First night someone was smoking inside their room and the smoke leaked into our room and permeated into all of our clothes.

The area is boring and not alot to do. The bathroom was small, the bed was uncomfortable. We stayed cause there was no where else to stay in the area but we wont be back.

The only good thing is that the staff are nice

Front desk is in another building down the street, you have to go there for check-in and breakfast. Breakfast was lousy anyway. Wifi didn't work with non-European phone number, because it required validation code sent by SMS. My room had not been cleaned at all when I checked in, staff grudgingly assigned me another room. No elevator, good luck getting luggage up the spiral stairs. Rundown building. Lousy location, only one infrequent route serves the nearby bus stop

This is like a bad hostel. Doors all open, no reception so anyone can walk in. Had to go 100 yards up road to get key. The room if it can be called that is about 3x2 metres with a bunk bed built over a double bed. The bathroom is the size of an aircraft toilet. Luckily we only had a few hours overnight stop but I have never experienced anything like this. You should remove this site from your list as I will think again before booking if this is the standard.

Literally a hole in the wall. Small, stuffy and outdated to the point of frayed and rotting furniture and linens. Ashtray built into the sink just added to the stankiness. Do yourselves a favour and avoid. Only redeeming quality was the staff

Hotel was away from public transport nearest bus stop was a 20 minute walk, unless you hired a car or taxis. Reception was small but ok for checking in. No tea making facilities in room, or any place to get a hot drink or hot water. Room was small but for one person was ok. Toilet/ shower was very small and door to toilet did not shut unless you gave it a heavy push it would then stick, but then you had to really pull hard to get it open again. As I only used the room to sleep it was ok, as out early and back to room after 10 pm. If I had to stay in the room for a longer period of time during the day it would be depressing.

Good hotel for one or two nights stay in close proximity to Geneva, about twelve kilometers.
Rooms are on a small side as well as showers but it is good for short stay.
Check-in and out process is quick and simple. Staff is smiley and helpful.
There are few restaurants near by as well as super market.
Prices are bit on high side for such hotel.

Cheap but not very clean, small rooms, nice locati

Location is good, took about 15-20min from Geneva airport. Rooms are smaller not cleaned to high standard. Bed sheets and pillows were ok. Toilets were terrible, small in size, not cleaned (had hairs on tap and walls), no tea / coffee or kettle in the room.
There was a nice restuarant nearby. Quite location. Cheaper and ok to stay if you just need a bed for night or so...

I’m sorry, but when you hear Premiere Class Geneva, this hotel is NOT what you think of. Odd little prefab corner bathroom, sub standard room. The only redeeming feature was the busy courteous woman serving breakfast. As an added insult, we were charged for the room by Hotels.com and again at the hotel. Still waiting to get a credit from someone.

Room was tiny, almost comical however bed was comfy enough.

Bathroom was a bit peculiar, reminded me of a motor home bathroom....

The worst thing was the smell, despite booking a non smoking room it stank of stale cigarette smoke, truely awful.

A taxi to Geneva airport would have been around 50 euros, we only stayed here as it was cheaper than a nearer hotel.

Should have stayed nearer... very poor for 99 euros. If it was 20 - 30 euros that would have been fine...

Good hotel but breakfast facilities are inadequate; I often would come down for breakfast and there was no room to sit down as the area was full.

Only if desperate for airport convenience

Only if you are stuck trying to stay close to the Geneva airport; that part worked well to catch morning flight. Tiny room, tiny bathroom. Something you would expect to find on a small sailboat or camping car. If you have a sense of humor you could have a good laugh. Don't expect a bargain.

Layover Hotel

Got the hotel because of a Layover for a night in Geneva. It's cheap and seemed a close distance from the Airport. It will cost you at least 50 Euros back and forth in a taxi to stay here and the restaurants near by charge like 25 euros for a hamburger. Also took 2 hours to get a taxi in the morning and there were 8 people waiting for taxi. So if you think you are getting a deal for the price factor those costs in and the time that you might miss your flight. I think it would have been better to stay somewhere off a train line for convenience.

We stayed here as it was convenient for a visit to CERN, and thought it would be \"serviceable\" for the price. While the room was tiny (to be expected), the bathroom was the smallest I've ever encountered, and was about the worst, albeit clean. I would never choose to stay there again, although the staff was pleasant enough.

The normal check in time is 5pm. I wrote and asked if we could check in early and received a response saying the desk opens at 5pm. However, when I got to the hotel I was able to enter my name into the automated machine by the door and get my key card when I arrived at 3:30. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that in advance.

Our room was really small. One side of the bed was pushed up against wall but there was still barely enough room to open the door without hitting the bed. (The emergency floor plan posted in the hall indicated that our room was much smaller than almost all of the other rooms in the hotel.) The bathroom was especially tight. When sitting on the toilet it was necessary to put one foot on the raised edge of the shower. Although I really tried, I couldn't avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor when I used the shower.

Budget hotel near Swiss borders

The price is ok, the rooms are according to the price, ok nothing fancy. Rooms are supposed to be non smoking but you can smell the cigarets very easy as other occupant are smoking there only with open window. Breakfast is very simple, no ham, no cheese, no eggs.

By far the worst hotel. Will never recommend

Biggest issue for me was the continuous strong unpleasant smell of cigarette smoking. distance from Airport, size of the room were not a real surprise because I was expecting that from previous reviews. However this hotel was advertised as non smoking which is not true. I had my 10 year old son with me and neither of us could sleep whole night. I left the door open whole night to allow cross ventilation. I wasn't worried about safety as I wasn't sleeping anyway.
First thing I did next morning was to checkout even though hotel room was paid for next day in advance.
When I asked for a refund, I was told that the booking was non refundable. I felt cheated because non smoking room was a key criteria as I had a child travelling with me. I would find fault with Expedia as well because, it shouldn't list hotels that don't comply with the description. I have launched an official complaint with Expedia and waiting for a decision.

Sorry to say, but the place is a big mistake...

Don't mean to be rude and offensive, but I genuinely feel cheated. I generally keep low profile and stay in non-posh places, but this has exceeded my expectations. Like probably most people staying there, I was looking for cheap place to stay for my next day flight. And whilst the place is cheap indeed, it is actually 10 miles away from the airport, not the advertised 4km. Its in the middle of nowhere, and thats fine as well if you have low expectations like me, but the taxi to get there will cost you 50-60 euro each way, which will set the total cost at around 150 euro per night. On top of that, the smell in the room (mine at least) was really unlike anything I experienced before (except maybe some really bad public toilets).
For what is worth I am not even blaming the receptionist for not being nice or very welcoming, the poor lady has to put up with all disappointed customers, really feel sorry for her, hope she can find a better job and the place gets either fixed or at least people stop being fooled of getting a good night sleep for a good price. You are much better off staying at 100 Euro place somewhere in the city or at the airport directly. A real shame :)

Copious free parking, nearby supermarket. Tiny but clean rooms, 3 electric sockets free which is good, but some rooms it is difficult to have room to open the bathroom door, free wifi. 8 miles to the airport, close to Cern and easy drive to Geneva centre. Nearby town has a couple of places to eat and not far from a Carrefour hypermarket. Didn't try breakfast and staff and guests noisy early in the morning if your on the ground floor. Automatic check in good when it worked

All OK will stay again

Its a Premier class hotel which means its all basic, but it has an ensuite with towels. Only place to eat within walking distance that I saw was at the Kyriad hotel 100m away, which was acceptable. Everything is tight on space but at the price its difficult to complain.

most convenient hotel for Geneva Airport

Despite the low room rate, the hotel is quite convenient and cosy, esp. for a next day trip to the Geneva Airport. As I had a rental car, I don't know the punctuality of the taxi service in the area but if you have a car, it takes 10min to the airport. The room and the WC is rather small/compact but functional (just like a cruise ship room). My toilet seat was broken but I wouldn't care at that rate. The big supermarket within walking distance is priceless!

Booked this hotel after having a satisfactory experience in a premiere classe hotel in Paris, but this one is not upto scratch. Location is good if you have a car, ample parking, and room is clean enough, however the room is extremely small, and the washroom is so small it feels like in an aircraft ! Can be used as a stop to spend the night, nothing much.

This hotel is VERY far from the central train station in Geneva. It cost us about 60 CHF to get here. The room has all the things you need - a bed and shower,etc but it is smelly in the toilet. It is very small also. There is no bus to the nearest bus station or tram, you have to walk about 25 minutes or take a taxi. In all, would only recommend this place if you have a car or staying or a brief night.

Exvellent value for money. Clean, neat, small but good for price paid. Easy to locate with garmin GPS. Should have own car. Very convenient for en route Geneva to Paris.
Simple, well price breakfast for €4. And staff allowed us to use their facilities to have our home-made dinner. Excellent interMarket grocery shop with everything you could think of food wise. Would definietly stay again.

Low Cost, Far from Geneva

I booked this on a recommendation of a friend when I went to CERN on the border of Switzerland and France. For the price, it's a decent place. Nothing fancy by any means, but you get what you pay for.

I was a bit disappointed that it was impossible to get to via public transit (had to catch a cab and cough up 30EUR) as well as the fact that the person at the front desk knew only a handful of English.

Despite having two nights reserved, I went to a different hotel the second night closer to public transportation.

Plus de réception, l’hôtel est géré pas kyriad qui se situe un peu plus loin.
C’est vétuste, la porte de la salle de bain/toilettes ne ferme pas.
Des miettes de nourriture se trouvaient sur les meubles.
Mais le pire c’est que ma femme et ma fille se sont retrouvés avec des plaques rouge sur la peau après avoir été en contacte avec le lit.
Je n’ai pas regardé les avis Google en réservant mais je ne me ferais plus avoir.
À fuire et à mon avis faut arrêté le partenariat avec se « dortoir ».

Arriving in the afternoon, it is recommended to go directly to the Kyriad Hotel about 100 meters away, where there is a staffed front desk to collect the room key. The price is affordable, the rooms have air conditioning, and the cleanliness is fairly acceptable.

Très mal isolé, on entendait les bruits, pas de réception, on a galeré pour récupérer notre chambre. Les draps étaient vieux, comme hôtel en lui même ,une serviette de bain pour 2 personnes. Je ne retournerai pas.

Ça pue, c'est vétuste, pas d'eau chaude, pas de pression d'eau, la réception est dans un autre hotel.
Quand je me suis plaint de tout ça la réceptionniste m'a dit que je n'avais qu'a regarder les avis avant
