This property was great with very friendly staff and a comfortable bed. It was in the PERFECT location to explore Dotombori and do a lot of shopping. Our room was small (as expected) and had all the amenities we needed. It could use a little extra cleaning as it had scuffs on the wall and a dirty shower curtain. However, we were thankful to get checked-in early, and leave luggage after check-out so we could shop more. Thanks for the great stay!

Although the room is small but the price is cheap which you can reach eat and shopping places by 1 to 2 mins, so no complaint at all. Further, if providing a water boiler in the room, it'll will be great. Staff don’t speak English much, English reading guidelines will be helpful.

Liked that the staff knew who we were. We got a deluxe double bed room which was big enough to leave 2 medium sized suitcases opened plus plenty of room to move about.

Check in & out was fast and easy. Friendly and helpful counter staff. We booked a room for 3 pax (4 night stay). Room and toilet were small as expected. But we are still able to open up 3 luggage at the same time (2x28inch & 1x25inch) however left very limited walking space. 5mins walk from train station. 10mins walk to the crowded street of dotonbori. Hotel provide water dispenser on our room level. 7-11 & Lawson are just across the street. Must try the ramen shop directly opposite Lawson! It’s super oishi! No complain about the hotel for this price we paid. Will come back if we are flying to Osaka again.

Hotel is very close to Dotonbori and all the eateries and shops in that area. Also close to the Namba station. Overall this is a good hotel to stay if touring Osaka and it's surroundings. The proximity to Namba station is a plus, as it takes you everywhere in Osaka, and straight shot to Nara on the Kintentsu line. The cons were no views (just another building next door), breakfast was ok (7-11 next door had better food), and most importantly, no laundry. So make sure you bring extra extra clothes. If you can deal without those amenities, this hotel will do.

The place is very near to osaka's shopping area like dotonbori, amerikamura, denden town, and shinsaibashi. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and donki supermarket is just 5 minutes away. Most importantly namba osaka train station is just 2 mins by walk where you can save money for transpo. Staff are approachable specially Cristine. Will definitely stay here again on our next family osaka adventure.

We have been to different hotels in Japan and this hotel definitely has the smallest rooms. There is no joke when they say 9 square meters. We barely had space for our luggages. Despite the small rooms, this hotel is very close to Dotonbori and Nambe station which is very nice. The mini fridge in our room was barely working and when you leave the room, all the electricity in the room cuts off including the mini fridge, so our food and drinks all spoiled. They should really try to solve this issue. They also make you leave your key at the front desk everytime you leave the hotel which feels a bit silly and unnecessary. I probably won't return to this hotel due to poor amenities and small room size.

Choose this hotel for the location and nothing else. The room and toilet are small but if you are not fussy, it will be a pleasant stay. The hotel provided free breakfast. Again if you are not fussy, it will be ok. Nearest subway is exit 25. If you have luggage, take the elevator from exit 15B at Namba Hips. The room is a little gloomy because there is no natural lighting. The sink is also so tiny that we had a hard time keeping the floor dry while washing our hands. I love the location of the hotel.

This is a fantastic place to stay if traveling solo. I could see it being a little tight for two people. But, I did see plenty of couples staying together in one room. I guess it depends on the amount of luggage you carry First, the location is amazing. There is a 7-11 and Lawson 1/2 block away from the hotel. Dotonbori is just one block away. The choice of food is great here at all times of the day. A major department/electronic store is nearby for any forgotten items you may need. Second, the service and cleanliness is amazing. There is a English speaking receptionist 24 hours a day. So, don't worry about late-check in from delayed international flights. The beds are a little hard, but that seems to be standard in Japan. Japaneses people in general don't seem to like the plush pillow top mattress.
The included breakfast is your basic continental breakfast you get back home. Overall, I would definitely stay here again next time in Osaka. You won't find a better price for this quality and location in Dontonbori. Just book this place, you won't regret it. Cheers

This is a budget hotel but funky in their choice of decorating, rooms are dark because of decor/style and little window that are against another building. Included breakfast is coffee, juice, hard boiled egg and three kinds of bread rolls (nothing more). Not really a complaint just unexpected compared to breakfast spread at other hotels, and not quite enough variety for our toddler in tow. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Room and bathroom very clean and quite new finishes.

Aircon broke and extra charges
Upon check in had to pay an extra 10,000 yen for for an extra guest even though we booked a double bed for 2 guests. The room was super cramped and no space to open luggage. The aircon broke and had to call hotel staff more than 10 times to attend to the issue. We ended up sleeping without aircon which was extremely uncomfortable. Overall would not recommend.

Over booked
The first two nights were okay and staff are lovely however they over booked the hotel and called us at 11pm to ask us to move hotels the next day. They sent us to a very old hotel with only single beds a long way from where we wanted to be and I found this quite unacceptable. Whilst they tried to be quite accommodating this still caused a great deal of stress and left a sour taste in our mouth. The lady running the hotel couldn't be nicer however we really would not recommend this experience for anybody else.

雨続きの８連泊だったけど、駅近のおかげで助かりました。部屋は狭いのは値段なりで仕方ないけど、お湯の温度調節が難しく、適温にするまでに何度もお湯を無駄にしてしまいました。客にとってもホテル側にとっても得にならないし、エコじゃないので改善されてはいかがでしょうか？
