Really well located, close to the train station and the sights and at a reasonable price.

The hotel is modern and comfortable, staff are super-friendly and helpful, The room had everything one might look for, clean and comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom and the electric shutters are a nice touch, block out all the light.

The breakfast was good too, nice choices and decent coffee. All in all a good hotel!

10 mins walk from the station and short walk to old town. Some good restaurants close by. Very helpful staff with good english. Comfortable bed and room made up. Breakfast is in a light airy dining room with outside seating. There was a good choice of foids and drinks.
The room was a bit on the small side but otherwise all good and good value for money.

Nice hotel, would recommend, only 10-15min walk from the train station and 10-15min walk into the centre.
Staff were friendly and willing to help, rooms were a decent size and had air con.
We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

In this day and age, who has plastic shower curtains that stick to you when showering? Horrible! Yes, the hotel is marketed as \"budget\", but some basic improvements are needed. The breakfasts are basic, no hot food, but fill you up. The staff are lovely. Could do better without huge costs, alot better!

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good if not very varied. Can store luggage easily and have a pretty early checkin. Cute balcony. A little far from city center; better for the Arena. Took a star off because wifi unreliable and didn't really reach the room at all, which in the 21st century is kind of ridiculous. Also very few plugs in the room.

Great location and accomodations. Close to shops, supermarket, attractions. Room is a bit small but modern and clean. As in other italian hotels, no iron available. Not sure whether they are worried about a fire or theft, but most people are living out of their luggage so it makes sense to keep at least one in the lobby to lend to traveller.

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, they wouldn’t let my daughter’s friend leave the lobby area when she was meeting for dinner. The television was unable to change languages to English. Breakfast was only available with a reservation.

Location of the hotel is very good and the staff were friendly but thy rooms were very noisy with little to no sound proofing and paper thin ealks. We could literally hear what the people in the next room were saying. It was especially noisy on the morning. Also the room was quite noisy and stuffy but the Aircon wasn't turned on. When we asked the receptionist we were told they weren't allowed to use Aircon until June (we went in mid May). We couldn't leave the window open over night as it was too noisy on the roads. Both of us had really poor sleep in the end.

Can't beat location between train station and city centre 11 - 12 mins each way so didn't bother with bus or taxi. Would stay again despite bed, but would upgrade to a double bed.

The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the main town. The staff were very nice. The problem is that it was hot despite being late September. There was no working air conditioner, so we had to leave the window wide open for air. But then the street lights and very noisy traffic made it impossible to sleep. The hotel would probably be good in the winter, but was a bad choice for us in hot weather.

I had a short stay. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The shower was extremely small but with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was not memorable, but the courtyard where one can sit is lovely.

Very nice hotel in the heat of Verona friendly staff clean room with a powerful shower staff 24/7 a short 45 minutes on the bus 164 just across to street will take you to gardeland Resort witch is why I stayed here.
(Anyone going to gardaland and the airport on the same day can benefit from the 10€ day pass)

Airport bus is only a short 10 minutes walk away as well as the main train station

The hotel was situated perfectly for a short walk from the train station and to the centre of Verona. It was spotlessly clean in all areas including our room.
Booked through Hotels.com and requested single beds for my friend and I. Had an email from the hotel confirming the single beds would be available. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast was continental as expected and the coffee was lovely. Gentleman who looked after the breakfast room was lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As for the negative reviews I read about the hotel, I really can’t understand where they were coming from. Can’t fault a thing. Brilliant stay. Thank you all for making it so enjoyable and easy.

Great location and staff friendly and helpful room a good size for a single and hotel and area quiet at night so no disturbances. Air con and blinds a godsend.
Only negatives was the bed was very uncomfortable so did not sleep well at all. And breakfast ok not much choice especially as gluten and dairy intolerant but was gf cornflakes and muffins so did not go hungry.

Quite basic, unpretentious, but very good.

Not a luxury hotel - nor does it pretend to be - but does a good job of providing comfortable, clean accommodation in a convenient location at a reasonable cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and could be eaten in a lovely courtyard. Only ten minutes walk from the bus/train station and another 10-15 minutes stroll into the city centre. A drinks chiller and an excellent coffee machine are situated in the lobby area, though no kettle etc in the room. There is a pretty good choice of restaurants and gelateria are in the vicinity. We loved Verona and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value.
