The hotel is situated in one of the best areas of the city - Residencial Anaga - near to the sea and close to the Nautico Club. It is ideal for relaxation thanks to its convenient location, just 1km from Plaza de España but away from the bustle of the city.

The tourist centre of Puerto de la Cruz is less than 40 minutes away by car. The Norte/Los Rodeos airport is only about 14 km from the hotel and the Sur/Reina Sofía airport is 64 km away.

O pior all-inclusive que ja frequentei.
Refrigerante só Pepsi, Mirinda e Guaraná Antártica mesmo assim regado colocando no seu copo de pouquinho. Cerveja de litro marcas bem populares nada top. Do mesmo jeito que o Refrigerante, colocam no seu copo ja pegando uma garrafa que já está aberta dentro da geladeira sabe lá desde quando, alterando o sabor e o frescor da mesma . Buffet sem muitas opções.
Esse deve ser o resort all-inclusive do Brasil, que o proprietário arecada mais devido a escassez do que é oferecido. E pra acabar de desabor não tem TV a cabo e os canais abertos são horríveis, com a imagem muito distorcida. Não recomendo! Melhor pagar um pouco à mais na diária, e dividir a mais o número de parcelas se for ocaso. A não ser que queiram se decepcionar.

Atendimento na recepção incrível, muito educados e solícitos. Chegamos cedo por nosso transporte ser adiantado, e mesmo assim fomos bem acolhidos. Área do Clube de praia ótima em Coroa Vermelha, com transporte pelo hotel. No hotel, o Lounge dos brinquedos para as crianças, é coberta e grande, mas precisa de mais monitores todos os dias, do contrário, os pais precisam ficar também nesse espaço, pq criança precisar ser supervisionada de perto. Variede de cerveja pode melhorar, havia somente Brahma, Skol, Antártica, Amstel. Café, Almoço e Jantar ótimos!

Pegamos dois quartos 139 e 142, sendo o 139 mais antigo e o 142 recém reformado.
Sobre o ALL Inclusive do hotel, os petiscos não são tão variados, mas atendem bem (normalmente é batata frita, costelinha, linguiça, peixe, camarão e frango empanado) isso no decorrer dos dias.
O hambúrguer é sensacional! Vale muito experimentar. Sobre os drinks e as bebidas no geral, sempre geladas e para todos os gostos! Já em relação ao café da manhã e tarde/almoço e jantar, o cardápio meio que se repete. Não tendo uma variedade extraordinária! Os picolés deliciosos.
Quem vai com idosos e crianças é uma pedida maravilhosa.

Sobre o Beach club paradise, existe um transfer do hotel com agendamento on LINE para a ida. A volta não é necessário!

A praia é calma, o almoço é normal, os petiscos quentes (repetindo as opções do hotel) e as bebidas geladas. Água de coco e suco em dois sabores a cada dia!

Possui uma estrutura legal para quem quer sombra e para os amantes do sol.

A piscina é literalmente para crianças. Em dias de chuva o local não é aconselhável. Rs

Em resumo, um bom hotel que pretendo voltar com minha família.

Única ressalva, seria tentar aquecerem a piscina, pois mesmo com o sol da Bahia é impossível entrar de tão gelada.

Destaque para o Beach Club Paradise.

O destaque sem dúvida é para a parceria do hotel com o Beach Club Paradise. Apesar de não ser localizado entre as melhores praias, o conforto e as refeições oferecidas fazem valer a pena.
No hotel, eu só não gostei dos monitores da área infantil que eram mal humorados e pareciam detestarem a profissão. Mesmo assim meu filho se divertiu bastante. Ter uma opção de lazer em área coberta faz muita diferença a noite e foi por isso que escolhi o hotel entre outras opções.
Como sugestão: uma reforma na copa baby com uma inclusão de geladeira ou frigobar seria ótima! Aquelas frutas proximas da pia junta muito mosquito!

Comida incrível, uma ampla variedade de drinks e bebidas, deixou a deseja apenas na falta de refrigerante 0 (Pepsi) dos 6 dias que fiquei por lá, 3 dias ficaram em falta, solicitei a limpeza de emergência, meu filho passou mal e vomitou no quarto inteiro, e a reposição de uma toalha de banho, o qual demorou mais de 12 horas a toalha e a limpeza 4 horas, no mais tudo muito bom

É um hotel. Pouca estrutura de laser, praticamente só a piscina. A academia está em pedaços. Estacionamento longe, a comida acaba antes de terminar o horário.

Os funcionários são todos MARAVILHOSOS.
As bebidas sem álcool são ÓTIMAS
O espaço de JOGOS é BOM.

Quarto simples e roupas de cama horrível.
A estrutura de praia é longe e vai de ônibus velho.

Não é um resort e está longe de ser. Quarto: as camas são boas, mas a tv tem poucos canais, e os que tem a imagem é ruim. O telefone do quarto não funcionou durante toda a hospedagem. O serviço de quarto é bom, trocaram as toalhas todos os dias. No entanto, os funcionários precisam de treinamento. Ex: o funcionário da aula de hidroginástica puxou uma atividade em que todos ficavam abraçados dentro da piscina, em plena pandemia. O sistema all inclusive precisa ser aprimorado. Comida farta, mas sem qualidade, gordurosa. O café da manhã era a melhor refeição. A comida japonesa (sushis apenas) que colocaram apenas no último dia do jantar só tinha arroz. Peixe era quase nada. Não tinha sashimi, o que acho que possível pelo preço cobrado. O funcionário do bar me serviu uma caipivodka de maracujá, e ele me coloca um pouco da fruta e o restante de maguary pra economizar. E pra completar, o hotel coloca num sistema de all inclusive vodka ORLOFF!! A vodka de pior qualidade que existe. É o fim da picada, não vale de jeito nenhum o preço que vc paga. Melhor pagar mais caro mas por algo de qualidade. Então deixo como feedback pro dono do hotel: se tiver que cobrar mais caro por bebidas e comida de mais qualidade, é bem melhor do que oferecer coisas de péssima qualidade. As fotos dão a entender que o hotel é na beira da praia. Mas não é. Eles usam um complexo chamado Clube Paradiso, que vc pode ir com transfer gratuito do hotel. A comida lá foi melhor, mas bebidas... só Orloff e só limão.

Tem pontos positivos, mas no geral é decepcionante

Ponto positivo: Cordialidade e educação dos funcionários.

Ponto neutro: O All Inclusive é bom, poderia ser melhor, mas cumpre o que promete. Indo para a Bahia, achei que fosse ter uma Bahia servindo acarajé, como encontrado em outros resorts na Bahia.

Ponto negativo: Fomos em 04 pessoas, ficamos em 02 quartos. Nossos quartos ficaram em meio a uma obra no hotel. Na reserva não tinha qualquer informação sobre a obra, não fomos avisados. Todos os dias barulho de máquinas, de pedreiros gritando e brincando, como se ali não tivessem hóspedes e muita poeira, um caos para quem é alérgico e estava esperando descansar, apesar da curtição do all inclusive.

O resort não deveria colocar hospedes em um espaço que estivesse em obra. Todas as suítes em frente aos nossos quartos estavam em obras, ocasionando um mal-estar a nós.

Acredito que o hotel não se preocupou em gerar uma estadia agradável a nós, pois se tivesse essa preocupação, nunca colocaria qualquer hóspede em meio ao caos de reformas.

Outro ponto negativo é que o resort é pequeno, a piscina é pequena, diferente do que nos faz pensar nas fotos, tiradas em ângulos que causam ilusões de ótica, mostrando algo que de fato não é.

No geral nossa avaliação é decepcionante, não sabemos se queremos voltar neste hotel.

Para mim a localização do hotel é ruim, pois a rua é muito apertada e não possui estacionamento na porta, o estacionamento fica em outra rua, e estava sempre lotado! A beirada da piscinas precisam de manutenção, pois possuia partes frouxas, mais elevadas que o piso, se tornando um perigo em especial para as crianças.. Também acho que seria importante ter um salva vida no hotel e na praia.

O hotel é ótimo para famílias. A comida é excelente e à vontade. Bebidas também. Funcionários ótimos. Tudo feito para famílias com crianças. Se você quiser curtir programa de adulto, não é o hotel apropriado. Sábado à noite teve festa Kids. No clube, não tem música, porque as famílias querem silêncio. Não tem shows, apresentações de dançarinos, nada desse gênero. À noite ou tem bingo, ou festa Kids, ou MPB. Nada muito divertido.

Muito bom. Adoramos nossa estadia de cinco dias nesse hotel. Funcionários educados e atenciosos, comidas deliciosas. As instalações do hotel parecem ser um pouco antigas, alguns problemas no quarto como o ar condicionado que não funciona muito bem e a pia que demora para descer água. Mas nada demais que atrapalhou nossa estadia.

Nos hospedamos por 6 noites com uma criança de 2 anos e uma De 12. Existe um espaço para fazer a mamadeira que fica disponível qualquer horário, mas só descobri no final da hospedagem. Um espaço para as crianças brincarem com pula pula.. escorregador.. e alguns dias cinema..depende da programação. servem comida o dia todo no hotel e para almoço e jantar existem algumas opções. Eu recomendo. É sugiro que pelo calor da Bahia seja servido mais frutas...

O all inclusive é comida bem simples, não parece ser sempre fresca . O atendimento dos meninos do bar da piscina é excelente! Estao de parabens! Ponto negativo, nos venderam na recepção do hotel passeio p casa noturna em arraial da ajuda, Morocha, alegando que era 50,00 de entrada e 20,00 de transfer, e o bar não cobra entrada!! Nos informamos depois! Muito feio enganar os turistas!!!

Banheiro muito sujo com crosta de mofo nos azulejos e quando abria a porta do quarto para entrar vinha muito cheiro de mofo. Ar condicionado do quarto e do onibus cheios de po. Todas as torneiras ficavam pingando desperdiçando muita água. Chuveiro ruim sem pressão e pouca agua quente.

Estive em lua de mél, e quase tudo foi bom. Minha suite não tinha as cadeiras de escritório que devia ter. Comuniquei a recepção, mas não deram atenção alguma. O quarto deveria estar arrumado para lua de mél como pedi, com rosas, mas também não atenderam.Más no geral foi bom.

Particularmente me decepcionei com o sistema all inclusive, os itens inclusos no pacote e divulgado não corresponde ao que é oferecido.
O Sistema é controlado por horários e quantidades.Não é a vontade como o de fato é o formato do sistema all inclusive.
Por exemplo as bebidas(Refrigerantes)não está a vontade, fica no freezer dentro do bar e tem de ficar pedindo e com isso esperando, os petiscos são servidos poucos em vasilhinhas e acaba tem que ficar esperando nova remessa, ou seja, não ´efeito a reposição na medida que vai acabando.. outra coisa: picole ( somente dentro do horário 12 à 14 hrs) e agua de coco não tem no hotel. O Almoço é muito fraco e a janta é mais sofisticada. Pizza somente as 19hrs - hamburguer somente a partir 14hrs .. Gostaria que entendesse que minha insatisfação com o all inclusive, nos intervalos da manhã ate o almoço se senti fome tem que comprar na rua o alimneto pois não tem nada a ser servido.
Não gostei tbm do atendimento por parte dos funcionários do bar da piscina, muito robotico e nãda simpatico, vc pede algo parece que eles estão fazendo um favor pra nos.. enfim, deixo aki minha insatisfação por isso e NÃO INDICO O HOTEL A NINGUEL!!! e nunca mais volto pra este hotel.
