The room fekt like a box. Very old, very outdated and not well maintained.
Sauna and Steam bath, close at 19h !
Poor breakfast, little choice, no real coffe, no omlette stand.
Shower, went from cold to hot.
Not a 4* star by a mile, certainly not worth £140/night.

Do not be misled by those modern two towers. The hotel itself is at the base but when you enter it has the feeling of an upgraded motel. Rooms small. Terrible breakfast. Smelly corridors. Not centrally located and anyone staying there will have very different impressions of Dubai. We booked two nights but left after one. A one to two stars is more appropriate. This is not a four star property.

This hotel is perfectly located right at Burjaman Metro Station (an underground station which serves both the green and red metro lines) and right beside Burjuman Mall. We were able to effortlessly take the metro to the airport and be there about 25 minutes after checking out.

The location of this hotel is excellent, It is right next to the Metro station and Burjuman Mall. The mall has an excellent spread of cuisines and a carrefour supermarket.
Staff are friendly.
The room size maybe a bit small but this is good value for money.

Good budget hotel for staying in Dubai

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and services were timely. Staff members were courteous and helped us with getting cabs as well as getting a few documents printed for free when we needed them urgently. The rooftop bar provided nice sweeping views of the citu particularly the Frame. The one drawback of the hotel was the tiny room size. With our 3 large suitcases it felt a cramped to move around the room. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Burjuman metro station and Burjuman mall. So that was a great plus as it eased our travel around Dubai city. There are a lot of eating options in and around the hotel. We had not paid for the in-house breakfast since there were so many other options available close by. It is not very far from the airport either. Overall it was a safe and convenient stay.

It was a great welcome with all smile from receptionist and she was right their location is very accessible for everything during stay, metro is very near, shopping you can do it is just our neighbor only. Cheap perfume and branded clothes available in one shop only. I don’t know if their entrance door if they fixed already ☺️

Fastest guest turnover hotel. Poor maintenance.

4 nights stay ended up with severe bed bug bites and needing dermatologist treatment after checking out. their lame excuse that hotel rooms are inspected by DCTM (Dubai Commerce & Tourism Board) is not accepted. Good shower, but the glass was broken and is dangerous in the case of any slip & fall inside the bath tub.
Upon nearly checking out, they offered another room for a few extra hours before my flight. Will I go there again? No. Will I recommend this to anyone? Never.
Probably fastest tourist turn over hotel just adjacent the mall premises; very convenient; just 50 metres or so from the Metro station. Nice housekeeping staff, but ultimately some things are not in their control.

Amazing stay!!!

The people in the reception were amazing, I forgot my coach wallet with all valuable ID’s and currencies inside. I just realized only after an hour planning to go to nearby restaurant. Small room but comfortable to stay 🤗 this hotel can access all places very near to Metro Station red line and green line

Fantastic experience, Culture and Greatness....

The people at the reception speaks good english and communication is easy.. They speak multi language, french, english, mandarin, filipino, hindi, arabic,..Room is clean, nice and of good standard quality. Housekeeping team is excellent and food at the restaurants is diverse and well planned to taste different nationalities, plats and cuisine. Easy check-in and late check-out facilities..The hotel is connected to the Burjuman mall and great location for shopping and walking around. Area is safe and everything is in the vicinity within walking distance to R adda restaurant and walking distance to the Saki club with great music...Very accessible to metro station, other city places like Deira, Gold Sook, Dubai frame, all around Dubai via metro. Also reliable tour service at the hotel including in room PCR test for a reasonable price. Big thanks to Fekry, Siddhik, Ali Mohammad, Jawad... all nice people, trustworthy...

I am so happy to stay at this hotel close to airport by taxi and right beside great shopping mall and near metro. My stay was made most memorable thanks to entire team and I’m very thankful for the suite upgrade to Mr Z.. Duty Manager. The best and most comfortable stay with truly amazing bathroom and space! I have to return here very soon and I love the hospitality in Dubai even if it was my first stay at hotel I feel very familiar and welcome thank you so much to everybody !

The location is very strategic being close to metro station and connected to mall. Customer service is ok too. The cleanliness however is very disappointing. There are stains all over, tub, pillow cases, bed runner and bed cover. We even found bed bug. I mean cleanliness is equally if not more important as customer service.

Constant traveler, on the go for business and leisure, this hotel by far is a must! The staff is beyond helpful and amazing, the moment we walked into these beautiful towers we were greeted with fresh juice. The front desk office manager, Mr. Jawad was very accommodating in assisting me making sure the business portion of this trip went smoothly. I used the business center and must say that it was a pleasure working in this hotel. I stayed a week and upon my departure was sad to go.! The amenities and accommodations are superior than any other in the area, especially for the great rates. The hardest part of a vacation or work travel is the hotel and their warm welcome made me love the hotel and staff!! The location is great, very close to the metro, just 1-minute walk, making it very convenient to make your way just about anywhere. The Burjuman Mall, located in the same property as the City Seasons Towers, makes it great to spend those extra minutes. Great for a hotel staycation, truly a Top Star Rated Hotel!

This is a nice hotel for a few days stay in Dubia or like me a stopover before my flight. I would say its a Premier Inn or Holiday inn Express equivalent from the UK.
it's comfortable and quiet.
There is a shopping centre next door for whatever you might and a metro stop 3 min walk, which will get to you all over Dubai.

Next to huge shopping mall, and Burjuman Metro station. You will be 5-7 minutes away by train to downtown Dubai. Honestly, just take a taxi, it's cheaper and faster.

Swimming pool was under maintenance which is not shown and when I went for the sea side I paid extra charges for using facilities such seating or towels

More over about the flight I went on time at airport but they didn’t accept my in emirates airlines as you update me ( wrongly ) in your apps and I missed my flight since I was checking at the airport and they said your Expedia canceled your booking and it’s not paid so if you want to go you have to pay it again and after connect your customer service and trying to solve the problem unfortunately they didn’t and I paid again for the same ticket I was paying Middle in March more over missing my flight and the stress I had cause of your mistake !

I believe it was a terrible experience for me with Expedia

And what I am trying to understand why there’s a live support chat in your apps

And by the way I was try to update my booking to add breakfast but it was not active too

Just free advise even I don’t think you deserve it - you have so much working to be done with select a quality of people who suppose to provide service

Super Location and Room but lacking in services

Stayed at Hotel for business trip for 4 days. Some good & some bad review here from my side.

Excellent location, Impressive building, Nice comfortable room, Clean Bedsheet and Towels.

Now the disappointments - Ultra slow Check in process, I reached Hotel at 3:00 PM and had to wait for good 40 minutes before I was given room. During this waiting period, no tea/ refreshing drinks offered and there were many guests. Second, slow Wi-Fi facility at the Hotel. Third very poor Breakfast spread choices with lethargic non smiling waiters also in Breakfast zone. Only exception, the Chef in Egg Counter who was very efficient. I stayed for 4 days and this experience was consistent througout my stay. Finally, the TV channels at the rooms was a letdown too. Only 1 English Channel ( CNN) and only 1 Hindi channel was working.

I wish the management addresses this as the Hotel condition and location is really nice.
