Celebrated our anniversary here with my husband, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and our room was spacious, luxurious, and truly top tier.

What stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond before we even arrived. I loved that they had us fill out details about our stay ahead of time so we could add any special requests in advance. Every little detail felt thoughtful and intentional. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were with our early check in and late check out requests.

The complimentary champagne toast at Braidwood Tavern was such a lovely touch. We dined there twice during our stay, once for the buffet breakfast, which was delicious, and again later where I had one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had! We also made a late night dessert request, and the ice cream cookie sandwich was unreal.

The complimentary shuttle to the village and driving service was another detail we really appreciated and made everything feel so seamless. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool this visit, we walked by and it looked beautiful. We’re already planning to book a spa treatment next time.

We truly can’t wait to return and honestly won’t stay anywhere else now!

We had an exceptional stay at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, defined by incredible attention to detail.

From arrival to departure, the service was seamless. Fynn made check-in smooth and welcoming, and Jonnie ensured a polished check-out. The valet team consistently went above and beyond.

What truly stood out was how thoughtfully our toddler was included. We arrived to a robe, slippers, and a baby toiletry set in his size. At every meal, staff provided toddler cutlery, bibs, and dishes without us needing to ask. It made dining easy and enjoyable, which is rare when traveling with a young child.

The daily experiences like maple taffy and wine tasting added a special touch to our stay. Every meal was excellent, and service was consistently attentive.

Ollie at the pool was fantastic and exemplified the care shown by the entire team. One moment that really stood out was when our son dropped his toy over the balcony and the engineering team retrieved it within the hour.

Small details made a big impact, including a custom cookie with his name and a “safe travels” treat at departure. The spa was also outstanding, with a relaxing and personalized treatment.

Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtful and well executed. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely be back.

Even though both the adult hot tubs were undergoing work the pool has multiple arms where we could sit with our feet in the water, in shade or sun, away from splashing children. The balcony off our room faced the forest and was perfect for afternoon drinks and the delicious breakfast. Getting gluten free sorted for eggs benny was a bit of a chore but the resulting breakfast was prompt and tasty (although it’s weird they can’t source a gluten free English muffin). The service and privacy set this hotel apart from any other in whistler. Also the king sized bed (and its accompanying assortment of pillows) was fabulous!

We’ve been coming to this Four Seasons location every year for the past few years, and we absolutely love it. The staff consistently makes us feel welcome, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the ski concierge service is excellent. We also appreciate the frequent shuttle service to both the Upper and Lower Villages, as well as the convenience of the house car. The ski concierge being located at the Blackcomb base is very convenient. The only thing we wish for is a ski concierge or tent on the Whistler Mountain side as well. It would make the experience even better.

The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable.

That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient.

Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely.

A beautiful property and location in Whistler Base 2. Skis all go to a location right at base of gondola for convenience. Gym has been renovated with all new equipment; pool, hot tubs and sauna area fabulous with bar service. Service level is outstanding. The housekeeping staff are so respectful and ready to help you with anything at all. If you want top level ski resort accommodations, this is it.

I was upgraded (maybe because I booked same day?) and there’s just something about a fireplace going while it’s cold and rainy as I sit on the floor putting together a Christmas LEGO set…I’ll need to make that an annual tradition.

The staff was kind and attentive, making the stay especially welcoming.

The property is gorgeous even in the pouring rain. Hot tub, spa, daily guest activities all made our stay delightful and I will absolutely stay here again. There were nice walks all around the property so I was able to get exercise with my dog as I do not ski.

The restaurants are excellent and exactly what you hope for in a four seasons property. Try the house red—it’ll surprise you.

I traveled with my small dog and it was very convenient to travel with a dog at this property. Just be careful, your dog may love it and now your travel standard becomes the Four Seasons.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. We stayed while I attended a conference at the Whistler Convention Center. A bit of a walk to the convention centre, but not bad. Can also use the hotel shuttle service, which I did x 2 mornings, to get to the centre. It was convenient.

I had such a delightful and relaxing stay. The valet service truly stood out — it was the fastest, most accurate, and friendliest I’ve ever experienced. There was just one small disappointment: I inquired about an early check-in and was told it might be possible, so I waited, but I wasn’t able to get my room until close to 4 PM. If I had been told earlier that it wouldn’t be available, I could have planned differently, so that was a bit unfortunate. Aside from that, everything was absolutely wonderful, and I enjoyed myself so much. Thank you — I would be more than happy to return again in the future.

The purpose for the stay was relaxing and skiing.

Regarding relaxing: The hotel did ok, but for example: “Can I get you any waters, towels, etc?” Ok, I’ll be back in 5. Good intentions/effort but how about just having the common items on a cart for a single knock at the door?

Regarding skiing: I spent 4-5 days trying to arrange rentals and lift tickets via the concierge by phone, email, and website. I even registered my credit card but nothing ever happened beyond long emails. So I did it myself and had 2 hiccups: 1) I suspect I paid extra as Epic Mountain Rentals visited the hotel for fitting etc vs the shop on site (same company though it seems…), 2) the lift ticket was restricted on the day of use so I had to spend 20 mins going from front of the lift line to the ticket window and fortunately it was not sold out… That would’ve been a mess. The concierge was helpful in otherwise but the service from offsite in advance was beyond useless.

On checkout between the onsite parking fees (practically no other option) and the resort fees over 4 nights, the cost was basically another night, it felt like I was overpaying

In summary the hotel was nice but our experience was less than I expected.

Staying at the Four Seasons is definition spoiled! We stayed with our three small dogs and there was no pet fee and given tons of treats, beds, and bowls. Insane for whistler! And then we also had our 6 month old who was spoiled with a room full of stuffies to choose from! Absolutely will stay again when in whistler!

It’s a beautiful property, gorgeous room ,but the part that is a big slap in the face, is the mandatory Valet parking at $58, and the resort fee’s, of over $75 a day. I guess that might be why it was mostly empty??

Incredible staff. Warm, thoughtful, and proactive throughout. I was upgraded to a Mountain View room without asking, and they surprised me with a delicious chocolate birthday cake with candles. The hotel vibe is ski-resort meets mid-century modern. Great pool. Service feels very Four Seasons: refined and attentive. The beer flight was a standout touch. There’s also a fun game room with ping-pong, foosball, and an arcade machine.

Was so disappointed the staff were not friendly at all and almost seemed like we were bothering them when we asked for support or had questions. In addition everything was closed. The bar, the spa and the restaurant. They did their best to accommodate the closures but it wasn’t good enough for the price you pay. We checked out a day early as a result. Only great thing was the people who were able to chat to get items you needed via the room.
