Best experience we ever had. Plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Lots of options for vegetarian people. Room Service was excellent. Check in was easy and very Friendly. Basel and Anwar at the check in counter were Amazing. We were Stuck in Dubai because of the War. General Manager Amr and 2 other Managers Ahmed and Gulzar went beyond their Way to help us out. These Guys are so nice, they were making us feeling better all the time. They were sharing the flight information with us ( which flights are departing. Rooms were very spacious and the housekeeping was amazing. Good Value for your Money. Studio M Arabian plaza is the best hotel in Dubai and the staff is even better.

The place is conveniently located near many facilities that travelers may need. The pool was good, especially for those who enjoy swimming, as the weather can feel quite hot- particularly if you are coming from cold, snowy countries.

The staff are professional and friendly. I would recommend this place if you are planning to visit the UAE.

Some members of the staff sounded unprofessional over the phone; their tone came across as mocking at times. However, there was a wonderful Egyptian gentleman who was very kind and helpful, and his assistance was greatly appreciated. I would suggest that the hotel consider offering a better deal or special rate for guests who stay for an extended period, especially during challenging times like these. Overall, the stay was alright. Thank you all.

Overall, the hotel is decent and I’ve had good experiences before. However, during this stay there was a noticeable sewage smell in the hallway, which was very unpleasant. Also, the Ramadan dinner buffet was extremely crowded at sunset, and when coming slightly later there was very little food left. Hope it can be improved.

We checked in very late and were given a room that had a bad smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom had a bad mould problem. The shower tap was missing. For the remaining two nights of our stay we were moved to another room. The bad cigarette odour was replaced by a just as bad smell of stale curry. The room also had mould in the shower. Don’t stay at this hotel, they don’t care.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews. It did. It disappoint. The checking staff was very helpful giving us many options for a room that could accommodate my elderly parents.
The breakfast was so good!

Yes, 100% recommended.
Clean rooms, up to date housekeeping service, helpful front office staff and reception, amzing breakfast with great range of menu for healthy choice or regular breakfast. Walkable distance from metro. Local shops around there. Big Shopping mall Nestro on ground floor. What else you need for a super stay.
I will definitely come to the same place again during my next visit.

Unfortunately our room felt very dirty. There were stains on the carpet and couch, the floor overall felt yucky and the counters and sink in the bathroom were not clean.

The breakfast though was amazing!

The staff did provide us a voucher for a free breakfast or upgrade on our next reservation but that expires this year which we won't use.

Likely would not book at this hotel again.

I stayed in the Residences section of the hotel, my 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen and roomy living room section. The room was spotless clean and comfortable and smartly decorated and furnished. The hotel staff from reception to dining room were all attentive and professional. I did the half board option and found the breakfast and dinner buffets to be good assortment and tasty, especially the Indian foods and flavors.

Gym and pool were okay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Not much to do in terms of activities, however, the metro station was within 5mins walk from hotel, which was very convenient for me. Clean room, and staff were able to help when available. Staff is responsive - I requested a change in something, and they were able to get it done in time.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubai. It's very close (less than five minute walk) to the Al Qiyadah Metro station, from where you can get to most anywhere in Dubai. On the walk between the hotel and the Metro station one can find not one but TWO supermarkets. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. With a coffee shop in the lobby, it's got everything you need for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

Terrible service. The staff is very unhelpful and disrespectful, specially to black people.
We went to the dinner buffet and the man there yelled at us because we were 4 minutes early. We were told it started at 6 pm, we were there at 6:26 and the doors were not locked so we walked in. As we started looking at the buffet, he walked out of the kitchen and yelled at us like we were little kids.
The next day we tried booking our stay using our points, we arrived at the hotel at 8 pm after a long day visiting, and they told us we had to call Singapore to use our points even though we had a confirmation and had booked everything online.
In Singapore it was midnight and everything is closed. So we had no choice but to find a place to stay for the night. Our card was not working that is why we wanted to use our points.
They are very quick to take payment but if you want to use your points you must call Singapore. Well then if you want to take my money you better call my bank in US too. So unprofessional.
