Absolutely disgusting. Hair in the bed, the coffee machine didn’t work, the fridge was broken, and the floor was disgusting. I can’t believe this place even has 8.9 rate. The staff were also so rude. Whistler is not a normal location people come there to have a good experience. Hotels should level up. It’s not like we have to accept a 1-star hotel just because it’s located in Whistler Village.

Overall the place was good but they didn’t have toothpaste, we had to buy a small one for $2 at the front desk. The robes didn’t seem as though they were clean. Other than that it was good.

It’s overall a good hotel for the price. We just happen to visit at the same time with a bunch of highschool band kids… lots of noise all the way till night. And probably one of them burned something in the morning so the fire alarm went off and the whole building had to evacuate at like 7:50am.

The front desk staff was amazing and efficient in the check in, though. The room has a fire place and a kitchenette which is always nice and welcomed, but the room was quite drying - had to get up midnight for some water because of that. Then again, the price is okay so we didn’t expect too much.

The hotel and room was good. Parking stalls so small i couldn't get in my car once checked out. My partner had to climb over the back seat though the rear hatch to get in, climbing over the rear seats Parking fees were canceled. My partner was not impressed

Location was great for walking to the village. Grocery store close by. Kitchen was equipped not too badly and nice to have a dish washer. Staff were friendly. We did not use the pool or hot tub.

The room was not comfortable and also the exhaust wasn’t working inspite of informing the front staff they didn’t want to do anything about it. We were informed it’s based on humidity factor however the fan was never working the whole stay no matter the humidity

The hotel, although older, was very comfortable and the rooms very very clean. Bedding was excellent. Outdoor hot tub and jet tub in the room were perfect after a day of skiing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a great location in Whistler Village. We didn't need the car after checking in. Everything was walkable. The rooms are dated but comfortable. Underground parking is horrendous. Parking is limited and the spaces are very small even for SUVs.

Lovely staff gave us an upgrade to a better room and view. We didn't use the facilities outside of the room but inside the room was everything that we needed. The only issue was that the TV was not smart, which seems crazy in 2026, so we were stuck with watching whatever was on. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

We stayed in the Premium Studio, 2 Queen Beds. Beds were ok; a bit too soft for me but pillows were nice. Biggest complaint we have with our room is that the air condition unit was beside the bed by the window and blowing cold air directly at your head. The unit should had been placed higher or on the opposite side away from your head.

The hotel is right in the middle of the village, very convenient location. There is a park right next to the hotel, perfect for family with pets. Our room has a balcony which is great for our dog. The room is clean and the building is well maintained. I like the complimentary espresso coffee and tea. We had a comfortable stay and our dog didn’t even want to leave. Lol. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back again.

My daughter and I stayed over 2 nights to ski. The Studio suite was small but clean and efficient.
There was no sitting area other than the small dining table & 2 chairs The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils and dishes for preparing full meals.
Nice gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub in bathroom and a reasonable balcony with a couple of chairs providing a sitting space & lovely view in nice weather.
Outside swimming pool of reasonable size & well heated and a “hot”hot tub . A storage room for skis with locks provided.
Extra charge for underground parking. Reasonably priced but “tight” parking spaces not ideal for larger vehicles,
The staff were welcoming and helpful.
We recommend this as a perfect accommodation for ski getaway.

Mountain view was the best thing about the room. It was a weird layout, work desk & kitchen table combined in one, not exactly how it was advertised online. Very tired and in need of some tlc with broken tiles, water marks on the ceiling and very aged overall. A disappointing room for the price, other places in Whistler are better value for money. I likely won’t be back.

We had a really great stay at the Pinnacle. Amazing value. Small kitchen with the basic necessities so we could make our own meals. The marketplace with a grocery store within walking distance for a few groceries we couldn’t transport in our drive up. Hot tub was so welcome after a day on the mountain and the younger members of our group enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The big tub in the main area was kinda funny but also a hit for the younger members. Didn’t use the jets. We could walk back from the bottom of the Whistler gondola to the Pinnacle as we didn’t mind the 5-10 min walk in our boots. Friendly, helpful staff! Would stay again for sure.
