Me hubiera gustado saber antes, que los departamentos quedaban a mas de 150 mts del hotel y que no tenian elevator, porque fui con maletas pesadas y fue horrible llegar al apartamento, una vez adentro todo muy bien, limpio, amplio, la puerta del shower estaba rota pero me podia banar. y en el app de expedia decia que te daban cosas para la playa, pero solo daban toallas, lleven sus sillas y sombrillas si van. Lo demas todo bien

The front desk employees were so helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The apartments are a 1 min walk away from the main hotel. You have access to their lovely pool that has jets and loungers.The location is amazing, 1 min walk to a beautiful family friendly beach and every restaurant you could ask for. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location, but defficient in many aspects. Unstable wifi connection. Condensed water comes from the ceiling. Don't work on your computer under the ventilation. No elevator. The check in is in different location than where the apartments are. You will have to walk back and forth with your suitcase. Nobody answers the phone mentioned in the reservation. I was lucky to find Selenia , a cleaning lady, who told me where to go. The \"view\" is the back side of restaurants and trash cans.

Right by the beach! Had fridge, stove and dishes. They gave you beach towels and bath towels. Spacious. The Train station was a bit of a trek, but not too bad. Would definitely book again!

The pictures did not match the room. The room itself was dirty and had visible bugs in the bedding. There was mold in the shower. The specific building we stayed in had no hotel so we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. Breakfast was not included in the stay. The hotel was also slow to respond to amending reservations. I requested to add an extra within the 5 day cancellation window. I had to send another message requesting a response. The amendment could not be made. We ended up staying at another hotel in Barcelona that was immaculate, with elevators, a helpful staff, and provided a free breakfast. The hotel also requested us to empty trash cans which should be a function of the hotel staff. I normally see that request with Airbnb’s.

The apartment was perfect with access to the hotel pool and the beach as well as to shops and restaurants locally. The kitchen is very basic but enough to enable us to cater for ourselves for four nights. The local produce is second to none and i thoroughly recommend the self catering experience with a few coffees and evening meals thrown in.
The hotel staff are very helpful and made us feel very welcome. There are trains and buses in to the city. The apartment is a bit run down in part but great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The place was good, but the experience with the deposit is not been very good, the person said it will be on my account by midday but is already 23 days and I still not receiving my deposit back, I have been contact the telephone giving to me but no answer, not very nice actitud to a person who will not be in the country.

Front desk staff was all super helpful and very responsive. The pool and beach together is such a great combination. We loved being right next to the beach and this hotel definitely looks like one of the nicest hotels in the area. There were lots of food options within close proximity including reasonably priced inside the hotel. Our room had two floors with plenty of space to spread out. We loved this hotel and would definitely book it again.
The only drawback was that the rooms were not soundproof enough and we heard peoples voices during the first night. The staff was immediately responsive and took action to remedy the situation.

This was a fantastic location for the beach access. We appreciated the proximity to the airport as well. Negatives: 1) There weren't enough dishes, utensils or cooking pans at the property. 2) The sliding door on the main floor of our unit couldn't lock properly- there should be a bar on the floor added. 3) The smell of the air freshners was too much. We had to move these to the deck outside.

The apartments are almost waterfront, the hotel they are connected to and one other hotel are between them but there is easy access to the beach from them. The apartment was very nice and well-kept. The staff at the hotel were very kind and professional. Final note, it was an interesting experience being in a pool that overlooked the beach, I enjoyed having the option to still have the beach experience without being in the sand. I highly recommend this property if you are willing the spend the extra money to commute to and from the city. For the property, if you had a shuttle into the city that would be awesome!

This was a great option for our little group. The unit wasn’t as clean as we’d have liked, (mildew in the shower.) And they used a diffuser scent that was extremely strong - use caution if you are allergic to heavy scents. We had to put both diffusers outside because they aggravated allergies.

Absolutely loved it here. Perfect location for the beach, restaurants and transport. We had access to the pool which looks over the beach and the cocktails were great while watching the kid's swim. Only problem was it wasn't clear where we had to go to check-in. We had to go to the hotel itself to do this.

The apartment is 1-2 blocks away from the main hotel and is up a flight of stairs with no elevator, which is really inconvenient to be trekking 5 luggages and young children. The hotel staff did not offer to help until I complained. The window looks directly out to a beach restaurant and they can clearly see what you’re doing. Absolutely no privacy. Other than the fact that it’s close to the beach and updated inside I did not enjoy the whole ordeal. I would not recommend unless traveling light.

The only issue my family experienced is that the apartment roof was leaking and she called they told her to just use towels and will see what we can do next day .
I called Expedia to ask refund for my todays there because we pay expensive hote to be comfortable there .

I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment was very nice and clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. I stayed at the hotel for three weeks to enjoy the beach and city like a local. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and make coffee. The cleaning staff came in to clean every 3-4 days. They did a great job. The train station was walking distance from the apartment. The apartment location is full of great restaurants and small shops. My experience was amazing. I will definitely stay there again.

They held my passport and asked for 300€ deposit when I got there which wasn’t stated previously. Staff didn’t want to help. I paid my money for the place and they basically refused me entry. It was only one night till I catch my flight in the morning they made me get a cab to the airport and I had to sleep rough on the floor from 8.00pm-6am.

We stayed at Apartamentos Playa de Castelldefels for only one night which was unfortunate due to the beauty of the area. Our flights were delayed and had to stay one more night. We were lucky to choose this location as it is only a few steps from amazing restaurants and the beach! When we visit Barcelona in the future we will certainly spend a few nights at this amazing property. Highly recommended, beautiful, convenient location and amazing accommodations from the staff and the lovely apartment. We’ll be back!

Place is great but unfortunately walls are so thin or bad isolated that you can hear every single word behind. A man singing, whistlening and clap his hands until 4AM listening music from telephone or tv an does not react to knocking into the wall. Or girls from next room listening music from speaker and talking and laughing until 5AM. People does not respect quiet hours .Most stays for one or two nights to spend time on play in local pubs and then move into the apartment and talking loud until sun rise. Hotel service should control this problem because people ignores any signals or request for silence. I returned home tired after three such nights.

We arrived, paid cash for the stay (2 nights). They demanded 300 Euros deposit (in case we broke a cup I guess) this had to be paid by credit card in Euros. The last thing I want is to go back to England with 300 Euros credited to my credit card. Cash apparently was not acceptable.

I thought the stay was amazing the only thing that people may dislike is it is a party area meaning there is clubs all the way down the street. They all run late and people are always packed there. So if you need a super quiet night area you may not like it.

Money taken from our personal belongings from the cleaning ladies, when we mentioned this at reception saying it was not going to be a problem if they took them but we just wanted them back they said they asked them and they did not take them that I was misunderstanding (I know they took them as they also moved my personal belongings) The guy at reception said I should ask my father if he didn’t take them as the cleaning ladies were asked and they said they didn’t so I must have forgotten were I put them or my dad took them (really???!!!) I asked to speak to the manager as I was not lying and I wouldn’t make a big thing without a reason but they accused me of being lying or that my dad took them and the big surprise was that the Director Sol Zanini Pereyra was the worst! She had a terrible attitude assuring that never happen and at a point she was rude and mocking about the situation (my partner was upset about her attitude), she never listened us nor try empathy she just literally said that didn’t happen, that I must have lost them somewhere else, or that I was imaging I left them there or that my dad took them. Such a terrible attitude and costumer service, they defended a thief. Don’t waste your money at this place, the apartment was old, without the maintenance needed, not well cleaned, the pans were greasy when we got there and one day before our check out this thief took our money.

Only a 1 night stay at this apartment but it was clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The surrounding area is noisy at night. The amount of fragrance used at this property could be an issue for some sensitive travellers.

The apartment is nice but others guests were very disturbing, loud music, noisy until 2-3 am, even after we asked them to stop but careless. The hotel staffs didn’t help after l called them at 1:00 am. The manager wasn’t properly trained on how to talk to guests and she doesn’t discriminate guests depending on their look or national origins by giving them rooms that are just a very noisy bar restaurant across street….

This hotel is a great spot if you enjoy a quieter beach town with a nice hotel room just steps from the beach! Our apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed close by. It’s also a short ride to the airport. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future!

Property is falsely advertised on the portal, there is no access to pool as it is only for guests at the hotel. Apartment is filthy, floor tiles creaking and wobbly, beds are dirty. poor insulation, if the next door flushes their toilet too it sounds like an explosion in ours. First floor is high with steep steps and there is no lift, all in all a horrible experience to stay. we barely stayed in the apartments as it is highly uncomfortable. If with young families, should not book this apartments

You have to check in at the hotel and walk 300meters to the apartment. Apart from that it is in a quiet street close to the beac and other amenities. Across from the apartment there is a great Restaurant Bar on the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would come back to here.

This was our first time in BCN with our 2 young boys, I travel a lot to Barcelona for football and will always stay in the city but this is not something I wanted to do with my children for 7 nights. So I chose Castadellfels as a base camp.
Apartments are clean,great shower. Kitchen is limited and not for full self catering. No kettle so had to boil water in a provided pot and no toaster.
This did not spoil our time in castadellfels as the beach is just amazing with some really great restaurants especially Barba-Rosa and Oasis, a fabulous base with easy access to the city via barcelonas well organised travel networks.
Hotel reception and service staff are very efficient,friendly and welcoming. Really nice relaxing pool area but water was far to cold,sea was much warmer and all our days when we were not in the city were spent here.
We would definitely consider staying here again but a rethink on kitchen appliances by the hotel is a must for family on self catering trip.

Just around the corner to a gorgeous beach and terrific community. super helpful and professional hotel staff. My apartment was quite far from the main hotel building and across the street from local bar(s) so very loud a few of the nights (weekend) but overall was very happy with my time here.
