Lovely little hotel, but a very strange interaction late at night with some other guests. 2 ladies somehow thought their drink would be comped for a reason my friend and I could not understand. But the interaction became very heated very quickly and was quite unprofessional by the night manager. I am not sure who was right or wrong, but it became way more angry than I expected.

It’s a relatively clean and basis hotel. The one employee was so awesome one night. He saw me walking in with a bottle of wine so he made sure to get me two glasses, a corkscrew and a cup full of snacks. Cute touch!
The negatives are that you cannot control the heat to your own room so our room was uncomfortably warm the entire time. Also, there is an advertised sauna for guests and when I went to use it, I was told it was €40. Neither of these things are deal breakers but good to know up front.

This is a delightful hotel in the heart of the Montmartre neighborhood in Paris. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had a basic room so it was small but very comfortable. Everything was clean and daily housekeeping is done. There are scads of cafes and restaurants close by for dining. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris.

This stay reminded me of a time lost in the glorious luxurious days of travel. We were met as if we were relatives staying over a couple days. The owner/proprietor, Bridgette, was simply the absolute BEST! She welcomed and entertained us with not only hospitality, but a sweet nurturing nature that you rarely don't experience anymore. She made sure whatever we needed, we were taken care of. The decor and the renovations made to her hotel felt nostalgic and cozy. Very stylish and the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Bridgette and her staff made our last nights in France truly memorable. Highly recommended to stay here while in the Montmartre district. Within walking distance to the Sacre-Coeur basilica.

The hotel staff were all extremely courteous and pleasant and always happy to help. The room was lovely and clean and bed was the best sleep we had during our entire trip. The location is fantastic. The streets are full of life and have some amazing restaurants, even for meat and potato eaters like myself and my wife. The area seems very safe and we were treated extremely well by all the wait staff of every restaurant we visited. Tipping a little generously yielded fantastic service all around.

The furniture was old/stained. Bathroom isn’t really private in the room. The doors are glass and not sound proof. There was a smell in the room. And the lobby. We definitely had to air it out.

We travelled as a family of 3 (2 adults and an infant). Despite having the reservation clearly state the same, they somehow claimed that Expedia sent them a reservation request for 3 adults (written in French so one could not comprehend if you didn't know French) and overcharged us the local city tax. That said, the terms of the room they provided us does not even allow 3 adults and states the max occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
This isn't their first rodeo. The manager was conveniently away on the day of our checkout when he promised to sort this out.
Now I'm having to deal with this after returning. Avoid the headache and find another spot.

Brigitte's Little Gem
We stayed at this hotel for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. We arrived to a lovely welcome from the Moussah, the concierge, who also helped us with a planned tour of the city. Our room was lovely and clean and well appointed with a particularly confortable bed, and very quiet. The owner Brigitte had obviously spent an awful lot of money renovating the hotel to a high standard with an art theme reflecting the artistic past of this area of Paris. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Sacre Coeur and the picturesque part of Montmartre. I would particularly like thank Brigitte for her personal help and hospitality and treating us more like friends than customers. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was an amazing find in the heart of Montmarte. The room was larger than expected, the bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious, the water pressure was perfect, & the AC was excellent. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. This is a boutique hotel, & the owner is there everyday to greet her guests and care for the property. It was one of my better experiences at a hotel anywhere I’ve traveled. Do not hesitate to book.

Wonderful hotel right in Montmartre, just off the tourist heavy area.Very walkable, close to all landmarks. Pillows were to die for -- so soft and comfortable. Owner is quite friendly and set us up with restaurant next door, which became one of our favorites. She also showed us how to use the laundry next door. Highly recommend.

It’s so difficult to pick a hotel in Paris . We booked this one just the day before . We just needed one night before catching the Eurostar the next day . I felt it was an excellent choice . A piece of calm and tranquility in the very busy Montmatre area . The welcome from the reception was very pleasant and friendly . The bedroom incredibly comfortable and clean . With complimentary water and a lovely coffee machine . Lots of lovely places to eats and bars very close by. We are at a restaurant just a couple of doors down as my husband has mobility problems and we were not disappointed. Gorgeous and huge beef bourguignon. I wouldn’t hesitate to book that same hotel again for a future trip. I thought the price was very reasonable too for Paris .

The staff were welcoming, helpful and the hotel was clean and well cared for. Only a short distance from the Sacre Coeur Our room was spacious with a well functioning rain shower. It became clear overnight though that the AC wasn't functioning properly. The temperature seemed to be set centrally but the fan didn't appear to be working. Mom'Art Hotel is a fantastic hotel at the base of Sacred Heart, very convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and public transportation. Brigitte, the owner and her staff are very friendly, receptive, and go above and beyond to support guests, and answer questions. Staff here is down to earth, and helpful, giving restaurant recommendations, and other advice on the quartier as requested. I had never been to this hotel before, but now have a new base station for any time spent in Paris. I strongly recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable, convenient and accommodating! Worst \"4 star hotel\" ever
This hotel makes claims beyond its capabilities. Examples: (1) the \"spa\" and \"gym\" is a single room in the basement, no windows, with two small saunas on on one side, about 4 exercise machines along an adjoining wall, two shower heads separated from the room only by a obtuse glass partition on one side only, open to the room on two sides, and a separate bathroom about 5 feet away behind a door. There is no staff in the spa, you have to notify the desk and then wait about an hour for one of the saunas to heat up. No obvious manicure facility, etc. (2) The \"restaurant\" is actually a dining room that is open ONLY for petite dejeuner four 3 hours each morning. (3) One receptionist on duty, no one to help with luggage, no concierge, only other staff we saw was one bartender for the tiny bar, one dining room attendant in the morning, and one cleaner. No room service. The single receptionists on duty were friendly and helpful, though. Finally, the hotel has neglected routine maintenance for a while: loose shower door handle, broken gasket at bottom of shower door leaks into bathroom, some grime evident at heights above 6 feet. Other than all that, it was a quiet, comfortable, reasonably roomy experience in a great location for exploring Montemarte. Had they dropped the fancy claims and advertised as a 3 star hotel, we would have been quite happy with this hotel.
