjamon Metro. The Metro is very easy to use, and your pass card is good on buses too. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast (extra cost) is tasty and varied. We used a nearby travel agent for several day trips to a desert safari and Abu Dhabi, they were cheaper than the hotel. The hotel does have a free shuttle to Jumeriah Beach leaving at 9am, returns 1pm. There is a small grocery store across the street, several others nearby. Also nearby banks to exchange money - do not do that at the airport, they have high fees there. The hotel area feels safe, but then we never felt unsafe anywhere in the city. English is the common language, with so many different nationalities in Dubai.

Friendly but a little worn round theedges

We spent two nights here. The room was comfortable if a bit worn, including linen. The staff were very good indeed and so was breakfast. The distance to the metro meant a lot of walking in practice, and we found it difficult to find good local restaurants ( one seemed to have disappeared because of new development - this seems to be a bit of a problem in Dubai

Convenient & Comfy Stay

You get what you pay for and will be satisfied. 5 min walk to Burjuman Metro station and Burjuman mall where there is a Carrefour supermarket. Useful for buying groceries if you want to cook in the apartment. Shower is good - water pressure & temperature are very good. Overall we have no complaints about the place.

Nice hotel

We have very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel apartment.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are very spacious. The staff are very polite and efficient.
The hotel is in a good location, not far from local amenities and Metro station. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to any one else.
