Great location right on Dubai Creek overlooking the waterfront.

Strange set up, had a very large room with a big Smeg fridge but just 2 small stools and a hammock. Would feel a lot more inviting if there was a sofa or some seating, it would make you comfortable to stay in the room.

Comfortable bed, professional staff and excellent breakfast. The room felt a little dated - the walls and floors could do with a bit of a refresh. The blinds in our room didn't go up and down properly, meaning we couldn't close them. This was fixed the following day. We had a delicious meal at Skafos.

Our stay was lovely. The only issue we had was the mold around the bathtub when we arrived. They quickly resolved the issue. The bathroom might need a fan or some kind of ventilation because remained quite wet even after hours of use.

This is the most incredible hotel. The staff really make it. The reception, the valets, housekeeping, room service and laundry. I mean they really take care of you and care. You absolutely cannot beat the location. If you can’t find what you need at the hotel within walking distance on the creek which is a stunning park you will find. A nice option, but some quibbles

The hotel is a nice, quiet option away from the bright lights and busy-ness of downtown. The setting in Dubai Creek is very charming, and the hotel is modern and stylish. But the ventilation in my bathroom could have been better; it started to smell damp and musty after a couple of showers. The room rugs were fraying and curling up on the corners and edges. And a personal pet peeve, the servers at Skafos restaurant asked me to give them 5 stars and mention them by name when the service provided really wasn't that great.

The Canopy by Hilton Al Seef is a clean, sleek, modern hotel. All the staff were so helpful and also arranged a taxi for us to the airport. There was a really big breakfast spread and the level 7 pool and bar had an amazing view of the city and creek. The hotel is walkable to the historic neighbourhood and some nice restaurants and is also close to the train if you want to head to the Burj Khalifa or the Palm.

The staff is amazing. I lost my cell phone in a taxi. I informed the front desk staff and they retrieved the taxi number through security cam footage. They were nice enough to contact the Taxi company and I got my cell phone back.

I forgot his name but he was slim, wears glasses, and is from Bangladesh. He was very helpful as was Busa and the rest of the crew.

This might’ve been the best customer service I ever received.

The food at the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Location is perfect. It’s quiet, next to a few embassies and a step or two away you can find yourself on the waterfront.

There are many restaurants by the hotel.

A few steps further from the waterfront, you can find yourself in the souq where you can buy local spices, perfumes, food, etc…

The Burjuman Mall is less than a 10 minute walk away. Beside the mall you can find a lot of Indian affordable eateries and restaurants.

Convenience store and Lulu Hypermarket is not too far away neither.

It’s not too far from the airport.

This place feels like home away from home and the staff definitely make you feel at home.

It's an excellent hotel location with a modern new York theme feel to it , lot of cafes and restaurants at the creek few minutes walking distance which excellent from November till April

But many issues
1. Non smoking 🚭 hotel rooms which smell like they are smoking

2 the AC wasn't cooling and we suffered all night ,

3. We booked with breakfast and they were insisting without though we double checked at checkin and they confirmed it was with

4. It's a hotel on the creek so all the rooms should have a creek view or at least a semi creek view , not block buildings just outside your window

The Hilton is a new hotel, I found the staff and the room attendants were very attentive, check in was a dream, was not a busy time so very easy to get around and enjoy the amenities especially the pool area and seating on the 7th floor. All I would say the breakfast could be more organized, the coffee machine had issues, but no one seemed to pick up on it, not a great selection for western person, but a small gripe in an overall great trip.

Nice little hotel. Clean, good location on the creek and the price was right. My only two issues were:
1) Lengthy check-in time. They only had one staff member at the front desk. She was fine but she needed help.
2) My particular room (336) is situated directly below the section of the hotel gym that has the free weights. On both mornings of my stay I was awakened by early morning fitness enthusiasts dropping weights on to the floor. So, be warned if you are given room 336.

Would highly recommend this place to stay for business and non self sufficient travelers, however a better stay than JBR if you are a tourist for the sites, use public transport, or wanting to visit other Emirates. Very quiet, next door to consulates and Palace of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed the Emir of Qatar.

Valet is free and the breakfast was worth the little extra money for its spread including made to order omelettes.

The rooms may need to have some inspections done for cosmetics like something as simple as mirrors having smudges that won’t come off or the roller blinds having damage for some reason. The room I got was a studio and that was my fault, I was looking for a room with a kitchen/kitchenette.

Great location being on the creek and a short walk from the souks. Lovely views, great breakfast, very helpful staff. Lovely pool - BUT when entering our room there as always an intolerant smell which I think was coming from the drains, the hotel had fresheners plugged into the wall in the hallways. They also really need to Cory out the lighting system which is far too complicated - trying to be clever. I raised that with management pre-covid but still the same. Otherwise a great stay which I’ll repeat and hope they sort these two issues out.

The hotel I reserved was overbooked so they put me in their sister hotel, the Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton, but I was still able to use all the facilities in the Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef. The hotels were 5 mins away by buggy which you could request from the hotels.

The staff were good on reception, the breakfast was good.
The gym was ok as long as you can do all you need with a max of 20kg dumbbells and no free weight bar( just basic machines).
You get a coffee machine but the pods weren’t replaced after the first time I used it. I was there 4 nights and they didn’t replace them once, even after I asked for replacements on multiple occasions.
The worse thing about the whole stay was the rubbish view from the average room.
I paid for a Premium King room and had a restricted view of a wall, when I phoned down to request a better view they said I didn’t request a city or creek view so I can’t have one. The photos of the room I booked had a view so if you book make sure you know what you’re getting as it’s too late when you’re there.
I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Good facilities, but just not convenient in detail

- The rooms are very dark, the lights are dim. Couldn’t even do my makeup.
- The corridor music is very loud and annoying, I could hear it all the time through the door
- AC was set to some mode where it was always 18 in the room until I called for an engineer
- USB outlets were turned off
- As well as a fridge
Why do I have to spend time figuring out how all that works, it should just work
- Also it was impossible to sit in the rooftop restaurant after 11:30pm, since they start watering plants with fertilizers and the smell is horrible.

Room and breakfast were decent. Breakfast try to skip the peak hours. It's quite bad, waiting for a table and food a lot. Room wasn't that clean. Pool is okay but you need to come earlier if you would like a sunbed. It's not the big pool area. BTW mobile antennas are at the the roof near by pool. I didn't like it at all. Location is good. Burj Khalifa is 10-15min by taxi. Airport isn't far away too. There are some restaurants around the hotel. A supermarket and exchange is nearby. Old medieval port is close too. It's very nice there. The Dubai marina area is quite far. Honestly I don't think that I would come here back.
