First day the staff was very nice. Our room was noisy so we ask to be transferred. They were nice to move our staff only the room was smaller but it was quiet.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice free continental breakfast in the morning in a very pleasant breakfast room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,and the next time I'm in Genoa, this is were I will be staying again.

Was going to leave a higher rating since the staff was really kind, but this hotel honestly does not fully deserve it. At first glance the hotel seemed amazing, but parking is complicated and once we got settled in we found a lot of issues with our room. The towels were full of holes and were not exactly white, the bedsheets also had weird black things on them, some small hairs, and a few holes. The mini fridge in our room was not working so some food we had went bad, and there was no hot water when my family went to shower. I am giving it three stars just because the staff were great and gave many recommendations for what to do around Genoa and the hotel is fairly close to many things. The breakfast was also just average, not a lot of options.

First class basic spot to stay when in Genoa. Nothing fancy but very handy and special mention to the parking - makes life very easy. Beds comfy. Aircon good. And above all breakfast first class. What's not to like? Great value

The property was under remodeling, my room was not all put together(panels missing from ceiling). The cleaning products smell was overwhelming. Had to ask for toilet paper. The bed was hard as a rock, glad I was only there one night. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I have been traveling in Portugal and Spain with wonderful hotels, this introduction to Genoa was a great disappointment.

Comfortable hotel in the process of remodeling. Very small parking lot but had enough room planned out for the guests arriving. Very accommodating about leaving the car after check-out so we could walk around Genoa. Clean and comfortable.

This hotel was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet (our room was right next to the road). The air conditioner worked like a charm and kept the room very comfortable. Within walking distance of all the tourist things in the city center and close to the beach and sea. The staff are very accommodating and will help you park you car in their extremely small but capable parking area. 10/10 would come back again.

Perfect location for soccer trip!

We chose this hotel because it was closest to the Stadium where we had tickets fir a soccer game. Parking was a little hard because you had to back into the hotel’s lot. But it worked out well. We chose a big room and it was fine, modest accommodations. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. Supermarket across the street and restaurants all around.

This hotel is about 15mins walk from train station, a bit removed from tourist sites but is still within walkable distance. Room was clean and tidy. Owner was very friendly. They have very limited parking space so make sure you let them know in advance if you need one. Parking was so tight that you need to leave the key with them so they can shuffle cars in/out as necessary. Several dining options within 10mins walking. Very good local restaurants!

This \"hotel\" is like a B&B, good for college kids' budget travel. Probably 0.5-1 star level based on USA system I have no clue why it is in the hotel list of Expedia.com.

We arrived here for an overnight stay on a Friday night. We were greeted by a very nice Italian lady who told us all about the hotel. She didn't speak much English but we got by. There is a small amount of parking in the entrance to the hotel but you have to be prepared to give them your keys so they can move cars around if they have to. We did and had no problems. The Saturday staff were very nice and helpful as well. The supplied breakfast was basic but good. The room was nice and big with good wifi and a good shower. Access to our room was around the corner of the street from the hotel entrance. We then went upstairs 6 floors in a very cramped little lift. We'd stay here again.

Nice place located ten minutes walking from metro station.The hotel can provide for you free parking. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket and also a lot of restaurant and fast food shops such as pizza etc.The rooms are on two buildings separate.The rooms are comfortable with good bed and a small shower.. We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while traveling Italy, during our stop in Genova (which, in retrospect, wish we skipped and spent more time in Verona). The hotel is located in a residential apartment building with rooms on the first floor on one side and the fifth floor (partially) on the other side of the building (the “Annex”). We stayed in the Annex, had a rental car and needed parking.
Pros and Cons, as we saw it:
Pros - As limited and small (and hard to get in/out) as it was, there was indeed parking available. The receptionist during check-in time barely spoke English, but was nice and welcoming (while the gentleman next day spoke excellent English but couldn’t care less about his customers). Breakfast (very basic) included in the room rate. The room (in the Annex) was of fare size with a quite spacious bathroom. If you stay at this hotel, and are a tourist, the Hop On Hop Off bus stop is about 15 min walking distance away.
Cons – The residential area around the hotel was not attractive to tourists, dirty and stinky. The hotel is located very far from the city center and all tourist attractions. Almost every restaurant and/or tavern in this neighborhood opens for dinner after 7 pm or 7:30 pm so plan accordingly if you’re looking for early afternoon drinks or meal.
Overall, mostly because of its location, we didn’t like the hotel, won’t stay there (if we can help it) and will not recommend it to others.

Fantastic staff.
Free private and secure parking.
Great breakfast.

Cons:
Our room was in the annex building, so it was in the same building, but had a different entry point and it's in an area away from the front desk and breakfast room.

Location is not in the center of the city, but a bit of a walk away, which is inconvenient as the buses do not run very late to return to the hotel, and walking back was unpleasant through seedy areas.

The bathroom is very small.

We requested 2 pillows per guest for sleeping bed and only received one.

Pros:

- Room was very clean, even around the edges, under the bed, and behind the furniture
- Large, comfortable bed with firm mattress
- Good Location - Easy access to most of the major bus lines and walking distance to the Brignole train station. There is a supermarket and ATM right across the street.
- Laundromat right around the corner
- There is a small public beach walking distance to go for a nice, refreshing swim
- Refrigerator in the room
- Air conditioning works well, but blows right onto the bed, so you have to crank it down at night
- Staff speaks English fairly well and are helpful, except for the woman who works the weekend.She is a very nice person and tries to help, but her English skills are very limited
- Continental Breakfast is included but consisted of just a few items
- Free WiFi which worked well
- Very quiet location

Cons:

- Bathroom is spacious, nicely tiled and sparkling clean, but the commode must have been installed for giants! I have travelled all over the world and have never seen a toilet mounted so high!
If you are not at least 6ft tall, your legs will be dangling off the edge, making for a very
uncomfortable experience. Water pressure is good and plenty of hot water. There is also a towel caddy where you can place your toiletries, which I found quite convenient.
- Decent selection of cable TV channels if you understand Italian, because there are none in English

Great hotel, clean, lots of transport links

The man who checked us in was very polite, he even remembered that my mum rang the hotel to ask about the twin beds 4 months prior! he offered to take our luggage which was nice. We were given a map and the man politely explained everything and wrote things down on the map to indicate bus routs for us.

As soon as you walk in you get the ahh this is so clean feeling! is was so fresh that the bathroom floor was slightly wet as it had just been mopped.There was a day that we had been out all day, and when we came back the room had been cleaned, curtains had been drawn and the shutters had been closed to keep the room cool for when we got back. I thought that was nice, the lady could have just cleaned up and left the windows for us to come back to a hot room, so it was a nice touch.

The TV had a lot more channels (over 300 I think) then other 3 star hotels I'd been to which was nice. a couple of programs are even shown in English.

They make good coffee in the morning for breakfast.

There are 2 supermarkets 30 sec - 1 min away and you get a fridge in your room! this is handy as you can get bits and bobs.

The sea front is about a 4 min walk,transport links to the port, the center and the station is 9-20 min away by bus,depending on were you want to go. bus is only 1 euro and 50 cents single.

cab only cost 20 euros to the airport (10 each)

I would definitely recommend this hotel and If I go to Genova again I will definitely stay at this hotel

Le premier point notoire, c'est que cet hôtel, situé à 15' à pied du centre ville est doté d'un parking ; même à 15€ par nuit, c'est un luxe à Gênes.
L'accueil est fort sympathique, le patron parle français et il nous a fourni une place de parking bien que nous n'avions pas réservé.
Les chambres ont été rénovées ; le confort y est excellent.

Die Parkplätze sind ein Abenteuer für sich und man muss den Autoschlüssel abgeben, damit anscheinend notfalls das Auto weggefahren werden kann.
Die Frau an der Rezeption konnte leider gar kein Englisch und es war schwierig und nervenaufreibend zu kommunizieren. Das erste Zimmer hatte eine defekte Tür zur Toilette.
Wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches aber kleiner war und keine Minibar hatte.
Fenster zur Straße sind nicht sonderlich gut isoliert.
Das Frühstück war ok und der Cappucino prima.

Avevo scelto questa struttura per la sua posizione e sopratutto per il parcheggio auto incluso. Anche se ben scritto sulle note il parcheggio incluso invece non e' stato fornito. Se cercate il parcheggio incluso non fidatevi di questa struttura. Per il resto rispetta lo standart.

Hotel situato a pochi centinaia di metri dal centro dove, se ti piace camminare un po, ci arrivi tranquillamente anche a piedi.
Il parcheggio dell'hotel è piccolino, ma gratuito, che ad oggi non è da sottovalutare.
Camera molto carina e pulita.
Il signore alla reception è stato davvero gentile.
La colazione, forse, un po spoglia ma buona.
Consiglio sicuramente.
