The property is located in the center of action! Everything happens right there. I only wished the steam did not have such strong fragrance and wished the hotel had a Sauna. The mountainside view units are worth the extra if you want to know what’s happening in town. Don’t rent a car! Waste of money. Would definitely come back !

The location is amazing right at the base of the slopes, so it’s super easy to get around. The amenities are great, especially the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day. Best location in the Village for skiers. Top notch facilities. My only complaint is that the Dubh Linn Gate restaurante on the property is no longer open early for breakfast as it used to be. Instead, you need to order breakfast from the restaurant as room service the night before from a different, very limited menu. That was quite a disappointing change from past years for the ones of us who like to have a good breakfast early, before hitting the slopes. There is no reason for the hotel restaurant not to be open early, when other similar hotels in the village do have that amenity.

Can’t beat this prime location just steps from Excalibur and Whistler Village gondola. Everything in the Whistler village is walking distance, including coffee, restaurants, and shopping. Having a ski locker close to the slopes was so convenient. Rooms are not super updated, but they are comfortable and cleaning service does an excellent job. Only major downside to the location is there is a loud apres scene in the restaurant next to the hotel, so from 3-10pm there is just constant loud club music playing. If that is an issue, make sure to request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

True ski-in ski-out in Whistler Village. Literal steps away from Excalibur, Fitzsimmons, and Whistler Gondola. The included ski lockers are super convenient, too, and make it easy to get back to your room after a day on the slopes. Shopping options galore are also clustered around your hotel on all sides (and extend for blocks in all directions). Simply put, this location cannot be beaten by any other hotel in the city. Multiple Apres sites nearby that range from party atmosphere to more mellow and classy. Irish pub on-site is a serviceable restaurant with a great breakfast. It also has live music regularly. The rooms are just as good as everything else: warm, cozy, and just the right size for my family. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, TV (with a Chromecast option), and excellent room service make it feel like home. And there was a balcony in our suite that faced the mountain/plaza. Amazing hotel. You likely won't find a better option in Whistler. Loved it.

5-star location with walkout skiing to the gondolas/lifts, incredibly convenient especially with the ski lockers. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying here, we've tried some of the others nearby, Pan Pacific Mountainside is the best.

On the downside I booked almost a year in advance and asked for a quiet room away from the elevator but got one right next to the elevator and across the hall from a staff room which was constantly being opened and closed. Whirr. Humm. Bang. Repeat until the early morning hours. I understand peak season constraints but did feel my request was completely ignored given the number of rooms at the property. Based on this I might try a different property for our Whistler trip next year.

Overall a good stay but the hotel is right in the hustle and bustle of the village which made things feel a bit chaotic. The lobby was overly crowded most all the time with skiers and was pretty small so there was no real place to relax on the grounds. In hindsight we should have stayed somewhere a bit more removed which we will do next visit.

Lovely room, we booked a one bedroom suite with our 16 month old. It was a great size, close to the pool, and smelled amazing. Actually the whole hotel smelled amazing. Very tastefully decorated. The bedroom was nice and dark for us to sleep. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful view of blackcomb slopes, pool and hot tubs facing the mountain, right next to everything in whistler village.

Staff service was excellent with early check in made available for us as well as free shuttles to the Scandinave spa. Only weird thing was after we checked in one of the staff knocked on our hotel door then immediately unlocked it and popped her head in to ask if everything was good. Was incredibly weird and made us uncomfortable that she was willing to unlock and enter our room when we were in it without us answering or opening the door for her.

As always people that work at this establishment absolutely go above and beyond. 20/10. The rooms are very neat and clean. I cannot say enough lovely things about the people.
The only opportunity is some despair in one of the hot tubs and the water in the pool/hot tubs has some stuff/human soup floating around. But that’s splitting hairs.

The room was nice but needs certain minor renovations. The bathroom fan did not work and the coffee maker malfunction. The coffee fream in the fridge was old and sour tasting. The breakfast was so so..there was no jam for the toast. When i mentioned this to the check out agent she said it was from a 3rd party and she couldnt compensate the over $50 we paid to the hotel.
The check in agent was very hospitable..much gusto.
I would not go there again unless chachanges are made

The 2 bedroom suite is perfect for our girls weekend. Kitchen facilities are terrific for prepping pre-dinner snacks and keeping our beverages chilled. Beds are very comfy and housekeeping staff were so pleasant and quick to offer replenishments of anything.

The only small challenge was the rain pelting down on some kind of metal at the base of all windows keeping us awake during the night

This place is a wonderful get-away and very convenient to all things Whistler
