The beds were tiny. Beds were uncomfortable. 1 pillow each for a family of 6.

No kettle or coffee making facilities.
We went and purchased a kettle because we needed it for baby bottles.
Air conditioning was mediocre and didn’t really work.

Lovely staff - can’t fault them - but the rooms were tiny and hard to manoeuvre in, and the bathrooms were unbelievably small. We’ve stayed in several Premiere Classe hotels and this was by far the most cramped.

Please don’t recommend this property. Could stay there. Left after seeing the place. Looked like if people were staying there for weeks on end. Parking full of vans and therefore no room. Felt totally unsafe for myself and my car.

The smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Tiny bathroom as well.
Online check-in didn't work. Regular check-in was very slow.
Everything was clean. Wifi was good. Beds were OK.
Bedside table was broken.
Somewhat noisy due do some partying next to our room.

Nice budget hotel for an overnight stop on the way back to Calais (2 hr drive) near to a Mcdonalds for food if you have kids. Rooms are small but clean & beds are very comfortable. Receptionist was extremely friendly & spoke good English if your French is rusty. Secure car park gates lock @9pm

Room was very cramped. It didn’t smell very nice and although the sheets and pillowcases were clean the eiderdown was dirty and stained. The bathroom was awful the shower head was broken and shower was very small, We were woken up very early by noisy neighbours who were talking loudly and had the car radio on. Have stayed in nicer places for around the same price and won’t be coming back here soon!!

The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in the handle. Bunk bed that sits on top of the queen bed has metal supports and I hit it with my head as I bent to reach the nightstand and ended up with a cut and bruise on my forehead. It should have rubber guards around the edges. No in room kettle.

This property was easy to get to and had two restaurants close by. The rooms were EXTREMELY SMALL. We are not big people but the bathroom was so small you could sit on the toilet and touch all the walls including the shower. In order for one person to go into the bathroom the other person had to lie on the bed or go outside the room. There were two of us and the room had three beds so we are not sure how you would fit three people as it was crowed with two. NOT as shown in the photo on the internet.

Eventually got in hotel ,it’s the same as any economy room in France ,small bathroom, small room , and not much light. The hotel is shabby and dirty. I know it’s cheap but we had to be moved to another room as the bedsheets had not been changed from the previous occupant! Full of hairs and bits. Still not convinced they were clean in the second room...very basic rooms, but we knew that as we have stayed in other Premiere Classe hotels in France. However, others were clean! A few places to eat within walking distance. We tried Food Station, which was a very pleasant surprise!

You get what you pay for!!

This has to be the worst budget hotel I've stayed in (nowhere near the standards of an Ibis budget). The rooms smelt of cigarette smoke and there were countless burn holes in the bed sheets. The other guests that were staying spent their time outside the rooms talking loudly and smoking till midnight, then up at 6am to go to work just as noisily. The door didn't feel securely locked which made my wife nervous. The decor and just general maintenance needs looking at as this hasn't been done for many years.
Positive points:
The beds were actually comfortable, the location was good for us as there was plenty of places we could eat within walking distance, a super market and petrol station just down the road. The lady on reception was also really friendly and very welcoming.

Worst hotel ever

I have been in many toilets that smelt better than the rooms even after we changed. We have never stayed in a cupboard for three people where it was not possible to walj round the beds. Breakfast room was clean and breakfast good. Will never stay in one of these hotels again and consequently wiil cancel my future booking in Boulogne

You get what you pay for.

I think the hotel was good and so did my family. We booked the hotel through expedia, which was easy and great. When we got to the hotel to check in, the receptionist didn't speak much english. However, i did understand her, and she understood me, which was brilliant! The hotel is based on a block of flats in which you enter your from the outside. We booked a room for 3, and it came with an en-suite toilet and shower. We was given complimentry towels. The hotel was close to the local shops in Rouen, France, this made life alot easier. Only downside was, on the night we were staying, we had a group of people also staying in the hotel who were very NOISY! We went to bed at 1030pm and couldn't goto sleep until 1.30am. Although the hotel can't take the blame for it, they could perhaps have a patrol walking around to see if there is any trouble. As our next door looked as though they were having a rave party! If your looking for a short stay as you are travelling, this hotel is perfect in Rouen, France.

It is what it is !

It is what it is! If you want 5* book something else. If you want a place to lay your head, park the car, feel safe and have a good shower - for about 25 quid! - then this is the place. Being fussy, my only complaint would be that the lady on breakfast duty that morning was a bit stingy with the bread. Will we book again? ABSOLUTELY!!

Budget place to lay your head.

The Premiere Classe chain of hotels do exactly what they say on the tin. They are a low cost option to break up a long drive to or from the south of France. It's difficult to find anywhere that will cater for a family of six on a budget, so their option of three single beds works for us perfectly, with one adult accompanying two of our four children each.

The breakfast is a good value all-you-can-eat continental affair, with plenty of choice.

All in all, a good option for a money saving overnighter, that we have taken for the past three years with no real problems (if you don't mind the most basic of amenities - it's only for a night after all!)

They started by telling me there was no booking and after an argument as they tried to walk off without checking I got them to check and low and behold we had a booking. Hotels.com should remove them from the website. Very disappointed

Poor Maintenance

Have stopped in many Premiere Classe but this was one of the worst. Though apparently refurbished the hotel looked in need of a make-over. Both rooms though clean had numerous faults - several light bulbs not working, no soap in dispenser, only 1 water cup, shower tray flooded bathroom and room, noisy guests, lot of traffic noise. One night was enough for us and our friends so never again. Best thing I can say about it was its location - easy to hop onto regular bus service into city centre and only 1.50 euros each way.

We needed a hotel just to sleep in overnight to break up the journey back from the vendee to calais, we knew we'd be arriving at the hotel late and setting of again early. We have 3 children so have to book 2 rooms and decided to keep things cheap and opted for the premiere inn. Never again! It was claustrophobic and stuffy, with the smallest window. There were dogs in the hotel barking all night. The area made us feel unsafe. The bathroom so tiny with everything in an enclosed space and dirty. The worst part was the dirty, stained, ripped sheets complete with hairs. One of the rooms also smelt terribley of smoke. We all ended up sleeping in one room. I knew we were taking a gamble as it was so cheap but never again. Spend the extra money, even for the small amount of time we were there I still wish we'd booked elsewhere. The only positive I have is the check inn and out was hassle free and straightforward with pleasant staff!

good budget hotel

On the main road across from the Expo area this hotel was clean and neat. Each room is triple with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin perpendicular above the headboard. The mattresses were comfortable. No luxury but accomodating for three adults. The bathrom hasa shower- but very small with shallow well- do no leave items on the bathroom floor. Think premier stateroom on a cruise ship- if you are okay with that kind of space and desin than you will be happy with the room and love the price!

Personnel très irrespectueux ne respecte ni le client ni la loi j'avais 15mn de retard la réceptionniste c'est invité dans ma chambre alors que j'étais sous la douche quand j'ai entendu et je suis sortie lui demander de fermer ma porte elle refusé en me disant que je suis en retard et en reguardent mais affaire qui était sur le lit un peu comme une voleuse, j'ai fini par sortir de la douche en serviette et lui claquer la porte au nez,en décèdent pour rendre la clé je lui demande pour quoi elle a fait sa elle me dit c'est par se que j'étais en retard, donc en prétextant un retard elle a violé mon intimité et refuser de sortir et de fermer ma porte alors que j'ai lui demander 4fois jusqu'à se que je sorte de la douche la fermé moi même.je déconseille fortement cette hôtel du coup

Vraiment pas terrible pour le prix chambre très petite et pas très agréable trou dans le mur de la douche lavabo qui a du mal a s écouler un cafard dans le lit du haut a l intérieur du drap blanc le petit déjeuner juste limite machine a jus d' orange en panne pain dur tartine aux graines dur peu de choix juste machine a café eau fraîche et lait deux confitures dans un saladier un jour sur deux plus de beurre demi sel et plus de yaourt juste des compotes c est vraiment limite je ne peux pas mettre de photo lorsque j appuie sur ajouter une photo

Le personnel est très gentil en revanche la propreté de la chambre et des draps étaient absolument lamentables, le protège matelas plein de poils. L'hôtel n'est pas très bien fréquenté non plus.
Le petit déjeuner est décevant, il n'y a que des pains au lait et du quatre quart.
J'entends que ce soit un hôtel modeste mais par contre on demande au moins a ce que ce soit propre.

J'avais plus l'impression d'être dans un formule 1 que dans un première classe.
La chambre est relativement petite pour 3 personnes .
Mais côté personnel ils étaient au top.
En revanche j'ai été surprise par l'heure d'arrivée 17h et de départ 10h.

Petit évier dans la chambre, le reste des sanitaires sont sur le palier. Beaucoup du bruit jusqu’à plus de minuit avec les vas et viens dans les couloirs.

Les voisins gênant, ne respectent pas le sommeil des autres, parlent forts jusque tard dans la nuit et limite se bâtent sur le parking.

Séjour horrible. Chambre en mauvais état, télé HS, plus d'eau chaude le soir, vraiment mal isolée... typique d'un hôtel des années 90 sans aucune rénovation depuis. L'hôtel accepte que des jeunes squattent une chambre à 4 ou 5 toute la nuit alors qu'il est question de 3 personnes maximum... mais surtout merci de nous avoir donné une chambre juste à côté d'eux lorsque l'hôtel était quasiment vide. Conseil : complétez votre budget de quelques euros pour une bien meilleure nuit.

Séjour affreux,au bout de la deuxième nuit je me suis gratter tout la nuit et au réveil j’avais des punaises de lit sur ma couette.je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Ils étaient au courant du problème mais ont fait comme ci de rien n’était à part me dire que c’était moi qui les avaient ramenés.
