Located in the business area of the Wanchai district, on Hong Kong Island, this hotel is adjacent to the Hong Kong Congress Centre and the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Art. In the area, there is a plethora of famous shops, restaurants and markets.

The hotel has Cantonese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant and an international restaurant. For a fee, guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services, as well as the medical assistance.

Our hotel will conduct regular inspection and testing of electrical installations on December 10, 2024 from 1:00am to 5:30am and on December 11, 2024 from 1:00am to 5:30am, during which the electricity supply and WIFI service will be suspended in all guest rooms. At the same time, we will place a torch in your room for your use, please return it to its original place before check-out.

Great hotel in the heart of Wan Chai, with excellent facilities. The room was smaller than others I stayed in, but I think that's the nature of a very densely populated Hong Kong. There were no beakfast facilities, but I used the coffee shop on the ground floor, which was fine, and there are loads of local options to eat and drink, day or night. Like most of Hong Kong, the area felt safe, even later at night. I would stay here again when I go back to Hong Kong.

Upgraded to executive floor but nothing special other than higher floor & a slightly bigger room. Short 10min taxi ride from HK station, airport express train & hotel is walking distance to MTR Wanchai Station.

Some noise from rooms inside hotel probably thin wall/insulation. At times, noise at night coming from back streets, probably because of quite a few pubs/bars in the area.

Excellent hotel, close to MTR Stations and the Concention Center. There are many eateries around. I stayed here for 7 nights. It was very pleasant. The rooms have blackout curtains, so I was able to sleep in if I wanted to. Only downside was that the pool was being worked on, so it wasn't available. Gym was nice. Overall great experience!

A caveat for my comments is that I have never stayed in a hotel in Hong Kong before, and have little to compare with. That said, the staff is excellent, courteous and responsive. The room and bed were comfortable. My only complaint is that there are no outlets in the bathroom and the hair dryer cord was not long enough to reach the plus outside of the bathroom door in order for me to use the mirror while drying my hair. The other issue is that there is only a mirror in the bathroom over the sink, and you cannot see yourself full length. If those are not your concerns, this hotel is great, in an area full of eating options (Seventh Son , on premises, was food for dim sum), and close to the MTR

We paid 5 nights on the wrong dates, the hotel refused to refund any amount, to my options they should refund the consumption parts. During our stay we stored one luggage in the lobby for 5 days while we went for our side trip, we have to pay for the storage, I considered the hotel had no service

Great location in Wan Chai a short walk from MTR and tram, the room was in very good condition and clean with daily housekeeping. Bed was very comfortable and blackout curtains and quiet location meant sleep was excellent. Good shower. Staff were excellent and friendly.

On the downside, the room was compact, and changing space was very small unless you don't mind getting changed with anyone you are sharing the room with. Also a lack of storage space means having to live out of your suitcase, but not a deal breaker for us. WiFi was a bit flaky and didn't always seem to work in the room.

Would also be good to have recycling facilities, but Hong Kong generally doesn't seem to have a lot of that

There wasn’t much storage space in the room.
Although the bathroom was clean, the carpets were not well vacuumed and the worst was when I did exercises on the carpet flooring, I got bitten by mites/carpet bugs.
This happened a few times so I gave up.

Overall my experience was a great stay. The hotel is within walking distance of both Admiralty and Wan Chai MTR stops, and there are many dining options nearby.

The only thing that I would note is that the walls are quite thin and I could hear guests in the rooms next to me from time to time. I'm a fairly deep sleeper so it didn't bother me at all but something to note if you're an early/light sleeper.

One suggestion I'd also make is to bring your own amenities as they only provide toothbrush, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. I asked for a soap bar for washing hands/clothes but they didn't have any.

A modern, well located hotel in the center of Wan Chai district, near to many transport options and the entertainment district. Rooms are pretty well equiped with fridge, coffee machine, kettle, iron, smart TV with a reasonable array of channels. Weirdly, there is no hand soap provided in the bathroom. The electric sockets are plentiful and all have USB ports but are not 'international' so bring an adaptor if you aren't using the British standard plug. My own room was adjacent to the elevator and during peak times was very noisy. The gym is adequate but the ceiling height is too low for a serious lifting workout. There is an outdoor swimming pool available although I didn't see anyone using it. As of December 2024, a new coffee shop is being constructed on the ground floor. Staff are helpful and there are several 7-Eleven stores within a 3 minutes walk and plenty of close-by bars, cafes and restaurants. One significant concern is that the hotel's wifi is *totally open with no password* so it is essential to use a VPN at all times. As I was on a business trip, given the sockets, dangerous wifi and elevator noise, a 3* is appropriate.

It was a terrible stay. I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights in total, while there were 2 nights without a electric supply due to a conduction of regular power support, aircon was disconnected in the middle of the night which gave me the feeling of shortage of air. Nonetheless, i was allocated in a floor which all the rooms around me were undergoing renovation, it was super dusty with drilling and digging pretty much happened early in the morning. It was a terrible stay after all and i would recommend guests for not staying in this hotel.

Never stayed here before, usually I am in Mongkok. But I am glad I stayed here. The staff are great, friendly, professional and approachable. There are tons of food options in the area. And its a stones throw away from the MTR. The hotel has a gym and its great for my purposes. Free weights and running machines. If night life is what you want, you have that too, being its on Lockhart Road. Plenty of bars and restaurants . If you prefer McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, they are close too. The hotel is close to plenty of shops, markets and malls. I liked the location, I liked the room, the power shower etc. All good.
