Had a good stay here

Clean, a very kind staff(!), breakfast included, right next to the s bahn station (but no noise from it!), so it is very easy to arrive from the airport, to Frankfurt hdf, and actually everywhere once you have this station :)

I had a very pleasant stay.

Das Hotel war echt super. Lediglich beim check-in war es sehr chaotich. VON den 2 Zimmer2 welche ich online gebucht habe stand nur eines zue Verfügung. Nach dem 2 Zimmer musste erst mal 10 Minuten gesucht werden. Allerdings war dann beim 2 Zimmer das Bett nicht bezogen und keine Handtücher im Bad. Dies wurde dann aber schnellstmöglich nachgeholt. Und beide Zimmer hatte ich mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück musste ich dann bar nachbezahlen. Die Online- Buchung hat die Rezeption gar nicht interessiert.
Aber ansonsten alles Top.

Gut, aber hellhörig

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Es ist aber SEHR hellhörig, was bei einem recht neuen Gebäude in dieser Form überraschend ist. Die Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind weniger zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war, dafür, dass mit Schallgedämpften Zimmern geworben wird, zu laut. Jeder einzelne, der am Zimmer vorbei ging, war zu hören. Die Lüftung war ungewöhnlich laut und obwohl wohl so gedacht, nicht vom Zimmer aus gesteuert werden konnte, so dass der Herr an der Rezeption, sie Zentral ausmachen musste (und ich bin nicht wirklich Geräuschempfindlich).

Für den Besuch des Casal Forums ist die Lage des Hotels ideal, da auch eine Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr besteht.
Das Bad ist sehr groß und geräumig, aber es fehlen Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher.
Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelmatratzen , die jedoch stets leicht verrutschen.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel! Leider war der check in nicht sehr freundlich. Wir wurden weder gegrüßt noch beachtet - man hatte das Gefühl zu stören. Sehr schade

Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet. Gute Ablagemöglichkeiten - Haken und Co.
Leider keinerlei amenities was Nähzeug, Schuhanzieher, Zettel Stift angeht, auch im Bad keine. Das ist etwas schade.

Das Hotel Liegt an der Bahn, das haben wir aber nicht gehört. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken im Foyer, schön wäre es, wenn man auch die Möglichkeit hätte, hier einen Snack zu erwerben. Uns gelüstete nach einem langen Tag, nach einem Snickers oder ein paar Nüssen oder Chips, etc - leider gab es das nicht.
Das könnte man im Kühlschrank und einem Regal daneben ergänzen :)

Das Frühstück war für den Preis super! Auch wenn es übersichtlich war, für den Preis top.

Personal war freundlich... leider teils nicht wirklich kompetent...zu ausfahren aus der Tiefgarage bracht es ein *AUSFAHRTICKET* wir hatten nur das was aus dem Automaten kam bei der Einfahrt. Wäre schön gewesen das Ticket zur Ausfahrt zu bekommen, wenn man es bezahlt abends oder das man bei Auschecken gefragt wird, ob man ein Auto hat, dass man nicht wie doof vor der Schrank steht. und erstmal wieder ins Hotel muss...

Beim Frühstück war die Bezahlung sehr holprig-
Und abends haben wir keinen Weiswein mehr bekommen, weil der Mitarbeiter nicht an die Bar durfte... find ich auch schwierig.
Wenn man selbst aus der Branche kommt, dann achtet man halt noch anders drauf.

PS: in Zimmer 106 liegen noch Socken vom Vorgänger im ganz unterem Regal hinten drin

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, das Zimmer ist groß und schön, das Bad sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück enthält eine gute Zusammenstellung und war sehr lecker. Das Restaurant bietet den leckersten Salat (Vienna Salat) den wir seit langem gegessen haben und auch der Kaiserschmarre war lecker. Mein Verwandten, die abends mit am Tisch saßen, haben ebenfalls gut gegessen. Leider hat es der Zimmerservice nicht geschafft, zusätzlich zu den Kaffeetütchen ein paar Teebeutel zu legen, so dass wir auf dem Zimmer keinen Tee trinken konnten (nicht jeder trinkt Kaffee!), der defekte Fön konnte nicht ersetzt werden und der Seifenspender, der eine beschädigte Flasche hatte, wurde nicht entfernt. Das passt nicht zum übrigen sehr guten Bild Ihres Hauses. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, verglichen mit all dem Anderen, was uns gut gefallen hat. Gundula Kronen
