Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you directly to the lifts. It is also walkable but it is about a 10-minute walk. Hotel is also located near the cheapest food places in all of Whistler including Domino's Kentucky fried Chicken and McDonald's. Nice property with swimming pool decent weights in the gym and the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Rooms are well equipped with everything such as full kitchen coffee fireplace balcony etc

It's our favourite hotel to stay in Whistler - in fact, I can't remember the last time we stayed at another place when we come up from Vancouver.
For us, it's the perfect location - still in the Whistler village, but away from the hustling, bustling, and the noise (if you know, you know - especially if you are staying near the strip/ road where all the clubs and bars are). We can easily walk to our favourite restaurants/ food places, and desserts such as 21 Steps, Balam, and Cows.
The staff is always friendly, and the check-in/check-out process is very smooth and painless. The underground parking lot is accessible, and you can pay upfront when you check in for $25/ day (and on the day you check out, you can still park until 4 PM).
The rooms have always been so cozy, clean, and exactly what we need, no matter what type of room we opt for. There are always coffee pods available, and we like to get a pastry or two from Pure Bread, overlooking the mountains, while having a cup of coffee on the balcony. The pool and hot tub are also very well maintained (even though the hot tub is on the smaller side).
Overall, I cannot recommend Alpenglow enough, especially when you are considering a more cozy, (relatively) budget-friendly option when staying in Whistler. We can't wait to be back probably this year again, as we'd like to go up twice a year!

We had a great stay at Alpenglow Lodge! The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. The only downside was the air conditioning—it was a bit too noisy, so we ended up turning it off and opening the window instead, which worked fine. What I really appreciated was how the staff contacted us right away about the items we accidentally left behind after checkout. That kind of thoughtfulness means a lot. Overall, a very good experience!

The lodge is in a great location, very close to the village and groceries. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything needed, which was a plus. However, the quality of the bedsheets, towels, and even the toilet paper was very poor. One of the shower towels had tears, and the bedsheets were also worn, which raised concerns about the overall quality. For me, it wasn’t a comfortable stay, but if proximity to the village is your priority, the location is excellent.

We liked the place but it is showing wear, the room microwave have crack in glass on front, railings worn, table showed a lot of wear, pans were worn out, and they were doing construction on the room just below our room, the smell and sound made it impossible to keep the window or door open or use balcony. We stayed at the Pinnacle for a day at the end of the week, wish we had stayed there. It is a nice place but need to let people know about the construction, and could use some updating in the room.

very cleaned and the came to clean it after 3 days. It took us 9 min to walk to gongola of village with ski boots or you can take free shuttle beside hotel which take 10 minntoo. Nice outdoor spa and kitchem was perfect . I would come back here
