Positives:
Friendly front desk staff, a large clean room (#408), comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning. The hotel is centrally located for shops, restaurants, and tram stops. With the windows closed, the fourth-floor room was generally quiet.

Negatives:
The shower area in room 408 has a large clear glass window, offering no privacy. We had to cover it with towels. The rooftop terrace bar is a separate business with its own entrance, which may make hotel photos appear misleading. On Saturday evening there was loud music from the terrace, although it was not audible in our fourth-floor room; higher floors may be affected more.

Street noise is to be expected due to the central location and nearby tram lines. During Carnival, noise increased significantly, with a nearby bar playing loud music until 4am on our final night. With windows open, early-morning noise from people outside and cigarette smoke from staff smoking below was also noticeable. Night-time refuse collection added further disturbance.

Overall:
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but we would not stay again. Rooms do not have balconies, and the rooftop bar is not part of the hotel. While most nights were reasonably quiet (earplugs recommended), noise can be significant during busy periods such as Carnival. We did not use the hotel breakfast, so cannot comment on dining.

Lo bueno: La habitación estaba muy limpia y era bastante amplia. Bastante silenciosa, en nuestra experiencia. La cocina funcionaba perfectamente; había una sartén, una olla, una tabla para cortar, una pala y lavavajillas. Hicimos uso del gimnasio y a pesar de ser pequeño tenía lo suficiente para poder entrenar.
Lo malo: Daba a un patio interior y no tenía mucha luz. La tercera cama es un sofá cama y no era especialmente cómoda.

Don’t stay here if you want to rest at night! Worst Sleep Ever – Felt Like a Nightclub Was Right Above Our Room
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There’s a nightclub that plays insanely loud music until around 4 or 5 in the morning, and it literally felt like it was right above our room. The walls and floor were vibrating from the bass — it was impossible to sleep even for a minute. I can’t believe the hotel rents out rooms knowing how unbearable the noise is. It’s unbelievable that a hotel would rent out rooms knowing guests can’t possibly rest. If you actually want to sleep, stay far, far away from this place.

Its in a central position in the city and so everything is a short walk away. Restaurants are in abundance ( there's a Japanese restaurant within the hotel). Theres a restaurant yards from the hotel called La Chahura (i think !) which is excellent and the portions are huge ! The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are big and airy with large bathrooms and boutique decor . The tram runs right outside so it's handy. I will definitely stay here again .

We were excited to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was terrible. Upon arrival, we were told the bedding we requested wasn’t available. Instead of a queen bed, they gave us two beds pushed together and called it a king. They claimed it was an upgrade, but the AC in that room didn’t work. Parking was also advertised as available, but there was none—we had to park far away.

When we complained and requested to cancel, they told us to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel, and the staff lied, claiming they had a better room for us and that parking was available—both false. After much back and forth, they showed us the room we originally requested. It was finally a queen bed, but by then, the trust was gone.

They also said they’d include breakfast due to the inconvenience, but the next morning we were told we had no breakfast included—after already serving ourselves. It was embarrassing. Javier from the front desk had promised otherwise. On top of it all, the shower in our final room was clogged and didn’t drain properly.

This hotel has potential, but poor management, lack of training, and dishonesty ruined the experience. Guests deserve better.

Location was the ONLY good thing about this hotel!

Zero sleep thanks to Hotels.com intentionally misleading listing for this property. Be under NO illusion, this is a party hotel, with rowdy guests, a nightclub ON THE ROOF until 4AM, a shared lift with the nightclub, no restriction from guests and non guests roaming the hotels corridors, falling out of the lift drunk or vomiting outside your room. Since our complaint, hotels.com have not reviewed their listing of this property, they don’t give a toss about their guests. We will be cancelling all our upcoming both personal and corporate booking with this company based on their inability to take action on this and not take our situation seriously. Awful stay, unbelievable response from hotels.com. For the property: Don’t attempt to run a nightclub and a hotel in the same venue. The two are not conducive to a good experience for either party. 4 Star, this isn’t. No real welcome from reception, to the hotel, the city or area. No invitation to book breakfast, no local recommendation for ANYTHING. No offer to use the gym, nor their nightclub, adjoining restaurant or bar. Got told the wrong floor for our room. Air conditioning was off and room sweaty and stinking of strong cleaning product on arrival. The fact that the hotel markets themselves as luxury is farsical. Dusty, covered in cigarette burns, tired and run down. This place and its furnishings has taken a hammering due to its clientele and partying ways.

The rooms are pleasant but not really as in the pictures. The rear rooms are devoid of light and subject to the noise from surrounding apartments. The much publicised roof bar is not really part of the hotel, not always open and so not as available to guests to spend time in as the advert might suggest.

Nice room and clean, rooftop not from hotel

Location is excellent in the city center of Santa cruz. However, as many pointed out before, there is a night club at the top of the hotel, which luckily I was out of season hence it was only on saturday but then you need proper ear plugs to not have it affect your sleep. Second point is, they advertise the hotel with a very nice rooftop, however the people working there were not friendly and it is completely seperate from the hotel, meaning you need to consume there (4 EUR small beer, which is very pricy for Spain) and cannot just relax or work a bit up there. Which is fine, but then it should not be included as part of the hotel in the advertisements when you make a booking. The room itself was super large and clean which was excellent, also a very nice balcony, but no chair or something to sit on it and relax, which was a bit of a shame. Overall I think it is a decent hotel but few points pointed out because in the end it is 4 stars and quiet expensive, so these are important to highlight.

Cockroaches in the hotel.

Everything was okay first two night till I am meeting cockroaches in the roof top area and my room. Interesting think is they accepted my complain about cockroaches but didn't return my next two night which is I left the hotel for the disgusting view. I told them charged two night which is I stayed and return my next two one. But still I didn't get anything and they don't want to return.

If you like drum and base make this your base !

A difficult review to write as I always try to see positives. Firstly the good, location wise this place is perfect, there that’s the positives covered. The roof terrace is in fact a nightclub that is open until 4am at the weekends and midnight the other nights, it is very popular and very very noisy. We were first allocated a room on the 5th floor the rooftop venue is on the seventh floor as we arrived on the Wednesday although disturbed by 1am things had calmed down little did we know what the weekend had in store. We came back from a day out on the Friday about 5pm and the hotel was already humming with noise we tried to retire at 11pm but the noise from drum and base music and revellers never let up and we finally fell asleep at 5.30 am. We then asked to be moved to a quieter room the reception staff did not seem surprised by our request but worryingly not concerned ether. We did have a better sleep the next night but worryingly access to the hotel floors is easily granted to the nightclub guests who use the passageways to conduct who knows what again disturbing sleep. This hotel claims to be four star, we have stayed in lots of four star hotels this is not four star. The rooms although spacious are basic and the amenities at this hotel non existent I cannot recommend this hotel unless you are attending the club upstairs when it will be perfect to roll back downstairs to your room.

It is well positioned for parking at Plaza Espana,
right on the tramline, lots of local restaurants close by, supermarket close by, a short walk to many of the interesting buildings and other amenities.
Easy to drive to the highways to other parts of the Island.
If one was a dedicated hiker, close to the Anaga protected area.

Unfortunately, because of the COV-19 the restaurant was not accessible.

Disappointing experience

We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions and enjoyed it, the service was very good and staff very pleasant. However on this occasion we were extremely disappointed as we were placed on the 5 th floor next to the lift and there was extremely loud music all night which kept us awake until 5.30 am. I think more thought could have been given to the room we were allocated with the knowledge a function was being held on the roof terrace. Unfortunately this experience has put me off staying at the hotel again.

Booked this hotel for its central location. Was not disappointed, various bars restaurants and shops and all the touristy sights within walking distance. Lovely boutique hotel , had 2 rooms both very large, lovely bathrooms with all the free toiletries you need , including razor and toothbrush which was replaced daily. We had a kettle and coffee machine and safe. Great little bar on ground level. Rooftop bar but was closed when we were there. Would highly recommend.

It’s a decent property with potential, but certainly not luxury. Not quite there. It’s new, yet our pillows and foot rest were stained (not sure why they were allowed to be put in a room). We left for a large part of the day and came back to an untidied room; we hadn’t indicated to leave it be. Sent messages/questions prior to arrival that went unanswered even though it was indicated that they were read. The in room amenities (shampoo, etc) were tiny bottles. No conditioner, no lotion.

There are also good points. Everyone we spoke with were friendly. The room was large (albeit it empty and unfurnished) and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere we wanted. Be mindful the rooftop is not always open. Beautiful lobby and downstairs bar.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, Tram ist direkt vor dem Haus, Busbahnhof mit Tram oder zu Fuß sehr leicht erreichbar. Man kommt mit dem Bus zum schönsten Strand.

Hotel muy desastroso. Aunque estuve en una planta 5, el ruido del tranvía y de la calle era horroroso.
El desayuno muy mediocre para el precio que cobran.
No realizaron la limpieza de la habitación aduciendo que había un cartel de no molestar en la puerta de la habitación, cosa que no era cierta. Cuando se reclamó, ni caso.
Imposible aparcar, obligatorio parking que hay que contratar fuera del hotel.
La limpieza y el estado de conservación muy mejorable

À fuir si vous espérez dormir.

Je ne laisse jamais d’avis, mais cette expérience mérite vraiment un avertissement public.

Nous étions venus passer quelques jours à Tenerife pour nous reposer. Quelle erreur d’avoir réservé cet hôtel sans lire les avis ! À notre arrivée, nous découvrons que notre chambre, au 6e étage, est située juste en dessous… d’une discothèque sur le rooftop. Oui, une discothèque au-dessus des chambres, dans un établissement censé être un 4 étoiles.

Résultat : vibrations toute la nuit, musique à fond jusqu’à 4h du matin, cris dans les couloirs, clients ivres qui déambulent dans l’hôtel. Impossible de fermer l’œil, même avec des boules Quies (qu’on remercie tout de même au passage d’avoir limité les dégâts).

Le plus fou ? Ce problème est signalé dans les avis depuis 2022. Et rien ne change. Comment cet hôtel peut-il encore prétendre au 4 étoiles ?

C’est dommage, car les chambres sont spacieuses et plutôt bien équipées. Mais cela ne compense en rien le fait que dormir y est mission impossible.

Si vous venez faire la fête toute la nuit, c’est peut-être l’endroit qu’il vous faut. Si vous espérez dormir… FUYEZ

La stanza molto spaziosa e con finestre grandi, tanta luce naturale. Il materasso non era dei migliori, dovrebbero cambiarlo. Bagno spazioso ma pochi posti dove mettere le cose, senza una finestra e col ventilatore non funzionante. La doccia enorme. La posizione perfetta del hotel è perfetta.

Fand es sauber und ordentlich. An der einen oder anderen Stelle hat man gesehen, dass das Haus schon älter ist. Im Zimmer wäre Platz für einen Kleiderschrank, der gefehlt hat. Trotz Nähe zum Zentrum war es sehr ruhig. Frühstück eher mittelmäßig.

Godt hotel centralt beliggende.

Hotellet lever ikke op til fire stjerner, og morgenmaden er en skrabet , gør det selv restaurant, med kedelige møbler der skramler fælt når man flytter rundt på det.
Hotellet ligger fint i centrum, men hvis man kommer i egen bil, er det en katastrofe, , da man overhovedet ikke må parkere nogen steder, i de små ensrettede gyder.

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer sind unpraktisch ausgestattet. Schrank fehlt, wer länger bleibt muss aus dem Koffer leben.Frühstück ganz ok, bis auf das Warmspeisen Buffet, da waren die Eier in ein Behältnis gepresst.
Hier gilt es unbedingt was zu tun! Personal manchmal nicht Kunden orientiert. Ansonsten für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu teuer! Lage sehr gut im zentralen Stadtbereich.
