The staff members were friendly and helpful but as expected the room was small and basic. Water pressure was good and consistent hot water as well. Not a 5 star hotel but a little better than a 3 star solely based upon the staff.

After an early and hectic flight I arrived well before check-in. I asked the gentleman at the front desk where could I get some breakfast. I figured that the room would not be ready for at least 3-4 hours. But when I returned 45 minutes later he said that my room was ready. That made all the difference to a weary traveler.

My second stay here at Burlington Hotel in HK. Good location, good value. A11 bus from Airport left me directly in front. Lucky, I got an early check in to rest after 30hr journey. Room is small but modern and is very comfortable with you need. I would definitely stay again if visiting HK

I felt very safe throughout my stay as a solo female traveller, which is a testament to the front desk staff. Room was small (as expected from Hong Kong), but well laid out. For the price, I would well and truely stay again on my next trip to HK.

I flew in from LAX and landed very early morning. I believe check-in at the hotel was 1 PM. I figured I could drop my bags off with the front desk and do some sightseeing and then return at 1 PM to check-in. The hotel staff let me check-in when I arrived instead of making me wait. They were courteous and helpful. For that they will have my business whenever I am in Hong Kong.

Well positioned hotel near to harbour
Located on the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong the hotel was easy to get to from the airport. The A11 bus from the airport stopped outside the hotel. The room was clean and functional but on the small side for two adults. Our room on the 24th floor had a view of Victoria harbour in the distance. There was plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area with central Victoria harbour only 25 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, I would happily return and recommend this hotel.
