The hotel offers good value for the price and its location is good as you can walk to Old Dubai, which is great. The rooms are spacious, though they could be better maintained (mainly bathroom). Breakfast had options, but the quality wasn’t the best and not really to my taste. Overall, it’s a decent stay, but fairly average.

In the description it said property is located within minutes to Burj Khalifa, but it always took us around 20-30 minutes to get there. Not walkable. You can only walk to the Grand Souk. Is wasn’t mentioned that this is mostly Indian neighborhoods, 99% of guests at the hotel were from India, so the food selection at breakfast was catered to their taste. It was almost nothing to eat for us. The water from the faucet smelled horrible. In the shower it was hard to adjust the temperature of the water, it was mostly impossible hot. The bed was comfortable and hotel is very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Great staff but the club noise was really bad

Have no complaints about the staff especially Jonathan who was extremely helpful. I did have an issue being put in a room at check in that was not properly sound proofed as the club music was thumping through the walls till 4am every night. I complained to the night manager but the music just got louder. The staff’s attentiveness [especially the day staff] was the saving grace. I can't imagine I am the only one who complained about the noise but I just decided to bear it for three nights. Jonathan did tell me I should have talked to him and he would have moved me immediately.

Nice Place - Not Nice NOISE…

If you stay here, make sure you get a room HIGH UP, away from the Thumping, Throbbing, Bone Pulsing sound of the Loud music from the club coming through and vibrating the the walls and floor. After a long flight during a too-long layover I could NOT sleep due to the noise. What made this unnerving is the desk said they ‘Upgraded’ me… but the room was almost directly above the club….! All good, but then at 10 o’clock Obnoxious sound started and continued until 4:30am. I should have complained and demanded a different room, but instead just put in earplugs with my head buried in pillows (worked about 40%). Just be forewarned. Otherwise a decent place, just demand a QUIET room…

There is a night club which played loud music until 3:30 am and then noise of moving tables and chairs until 5 am, my room was 111 and can feel every noise in the walls and room, impossible to sleep, there is nothing hotel reception can do. Very disappointed, not returning or recommending.

This hotel now operates under new management. I always stay at this hotel during my visit to Dubai. Close to metro, restaurants and market. The other reason I choose this hotel because of sauna. All staffs are very attentive and helpful. A lady at the reception from Myanmar (sorry can't remember her name), allowed me early check in at 10 AM. Bhojraj at the gym/pool and Dawod were also very helpful. Full value of money.

Now they have a night club at the ground floor and you can hear the sound until 3 in the morning. Doesn't look like the property is maintained as before. Broken umbrella at the pool side, low quality green tea and coffee bags, etc. which they need to improve. Also, now they start charging a high charge of AED 100 for extra guest which doesn't make sense. I ordered a small can of Sprite for room service, which cost AED 2 or 3 at any supermarket and they charged me ridiculously high price of AED 35. How on earth a hotel like this can charge AED 35 (US$ 10) for a small can of Spirit?

The property is well located. Close to the airport. The room was a bit small, but cozy. They are making improvements to the hotel. As was evident with the new windows, and a modern restaurant downstairs. The food was delicious!! My room had some paint peeling and some tiles missing in the modern, updated bathroom. So, theyre working on it.
I could walk everywhere on the island. I even walked to the ferry and took that to Male for the day. I would stay there again.
Theres no pool.or fitness room. The ocean is just 100 meters away. Turquoise bgreen beautiful water. Get up early and catch the sunrise!! Lots of mosquitos. So bring deet!

We have stayed at this property numerous times when it was a Four Points Sheraton.

However on this occasion under the Majestic brand we have not had a good nights sleep as the hotel houses a club of some sort which blasts base until nearly 3-4am which makes sleep nearly impossible even on the 4th floor.

Clearly soundproofing is lacking and when we have reported it we have been advised it is not a hotel run club and not in their control.

Disappointing as one pays to stay at a hotel so one can get good nights sleep.

Sadly I would not recommend this venue as the noise it unbearable even on the 4th floor. I asked for a higher floor but was assured 4th would be fine as was pre-warned by my family who stayed on a lower floor.

Sadly quite disappointed and pleased to be leaving tomorrow.

Right place to stay for a tour around DUBAI

This hotel stay was very good in all aspects. Everything was almost near by distance 30-40 minute drive. Shopping malls, restaurants, etc. The staff were very helpful. Commendable service by Mr. Alex and the team.

The hotel is okay, the location is fine but I had a terrible experience at the time of check in. I had booked my reservation 6 months ago from USA and I did get expedia confirmation on my reservation. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk and management refused to honor my reservation stating they dont see it in their system. They asked me to book again with their current room rates which was more expensive and for 4 people they gave a very tiny cramped room with one of us sleeping on the couch.

It was very accessible and very safe for anyone walking outside at any time of the day. Very friendly staff.
The front entrance should be glass sliding door with sensor.It was very taxing and inconvenient to open pulling or pushing for someone with limited arm mobility issues. Door man was not always there to open the door for you. Bringing luggage in and out was also a challenge due to very steep slope in front.

Well-positioned hotel

Well-positioned hotel in Bur Dubai (the old town). 7 Mins walk from the Burjuman Shopping Centre and Metro Interchange. Room was well-appointed but looking a bit tired, particularly the bathroom which needs all the old silicone sealant removing and replaced by some new sealant but using masking tape to ensure a clean line. Bar is a bit pricey - £10 for a pint and £10 for a glass of wine. However, there is an African & Eastern Store 3 mins walk from the hotel where you can stock-up on alcohol at very reasonable prices. You have to take your passport with you and can only drink it in your hotel room. There is a fridge in the room, Breakfast is really aimed at the Indian/Pakistani clientele but if you are prepared to try something different then it is quite filling and tasty, Anyway, who goes to the middle east and expects a fry-up? There are some western dishes but this is really just chicken sausages and beef bacon (honestly). Omelettes, scrambled eggs and baked beans are always available.

Wont stay with any Sheraton anymore, disappointed

The Hotel was fine, but disappointing process. In my experience when anyone checks in to a hotel most hotel around the world including Sheraton will scan a copy of your credit card or any room service charges etc. This hotel didn't. Later when I ordered room service and requested this be charged to the room they did so , however next day when We left the room and returned we were locked out of our room ,we were asked to pay for the bill or pay a deposit for the room service. Sounds like these guys don't trust this customers. Specially when some one is staying with the hotel for so long and a long standing Sheraton customer around the world Also the fridge for the mini bar empty, specially when the add mentioned it has a mini bar in the room. I don't think I wont be staying the any Sheraton any more, very disappointed.

So glad we chose this hotel.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was amazing, the hotel and the rooms were very clean, it is downtown; close to shopping, restaurants, old Dubai, and the Creek. I believe we received a better feel for the people and the culture of Dubai by staying here and ride sharing to the newer areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Dubai.

Clean Hotel - excellent service from the hotel staff. Breakfast was superb with wide varieties - top class restaurant tableware. Particular mention of Reception staff Reena and Rafi for their personal attention all along. Only inconvenience was the small wardrobe space. Excellent location with two Metro Stations very close by and abundant clean eateries nearby. Will come back again when visiting Dubai again.

I would definitely stay here again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. We stayed for 6 days and had two rooms. There is a metro close by but we took taxis to everywhere. Walking distance to ferry ride to souks. Restaurants and stores close by. Very convenient location. The travel agent in the lobby assisted us with bookings as well as Covid testing.
