The location of this property is truly outstanding—right in the heart of Whistler Village, making everything easily accessible. The unit itself is a great size, and the views are absolutely breathtaking, which made our stay feel very special.
However, the experience was let down by the comfort of the bedding. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and definitely need to be replaced. With such a fantastic location and beautiful unit, improving the sleeping setup would make a huge difference.

Excellent spot to start right at the base of Whistler. Had views of the lifts. Kitchen was well equipped. We were on the second floor and there was no issue with noise from the bar on the main floor. Parking garage is under hotel and has direct week week elevator access.

Front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was in a wonderful location - right in the heart of the village. It was clean and spacious. We did have a few hiccups that caused us to rate the property a 4 instead of a 5 review. We had issues with people parking in our designated parking space -this happened twice during our stay and thankfully we were told to use the spot next to ours as no one was staying in the other unit. We also had an issue with our condo not being cleaned on the allocated date/time. Thankfully there were plenty of towels and lastly the balcony door does not lock - it is completely missing. Now we were on the 3rd floor - however - this still felt unsafe to us.

2. The main door entrance to the suite was jammed and always hard to push open. This resulted in the code timing out as the door was difficult to open. Both from outside as well as from inside.
3. The kitchen appliances ( Stove ) was very dated and not working properly. Takes a long time to heat.
4. The blinds were also very dated and not in good condition.
5. Most of the furniture, toilets bowls and bath tub were very old and dated,

This was our first stay in the Creekside village. It's quiet and the mountain access was good. The problem is that there's only one bar/restaurant.

Everything was within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. Texting to get answers was a nice feature and the valet was super prompt. Tom was top notch service. We would recommend to anyone who wants to really enjoy Whistler and all of its wonders.

The property felt quite outdated, especially considering the price I paid. All the amenities were old and in need of an upgrade. Last year, I stayed at a different property and had a fantastic experience, but this time was disappointing. The air conditioning in the unit was far too small to effectively cool the entire space. It seemed more like a token feature rather than a functional one, as none of the rooms were adequately cooled. We ended up having to keep the doors open just to get some relief.
The television was another letdown—tiny and reminiscent of the Stone Age. I decided to try out a new place this year, but I regret that decision. I wish I had booked the same spot as last year. Expedia really needs to reassess the properties they list.
On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the service staff were great. I have to give a special shoutout to Luis from valet. He was always in a good mood, making the experience a bit better, and took excellent care of my vehicle.

We stayed in room 307 it was beautiful.so beautiful I would live in there!! The decor was stunning space was large it was amazing!!! My only complaint was the master bath was warm as the a/c was only in living room and didn’t reach the bedroom but they did bring us a fan and a cooling blanket ..

Everything was great. The lodge is in the ski village right at the bottom of the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. The hotel next door runs the lodge, and the staff was very polite and responsive. Sahar checked us in, then Ceris and Roxy checked up on us. All three did a great job.

This is one of if not The Best Location in Whistler. Room 305 was a very good size with two bedrooms, two bathrooms large living area, washer, dryer, fire place, single jet tub. A little hard to get to if you don't fit in the underground parking, as its right in the front of no car Whistler Village. Needs a reno (Apr '23), but I would definitely recommend. Staff are amazing!

Location was awesome - you walk out right into the Village, however the upkeep of this hotel is less than to be desired + there is absolutely no sound proofing so you hear everything! It has so much potential to be such a great place but there is a lot of work that needs to be done ... plus the Units are individually owned so you don't know what you are going to get and are at the mercy of the owner making sure their Unit is kept up. Interactions with Staff were amazing tho - very responsive and nice!

This condo was in a great location for us. We like to be next to the slopes and close to the restaurants in the area. The condo seems as if it was recently remodeled which was nice, but it seems they just put the very old furniture back in which contrasted heavily with the new floor and fresh paint. We loved the view of the mountain. Be aware it is located directly above the Longhorn Bar so noise is heard when the bar is hopping. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great location steps from Whistler base/lifts/restaurants and shops. Comfortable layout with smallish bedroom but great family room. Full kitchen and in-suite washer/dryer. Loved that the little things were thought about and included- basket with coffee/tea/supplies and laundry pods, etc. No hot tub or pool on site, but made up for by location. Recommend curtains in addition to blinds in bedroom, but otherwise wonderful!

Carleton lodge is definitely a prime location being right in front of the village gondola. Going back to the hotel for lunch or equipment is super easy. The room we stayed in is a bit dated with regard to furnitures, bathroom and what not which could really use an upgrade, with that said, it's cozy and comfortable. Check in was thru sundial and staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.

Awesome getaway
While the interior is a bit dated, everything is fairly clean besides the odd stains here or there but that's to be expected. Shower head can use some cleaning as there's mineral buildup. We (2 couples) stayed there for 2 nights and cooked for one of the nights. Overall good experience and we are definitely coming back. Service was great and they sent sms once in a while to check up on us and see how we are doing so that's a nice touch.

Had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and wood fireplace. The lodge was situated nicely near the chairlift. Unfortunately the only one open at this time of year, mid September, was the Blackcomb one, just an easy 10 minutes walk away.

Fantastic location, gorgeous 2 bedroom (room 304), nice deck. Easy access to everything. Everyone was so accommodating and nice. Deanna (staff) texted me everyday to make sure we were being taken care of. The 85% ( I looked) down pillows were heaven. The 2 bedroom was perfect, if you go w/someone that snores!! Couldn't hear a peep!!

Great accoms however, dishes were put away dirty and dishwasher didnt work well. Could have used a throw blanket for evenings on the sofa. More instruction needed for parking and checking in location prior to arriving. Overall a great location for getting around.

The property is cozy and has lots of useful bits such as kitchen and crocks and washer/dryer. There’s also really fast internet. We found the fridge dirty on arrival with milk and orange juice drops etc and the bedding for the sofa bed wasn’t used as didn’t look very clean. The location of this property is unbeatable! It's a 2 minute walk to the gondola and ski lifts up to Whistler mountain. It's surrounded by great shopping and restaurants. It had a huge kitchen and all the conveniences of home. This is going to be a place we come back to...hopefully soon!

The suite was very comfortable although carpeting could use extra cleaning or replacement as well as the kitchen chairs. The two bedroom and two bathroom suite met our needs to the fullest. Having an on-site washer and dryer was also very convenient. Most of the cleaning and washing supplies were included. Free bike rentals for guests would have been very much appreciated.

The unit we were in was right out of the 70s and needed lots of updating. The sinks would not drain, lightbulbs are out, and the bathtub was gross. When we arrived there was loud pumping music until midnight just outside our window but the staff was very helpful and moved us to a new room.

The view of the mountains where beautiful. Getting your luggage to the condo was not easy. Condo very clean beds very comfortable. We wanted to see Whistler without snow and it was beautiful only there for two days could have stayed longer.

After 2 nights in the condo, we were packing up to leave and looked under the bed to make sure we did accidentally kick something underneath. We were pretty disgusted to find a dirty diaper full of #2 and obviously had been there a long time. *dry heave*
I called to let the property management know. They waived the cost of two nights parking but that was it. Carleton lodge are private condos but under the management of Sundial Hotel and I guess Sundial hotel housekeeping is responsible for the room as well. We paid a lot for two nights in a two bed room condo. The condo was spacious but we could have hoped for a cleaner place.
There are lots of great places that I have stayed at in Whistler, so I wouldn't be going back to Carleton Lodge.

As the title suggests, it's a great location. Right at the base of the gondola and it's close to grocery and liquor store and restaurants etc of the Village Stroll. Great view of the action on the mountain bike park. The suite itself was roomy and had all the amenities we needed. Decor is a little dated, especially the bathrooms. Staff at check in and check out were great. I would definitely consider it for a return trip.

It was good, bit hard to find the entrance, walked around the lodge itself as the entry to the condos isn’t easy to spot. The room was spacious and clean. Blackout drapes would have been a bonus :) The coffee machine was a mysterious appliance that I eventually gave up on but Starbucks was close by. I would probably stay here again as the bed was very comfy!

Very convenient. 2 min walk to Gondola station. The keyless entry is the best. No need to worry about losing key while skiing. Room amenities are great. Lots of kitchen stuff, washer & dryer in the room make it very handy on a wet day. Wi-fi signal is very strong. Living room is huge! 2 bathroom s make it very convenient to get ready.
