Confirmation email had incorrect information on it. Said front desk closed at 10pm, luckily for us it was 11pm as per another booking sites information. Phone number in the email was inactive as was another number we tried from another booking site. No way to call. Suite cleanliness wasn’t the best. Mirror in bathroom was dirty, shower had a musty smell and floor has a fair few hairs on it that weren’t mine. Only 2 towels provided, no bath mat, no hand towel, no face cloths. Fridge wasn’t cleaned and wiped out from last people, no cloth or teatowel provided for the kitchen. The pool area and pool was lovely, but the few lounger chairs around were all broken. Wifi was a little intermittent

When we arrived at the property the check in was very poor. We got to the room and there where no towels anywhere so we had to contact reception to bring us towels up. When the towels arrived they were filthy dirty some of them which we ended up not using. The room was dirty and scruffy and some of the bed sheets were stained. In one of the bedrooms with the twin beds the floor was buckled and upon pressing it we could hear water underneath in which we informed reception. We had breakfast the next morning which was repulsive and we refused to eat the food and just walked out as the staff gave us no satisfaction. We informed reception they told us to take it up with Expedia so I am commenting now on our experience. I would keep well clear of the 3 bedroom apartment its not worth staying in any capacity. If Expedia can please contact us in relation it would be appreciated.

Dante imagined nine circles of hell. He missed one, and that circle is called the Sunday Hotel Near Petronas Twin Towers. We checked all the reviews and it looked great, but with new management comes new depths of gross incompetence.

We booked through Expedia, were it stated we could pay on arrival and there was a breakfast buffet and pool available for guest use. Reviews said there was a a place to store luggage prior to check-in. This information was not correct

Here are some bullet points.

- the coffee machine and cafe accept credits cards, but reception ONLY accepts cash or bank transfers. You read that correctly. We were given directions to walk to an ATM. Those directions were completely wrong. It was 35 degrees Celsius.

- despite booking a studio apartment for three adults, they only cut one key initially and insisted that was all that was possible.

- the rooms were “made up” as long as you consider having no towels or spare toilet paper to be made up. Towels finally arrived after 7 hours of complaining. Toilet paper never did.

- the buffet breakfast is a dingy cafe with four items on the menu and no buffet. All items arrived cold despite being there early.

- the pool looks nice, but they left a closed sign up in front of it our entire stay with no explanation.

-luggage storage is at a grocery, and costs extra. The staff did not even bother to tell us this much after saying they wouldn’t accept it. We had to ask.

- WiFi is not reliable

Stay anywhere else.

While the room is beautiful, There are many problems with this facility. The worst is security. There in room lock did not work, so I was unable to put my cash in the safe. I just discovered I am missing 300 usd that I stashed in my backpack. I often travel with a stash of cash and always lock it up in the safe. This terrible place did not have a working safe, and I was screwed. I would never stay in this place again

Excellent location and nice property but not well managed/ maintained.
Cleanliness can improve 7/10, a bit of stale smell in the bathroom.
Nice kitchen but poorly equipped - hardly anything usable for cooking (a very blunt knife, and a soup ladle), no tea towel (or paper towel), mush missy of limited cutleries and crockeries.
Reception counter - ‘back in 5 mins’ sign is on the times I needed help. Had to call several times for response.
Key return - suggestion is to set up a key drop box by the reception so that guests can drop the keys outside of reception hours. I was asked to pass keys to security guard with no one at security counter. Managed to find another security person, he doesn’t know anything about this system.

Elevator(s) are slow because of so many people, have many elevators but only one operational at a time, so you'll be waiting alot. Wifi is slow! No hotel staff at night. Check- in and out were simple.

This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend.
Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious.

Beautiful apartment close to transport

We arrived early but weren’t able to get into our room however we were able to wait in comfort. We were then upgraded to a larger apartment. It was roomy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was a fantastic pool area for anyone who wanted to use it. We were within walking distance of the amazing night food markets and just a short walk to the bus stop. Great place to stay.

Great Hotel, great stay, breakfast should improve

Hotel was great and clean we stayed for 4 nights and we were upgraded. Breakfast, no no no. Not really catering for all and it is plated with little options and all extras you pay for. During our stay we could not have breakfast there even though it was included in our package

Otherwise our room was nice, clean and spacious, just the breakfast.

Arriving at night, the first thing that caught our attention was that the hotel is near the active spots while being on a calmer street itself.
The pre-check was smooth, but do note that it's not the official check-in. Therefore, bring your papers to breakfast the next morning, to the 10th floor.
The tenth floor is the amenities floor, that includes the little restaurant where breakfast is served and the hotel counter. There are other restaurants on the first floor of the building, if you want a glass of wine or something.
Our room was clean, serviced on a daily basis, and quiet. Please note that the suites are on floor 31 or 32 with access to a good size balcony. I enjoyed taking in the view from there at night.
The staff is discreet, yet kind and helpful.
There's a taxi stand in front of the hotel, but walking to Bukit Bintang's station is also an enjoyable experience. There are massage parlors, seafood restaurants, street food stalls (at night) and a bustling nightlife nearby. It was my favorite part.
We had a great stay at Suasana Bukit Ceylon.

The hotel manager Susan was very welcoming and accommodating, all staff from security, reception etc were extremely nice and went out of their way to make our stay a very memorable one.

Disappointed initially - some staff helpful

Poor signs on ground floor. Check - in slow then very unhelpful when problem arose. Apartment was not clean, sofas with tears, stains on chairs, balcony doors did not lock, safe not working. And they demanded a deposit in case we damaged anything! Reception was useless.
Duty manager next day was much more helpful - offered to move us. Staff at breakfast very attentive - chef even took opportunity to teach others how to make poached eggs.
Would not stay again as plenty of other places to try for similar money.

Outdoor direction signage is poor and the internal for the room signage did not cover my room number.

Air Cond was turned off in switch board and the cordless phone to ring reception to fitx the air cond did not work.

Bed was short, lucky I am too.

TV channels were a poor selection on Astro.

Great location, good facilities, great swimming pool area, friendly and very helpful staff. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable, massive TV in bedroom.

Biggest disappointment was the lounge and kitchen. Only 1 easy chair and no TV in lounge. Kitchen does not have a washing machine. Very little daylight in lounge area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Suasuana suites. The apartments were luxurious with an amazing view of the KL and petronus towers. Facilities were great, staff very friendly and helpful and the location very central with easy walking access to KL highlights. We highly recommend staying here!

They let us check in early and we are extremely thankful. However, the appartment did not have amenities that were advertised eg dishwasher cookware etc. We had to ask for it and the manager was kind of rude. Had to show a photo as a proof. Not too thrilled about it. The breakfast was really basic and though we paid for it at the time of booking, we gave it a skip. Overall an average place.

No proper 24/7 reception, everything was done by 1 person on 10/F who was also handling breakfasts, etc. Too limited staffs which affected quality of services. Beeakfasts time little messy and checkin / checkout beyond their working hours are left to security guards to handle which they don't know much of. Inside rooms had to find electricity first before all aircon and lights worked. Bit strange that it isn't ready for us when checkin in. Nice big living room with kitchen.

Great place for a family

This was a wonderful place to stay as a family of 2 adults, 2 teenage girls. We stayed for a couple of nights so the girls could shop before we headed off to Langkawi. We had a two room apartment which suited us perfectly. The rooms were clean & comfortable, & the pool was great. The location is perfect as it was a short walk to many bars & restaurants, & also a short walk to the shopping mall precinct. Absolutely loved this part of KL & would recommend Suasanna Suites to anybody.

The hotel is not in a crowded area, which we liked. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious for my family. It was clean all around. The hotel staff are friendly - particularly Wan Ku at the reception/lobby. Breakfast was okay.
We had to walk or take teksi to get around. But Food Street is just 10 to 15 minutes walk, and there's lots of food.

Very clean modern hotel

This is our second hotel stay in bukit bintang area, close to many restaurants and shopping.
As pedestrians use caution on streets when crossing and sidewalks in bad shape.
Easy to get to monorail , free hop on bus GO KL to get around also

Amazing hotel, highly recommend!

One of the best hotels my family ever stayed at. The checkin to the hotel didn't take long and was very easy the staff were also very welcoming and helpful. As soon as we opened the door to our suite we were impressed. It was very spacious, nice looking and well presented the aircon also worked to a charm, also the cleaners did a great job cleaning our hotel on a daily basis. The breakfast at the hotel was average not much variety however the hotel duty manager did mention to me that this was something being looked at and will improve in the near future. My family loved the swimming pool area, it looked beautiful and was well maintained. I experienced a couple of minor issues but I was impressed with how quickly the hotel staff attended to these, hence why I am still giving 5 stars. Also some people might find a 24 hour reception very important which is totally understandable, however I didn't find this to be a problem because security was always around and always did their very best to help with any situation. The main shopping location and some main attractions are very close and within walking distance to the hotel, however for your safety I still recommend you get a taxi or bus because there are not many walking paths in Malaysia. I highly recommend this hotel and if I had to return to Malaysia I would not hesitate to rebook this same hotel.

Perfect stopover!

Our 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous - clean and well appointed. We were happy to eat out so didn't use the kitchen facilities but everything was spotless and new looking. The apartment was located at the front of the building so we didn't have views of the KL or Petronas Towers but we enjoyed the views from the balcony all the same! The views from the pooldeck are lovely too and on a couple of occasions we had the whole area to ourselves. The breakfast isn't fabulous but is convenient, particularly for hungry children on the first morning after arrival!
Only a few minutes by taxi (traffic permitting) to KL Pavilion or a 15 minute walk - we did both. Ideal also for walking to Chinatown and the market building.
We were sorry we hadn't booked a longer stopover!

Beds are very hard and not the average length - I'm just over 5ft and my feet reached the bottom of the bed.
Only one lift key per room. Difficult when in a 3 bedroom suite and travelling with 6 people.
Reception on the 10thfloor and same staff as the cafe.
Laundry tokens are limited.

The hotel itself is located in a very quiet area but is no more than 20 minutes walk from the Petronas Towers, 8 from petaling Street and about 15 from bukit bintang. The rooms are modern spacious and new and overall would highly recommend this for value and location.

The suites are located just a few streets away from the main shopping strip and hawker market, a short walk. The suites are excellent with good beds and fantastic pool facilities the only short coming is the hot water system only allows for short shower at a hot temperature.

Great apartment: spotless to begin with & then cleaned every day, comfortable with everything provided, friendly and helpful staff. A few minor wrinkles (eg no safe provided, one of the water heaters didn't work), that were rectified as soon as we pointed it out. Everything from check-in to check-out went really smoothly; we have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Spacious rooms, good location, quiet neighborhood, breakfast is average. The WIFI in master bedroom was not working. After checked, the hotel asked me to change to another room, but I declined because luggage were unpacked. They agreed to waive the charge for breakfast upon my request. When checked out, they still charged the first breakfast and waive the followings because the first was booked in the system. I asked if it can be cancelled, staff smiled without response, finally I paid the first breakfast.

The room was huge, with kitchen, dining and lounge areas seperate to bedroom. 10 min walk to LRT or monorail at Bukit Bintang
Only a couple of minor things that could be improved.
Room does not include breakfast, however, they sell nasi lemark for only RM4.
There is a laundry on site , which you need to pay for, but it would be great if a washing machine was installed in the space provided in the room.
Wifi was not always reliable.
Overall excellent accommodation, and will definitely stay again.

Relatively smooth check-in process. The WiFi wasn't working at our first room and the desk staff immediately changed us over to a different room. They then also offered our friend a complimentary upgrade to his room as well which was an excellent gesture.
The room was very modern,spacious and clean - almost perfect, however, the WiFi was still a bit patchy at times.
The hotel itself was in a pretty good location, away from most of the hustle and bustle but just a bit too far to walk to many of the main sites (but close enough to be a very cheap taxi ride away - generally RM5-8).

its a new hotel apartment, very modern and well equipped, nice swimming pool but very noisy a lots of kids all around the hour playing and screaming. this is an issue with the internet keep on disconnecting and very slow, also the hot water is always not enough. location is great, just 5 minutes walk from Jalan Changkat where you find all the restaurants and pubs and 15 minutes walk from time square one side and 15 minutes from the Pavilion

It was stated that 1 bedroom premium suite has bathtub but when we checked in there wasnt any. Reception claimed that only 3 bedroom suite has bathtub. We felt so cheated about our money and the dishonesty of both hotels.com and suasana suites itself. Be careful when booking with this hotel guys.

An new Unrevealed gem in the perfect location

Wow! This is an unrevealed new property in the perfect area with few minutes walk to all the fun and food. Management need to put more informative photos on the web. I took the risk with minimum information and I am very surprised what I got for the price I paid .
Apartments are so big with two rooms, one study room ,well equipped kitchen , dinning and family area. Self laundry facility is a perfect for family with kids. Laundry will cost only $3 for washer and dryer.
Staffs are very friendly. It is securly protected by lot of security officers and I felt very safe with my family during the stay.

Så fort vi kom in först var det riktigt najs och stort, men sakta men säkert inser vi hur dåligt det var. Man slås av en äcklig lukt direkt när man kommer in. Toaletterna luktar avlopp. Sänglakanen var smutsiga och fläckiga. Hår överallt i rummen. Det var inte alls rent. Inte 4-stjärnigt hotell i mina ögon.

Plusieurs hôtels dans le même immeuble,situé un peu à l'écart des points importants, Quartier pas très piéton,chambre moyenne manque d'entretien équipement moyen, clim vieillotte et s'allume 1 fois sur 2
Piscine pas utilisée ferme à 22h, wifi coupé la veille de notre départ, petit déj au 10eme étage, il faut aller chercher un bon à l'accueil la veille, comme c'était pas terrible on a pas demandé de bon
Petite épicerie au rdc qui est bien commode

This place is worn and outdated. Alot of small ants/bugs in the apartment. When I let them know they sent housekeeping who came with a towel and swiped them away. Not very helpful. I even found them in my suitcase which wasn't even on the floor. We clogged one of the toilets, and were told it was because we had thrown toiletpaper in the bowl. Noone had told us not to. Every other place we staied in Malaysia we asked, and they told us that we could throw toiletpaper in the bowl, so I'm not sure if this was the actual reason.

2020農曆新年入住5個晚上。因為凌晨1時才到酒店，預先跟酒店方面溝通check in的問題，回覆得很快，作出很好的安排！

我們一家5口訂了3bedroom suite, 空間非常大，有3 bathroom。從露台看到吉隆坡塔，晚上看五顏六色的燈更漂亮！廚房用具基本齊備，若有削皮器便完美了。床上用品舒適，地方整潔，員工有禮。

樓下有cafe，toast, 咖啡奶茶很不錯，可以一試！另有一間小雜貨店，如果缺少油鹽糖罐頭泡麵什麼的，都可以買到，價錢合理。

早晨款式不多，但很新鮮，還可以點現煮的炒蛋煎蛋！

因為我們都是用Grab出入，所以雖然附近有冇東西逛但影響不大。

今次整體入住感覺良好，很推薦一家大細入住！！u won't regret your money! :)
