The location was perfect for us. Our room wasn’t overly spacious but was well kept and comfortable. Beautiful view of the cathedral from our balcony. The church bells on Sunday morning were amazing! Parking is available under the hotel. Accessing the parking was an interesting adventure as we navigated through what are typically pedestrian walkways with automated bollards. We managed to catch an incredible light show one evening on the exterior of the cathedral. We definitely would stay here again!

C'est très compliqué de trouvé l'hôtel car toutes les informations ne sont pas fournies sur le site.
Les GPS vous font tournés en ronds et beaucoup de rues sont en sens interdit ou fermées pour travaux.
Nous sommes arrivées vers 13h et notre chambre était déjà prête nous avons apprécié.
Chambre propre sauf comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel les plaintes autour et à la tête du lit sont poussiéreuses.
Dans la salle d'eau le tour interieur ou la buse est posée est noir ,un coup d'eponge avec du vinaigre suffirait.
Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est excellent avec du salé du sucré et du vrai fromage pas des tranches .
Je trouve le parking un peu cher mais pas d'autre choix car peu de place disponible.

This hotel was in a wonderful location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance - less than 10 minute walk.
Staff at front desk were very helpful.
Breakfast is offered for a fee but there are Boulangeries in the area for a quick breakfast.

Great for a 1 night stay. Parking under the hotel is very tight but convenient and safe. Overall a great value. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Rouen.

We only stayed a night but had a lovely time in Rouen. The hotel's location is central and close to the cathedral, the shops, and lots of restaurants. Parking is available and can be tight, though they may have options for larger vehicles so make sure to inquire ahead and reserve a spot. Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and professional. It really made an impression. Our one breakfast experience was not ideal as there was a constant long queue for 1 coffee machine which blocked several of the food areas. Overall a lovely hotel with stellar staff.

The system of 'bornes ' closing the centre of Rouen to traffic is a big negative to this hotel. We were not told about this in advance and reached the hotel on foot. The manager on the front desk kindly escorted our car through the barriers as he knew the code.

The room was everything we were looking for. The rooms was spacious enough for three and the location was unbeatable! My only complaint was that the air conditioning didn't quite cool our room as much as we would have liked, but still much better than no AC at all.

You can’t get any closer to the beautiful cathedral than this hotel. The cathedral is next door doggie left and a pedestrian street with lovely shops is on your right. Anything you want to see and do in this beautiful town is very near to this hotel. Best hotel in all of Rouen for location, great staff who are there 24 hrs to answer any question. Staff arranged great driver with big car to transport me to CDG airport at a reasonable rate. Fabulous hotel

I liked the hotel and the staff was generally nice and professional. However I was a little bit surprised that heat and cooling systems were turned off. I was told that the weather was \"too nice\" to have a need for either.... But that's not how air conditioning works and every customer's needs are different. If Mercure hotel chain claims to be a 4 stars establishment, then AC is a must, otherwise you fall under a different category group.

Pay attention to parking, it's not free

so the parking is not free, you pay €18 per day, and it is who arrives first, and even more recently you can pay and not find a parking space. pay attention, the city has a restaurant program with a break, i.e. a morning and an evening program, many close at 8 pm

Lovely hotel in the heart of the historical part of Rouen. Very walkable. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is somewhat difficult. We had a van which did not fit in their underground parking. Be prepared to drive around to find a parking spot.

The location of this hotel is fantastic for sightseeing - right next to the Cathedral and amongst beautiful streets. We found the staff at this hotel to be exceptionally helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfasts. There is on -site parking which we found to be very convenient, and we were emailed with parking instructions prior to our stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. You can walk to everything . Beautiful part of the city..Has an underground parking garage which was great. Steep and a little challenging to get in and out. But so nice to have in the city center. Interior and bathrooms could use an update. But I would stay there again because of the location.

Great location in the centre of Rouen and staff friendly.

We stayed twice, once on our way down to Bordeaux area and again on the way up.

First room had a weird bathroom, a large, but odd toilet that looked like the original one had broken, and they changed it for whatever they had, which didn't quite fit. There was urine all round the toilet seat brackets and dirt in the corners of the room.

Second room was ok, but again room was dirty, looked like they just swilled a mop around the bathroom and didn't bother with the corners that missed.

Wouldn't stay there again.

It’s a dump!

This hotel is dump. Do not stay here under any circumstances unless you enjoy disappointment.
The parking system simply does not work. A guest needs a code to progress in the barriered one way street to gain entrance, the hotel say the send a code, they did not. As you might imagine there was quite a queue developed at this entrance and some hopefuls had a code, it was wrong. The staff did not answer the intercom or the phone. The most dispiriting thing to was that instead of accepting the situation and apologising they argued and dismissed the whole thing.
The hotel, apart from the reception/restaurant area was noticeably grubby, the decor tired/shabby.
It was in need of significant maintenance, our fridge did not work, the curtains hung off the rails as the sliders were broken and there was exposed wiring apparent. The lavatory blocked.
I would normally have taken these matters up with the staff but could not face the self satisfied, bored, clearly poorly trained people who should get out of the service industry asap.
DO NOT STAY HERE!

Havde bestilt 3 enkeltsenge men fik dobbelt seng og opredning.
Badeværelses bruser meget lav, og loftet lavt. Er man 2 meter, så er der ikke plads. Toilet er i børnehøjde, dermed en god træning af knæene.
