The bed was horrible! It was not a king first off, i dont think it was ecen a queen. Felt like an old mattress, big dip in the center, springs sticking through. I still have a kink in my back 3 days after we slept on it for 1 night! Squished into a corner. Bathroom fixtures in the shower were old & corroded. The staff were nice, thats all the nice i have to say about the place

Property is clean, but very worn. Elevator does not access every floor/wing and you end up having to carry luggage up and down stairs. Pool and gym are in another building altogether. Location is fabulous- the best part about this hotel. Overall it’s adequate.

The best location you can ask for. Steps from the gondola. Would really love this place but the property is pretty worn out. Lots of loose plumbing fixtures, banged up hardware, worn out finishings. We liked the pool, hot tub, in-room sauna (we had the loft unit). Clean sheets and towels. Just needs better maintenance and quality oversight.

We used to stay in loft previously, and it was great! The studio was a different experience.
I wish I knew the guests are supposed to clean the bathroom every time after taking shower. Otherwise, the entire floor will be a solid puddle.
The room has a very strange and inconvenient layout: for some reason, there's no closet, although there is a tiny hanger in the back. In fact, the space could have been used much more effectively.
And then there's the \"book an early check-in, but we can't guarantee it will be available\" policy.

Conveniently located near all the restaurants and shops in the village. The property is a bit aged, but overall good stay. I am put on the 1st floor, and near the road, it might get a bit noisier if you are not a sound sleeper, then try to avoid having a room with windows facing the Blackcomb way. Overall, happy with my stay.

Bring earplugs! Can be very loud at night. Very convenient for access to the gondola- only a few minutes walk. However, the hotel itself is quite run down. Our room was clean and spacious, although there was a cleaning rag left on the floor and the drawers of the dresser were all left open.

The location is great! But our fridge wasn’t cleaned out and we weren’t informed that there weren’t elevators to all the rooms (for example - half of the third floor was not elevator accessible). It’s a fine accommodation if you don’t have heavy bags.

They call it a micro room for a reason. No cooking option in room at all, not even a microwave. Coffee make don’t work either. Wait till you see the bathroom lol you can shower while sitting on the toilet if you’re into that sort of thing haha. It’s a place to hang your hat but as the old saying goes….you get what you pay for.

It's a good location and the staff was great but the room was really strange. There were literally no flat surfaces to put food/drink or anything else except for the floor (yuck). No table, no chairs, no counter space, not even a coffee table so it made our stay very awkward.

There were lots of little annoyances that took this from being a great value to justo OK for the money. The rooms are definitely older, with a mild update to some of the bathroom, but fairly dated overall. The Shower doors were off the track, which required a bit of craftwork to get rolling again. The room’s lighting was odd, with some switches on power cords, others via radio knobs, etc. My room happened to face the back street, which had LOTS of commercial trucks delivering goods. My room was also near the stairs, so there was noise coming from them, along with the room above me. Hot water in the sink took around 30 seconds, which for a 2nd floor room, surprised me. It had a new fiberglass shower pan, which was super slippery and dangerous. The bedside clock was 80 minutes off. None if this is terrible, but all of it added up to a ‘meh’ stay.

Generally, it was good. The fob keys did not work initially - both of them. Other than that, the parking space underground was ample, however, the ceiling of each stall has this 2\" metal pipe. YOU NEED TO WATCH OUT!! My model Y trunk kept hitting this multiple times, and now it made a chip mark on it permanantly. I am positive that I am not the only one whose car hit the pipe in the parking lot. I wish the management can do something about this, but I know that there isn't much to do, maybe other than leaving a sign?

The staff were helpful, quick to respond to my needs, and the maids always made it clean after each night. I would likely to stay here again in the future, but I am going to make sure NOT to open my trunk in the parking lot. The location is little bit tricky to find but once you found it, it's not that bad to navigate around the village.

The hallways were quite a maze.
The room is very clean. And we get our own balcony.
The kitchen and utensils are well stocked.
It’s a pleasant surprise that the kitchen got all the appliances one will need to cook a feast!
Bathroom is clean and well stocked.
Staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and where to eat and what to do in the Village.
It’s been a relaxing and joyful experience for us. Will surely be back.

The hotel is super cute and quaint with a European feel. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved the fireplace and the loft room. It is right in the village and a quick walk to the gondola! The nightlight in the bathroom was convenient as was the full kitchen. On-site parking super convenient too

Check-in had some issues. Room wasn't ready at 4:30pm. Prior to our arrival I received countless emails and texts from the hotel about an online check in service and promotional info. I downloaded the app and couldn't carry out the check-in. I mentioned this to the clerk and he said it wasn't operational, so we checked in the traditional way. In one of the emails, we were informed the pool and hot tub was closed, so we didn't bring bathing suits. The clerk informed us guests could use their sister hotel's amenities. That little nugget of info would have been nice. We asked for a trolley and when we arrived on our floor (third) we came to a flight of stairs?? Again, it would have been nice to know that our floor was not trolley friendly. We only stayed one night with the intention of skiing the second day. When we asked the clerk if it was okay to leave our vehicle in the $30/day parking area below until we returned around 2-3pm? He said the parking is good until 1pm and expressed there would only be leniency for about an extra half hour. Really? We've stayed at the Hilton, Listel and Ava and they all told us there's no issue as a paid guest to pick up our vehicle when we're done skiing. BTW, when we returned to our vehicle at 1:45pm after skiing, the parking garage was about 20% full.
I will say that the hotel location was excellent and the room was great. But, given your parking policies, check-in and multiple emails, we'll stay at the aforementioned hotels in the future

I truly enjoy my stay—loved the woodburning fireplace in my room. Perfect for a cozy winter ski trip. There are opportunities for minor cosmetic/maintenance improvements, but the rooms were clean and kitchen well-appointed. Would certainly stay again. The friendly staff was also a plus!

Perfectly located by the Whistler gondola and all the shopping! Restaurant attached and accessible from lobby.
Service is great. Everyone is so friendly and when you ask, they come through quickly.
Parking garage below and elevator in lobby.

The cons.. poor sleep due to a blinking red light directly above our bed (upper loft suite room). It was awful, so distracting. Also room did not get serviced after our first night even though we placed a tag on the door. But they came the next day t day after a request to front desk.
I'd stay here again contingent on not experiencing the blinking red light.

Bed was comfy! Couch was VERY comfy! View was great. Proximity to lifts and village - AMAZING! Loved the daily ski valet. Sophie and Kiera at the front desk were AMAZING! My only complaint- and it’s small - I wish the TV was a smart TV or could watch Netflix from. That’s maybe the only thing that could have made it better. Oh and one other suggestion - keep 3 logs in the room with a sign that would be charged if used - similar to the bottled water. Oh and a small fire poker? I will 100% stay there again! Loved it!!!!

Room condition was ok. It is a clean hotel but outdated. The only thing about this hotel that is great is staff and the location. Their staff were friendly and very professional. It is an old building and needs major renovation. If you do not spend a lot of hours in room and will be in ski and sightseeing and only need sleep place I recommend this hotel. Price was good.

The room was small and clean. However the heating system is so old that the unit in the room clicks on and off every 20 seconds and sounds like an airplane taking off. We could not sleep at all with all this noise so got up at 2 am to turn off the system. The room cooled down but we were able to get a couple of hours sleep before our big ski day.

The location couldn’t have been better for skiing (which we didn’t do) and just enjoying the village. The room was spacious and well laid out, and while older, the bathroom looked recently updated. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, but my FAVOURITE thing about the hotel were the fireplaces! A REAL fireplace that we thoroughly enjoyed. You must use special preformed logs from the front desk but the first one is free, and any after that are only $5. Well worth it for hours of warm flickering light, it’s so peaceful.
On Christmas eve they delivered Rocky mountain chocolates (YUM) and a bottle of wine to our room, a very nice unexpected gift.
I would definitely stay again.
The only downfall was the pool and hot tub were closed, and this is not mentioned when booking.
I did get a text from a general manager welcoming us and letting us know, but at that point it was too late to cancel without being charged.
Disappointing as I was truly looking forward to a warm soak Christmas eve and a nice swim Christmas morning.
I will say we did receive LOTS of correspondence from various managers before, during and after our stay. I don’t think I’ve ever felt that my experience and opinion mattered more than it did to the management of this hotel and it was APPRECIATED! Overall a fantastic experience with very comfy bed, nice clean room, good service and a great price for the area.

The washrooms were dirty and not cleaned properly including hair in the stand up shower in one of the rooms. We checked out right away the moment we looked at the room after check in.

Excellent location, parking was easier than I thought. You can drive to the underground parking spot assigned via msg, and then load your stuff and get up to the lobby through the elevator. The hotel and the room are a bit old but no big deal. One trick part is, for the loft room I booked, I need to first take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk stairs down half floor to reach my room. Noise was minimal during my stay, guess it’s still early skiing season. Noise might be an issue during peak season.

The location itself is excellent. You can walk to the Whistler gondola in 3 minutes, and lots of restaurants nearby.

There were holes in the wall. They did not have a proper fitted sheet on the bed and instead used a normal bed sheet tucked into the mattress. They also did not use a duvet cover, they simply had the duvet loose in-between sheets which was very unhygienic. The bedside tables and dresser in the bedroom were also scratched and marked up quite badly.

The main room was lovely, but the mess in the bedroom area took away from that.

The location is great. The staff are kind and helpful. Room was clean and I was able to check in an hour early which was nice. My room was unfortunately right above the dumpster area so I was awakened early each morning to the trucks beeping & lifting up and dumping out the contents of the bins. The room has basic amenities - bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Has a smart tv but with very few channels and a fireplace that you have to purchase a synthetic log from the desk to use. The bathroom is the mudroom style - really small and nowhere to put anything and the whole room is a shower so the floor completely floods but they give you a squeegee to push it all toward the drain. The ceilings are very high and the room has lots of windows - the downside is that it's hard to keep the room warm. In addition to the electric baseboard, they do give you a portable heater on wheels. I just ended up wearing multiple layers to stay warm.

room was very suffocated washroom had very little space- no shower space, no exhaust fan in washroom, sink was like portable toilet skin.took shower just 4 inches away from toilet seat seprating with curtin, the ceiling was 20ft high room looked bad. seriously never seen this kind of weird room anywhere. you are more then welcome to experience never forgettable room and washroom.

Loved our stay here! One thing I took note of right away was there’s no peepholes on the door and no safety latch at the top of the door. The door also didn’t close properly by itself and had to be pulled shut in order to lock. (This didn’t affect our stay but just something to be aware of) Just things to take note of if you’re a safety freak like me! The hotel overall still felt very safe aswell as its surroundings. It was comfortable and people were very respective of the quiet hours. The staff went out of there way to help resolve an issue that I made during booking and were very kind and welcoming! I got an email response within 45 minutes of sending it which I really appreciated. This place was recommended to us by my sister who had nothing but good things to say aswell! Definitely would stay here again.

Room was as expected but some of the sheets had stains, the sofa had paint from a refurbishment I think, but staff were excellent, housekeeping was great.
Noise is out of the hotel’s control, but I guess a future upgrade could be sound barrier for the village fronting units?

We had the best time at this hotel for the night! We popped in to celebrate our anniversary and the staff is incredible, the room was amazing, and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. It’s in the heart of Whistler so walking around was fun and easy. Lots of places to check out for dinner and drinks. Will definitely recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back sometime. Thank you so much for such a pleasurable stay.

Second stay at Executive Inn in as many weeks. Enjoyed the Queen loft the 1st time with the luxurious deep jetted soaker tub. I requested it again, but it was booked - so they generously offered the Queen loft again with a Hot Tub on the deck at no extra cost!! Lovely room once again and friendly fast service at front desk :)
