Layout of the hotel was very confusing elevator on the ground floor only went to the first floor then there was another elevator that had rooms in the 200s on the third floor. Breakfast was €19 but somehow I was charged 25 rooms were beautiful.

Poor Service and poor experience
Hi I had booked two rooms a twin room and a deluxe room with city view. When I booked in the lady on reception quoted me a credit card number that was not mine and I clearly explained it was not my credit card. Still she proceeded to book me into the room - 224 and 227. I went to room 224 and it was not ready so my husband and I waited in the corridor for the cleaners to finish )(circa 5.00pm) . We went in and unpacked. About an hour later another customer entered the room with a key card. Clearly she had been booked into the room too. A few minutes later a different member of hotel staff knocked on the door and asked me who I was. She then explained she thought the original staff member had made a mistake and booked us into the wrong room. She offered no apology and did not mention that we were not in the deluxe room we had booked. I later went down to reception and I asked about the deluxe room, she said the only thing we were missing was a coffee machine (this is not correct) and that we could have a free coffee from the bar. The next morning when I went to check out a different person on reception again asked me if I was the other customer and tried to charge me for their breakfast. Why had out details not been changed on the system? Why did I keep being asked if I was the other customer and I believe that I should have been offered a coffee machine, robe, slipppers etc given I had booked and paid for a deluxe room?

Couple of complaints…everything is “extra” pool access (size of a bathtub) €20 each. Parking €19, breakfast €25 EACH! If your a family of 4 that’s €100! You can get a steak meal in Rouen for that price!

Excellent hotel in almost all aspects except on return to room after hot few hours touring city room not made up and on request for making up room so I could shower and sleep I was told impossible for at least an hour and I had to wait!!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were truly lovely—very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was the parking. It was mentioned at booking, but for €19 a night, and given that the hotel isn’t in the city center, it would feel a lot more thoughtful to include it. Most guests driving there will need it anyway. Still, we had a pleasant stay overall.

No hand soap for guests for two days. That’s quite unbelievable. I have never in my long life experienced this. Management shouldn’t let this happen. This isn’t a mom and pop operation, so take some money from M to the store, and buy some soap! Did the staff have soap?

If you feel inclined the bus from on the main road (adjacent) services the main historic Rouen sites.

This is great place to stay while in Rouen. Brand new property and less than a 25 min. Walk to the city center. Parking is 20 euro and safe while convenient. Rooms are spacious and brand new. Staff is lovely at check in and check out. Thank you Fanny at check in for being able to guide us on questions we had. Safe area and up on a hill.

Lovely and interesting renovation of an old school building. Room was really comfortable and well appointed with high quality furnishings. Breakfast was lovely and again of a high quality. There was a small but decent gym. Only negative for us was that whilst the hotel does have a spa/ pool this was part of a facility which cost an additional £20euros entry for 2 hours access and had quite limited opening hours (i.e. not open pre breakfast and closed quite early in the evening) which made it not worthwhile for us on a one night stay. The hotel is walk from the centre of town which is a bit hilly on the return. Again not an issue for us but could be for some. - though think it was on a bus route. Overall though highly recommended

L'hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont spacieuses et propres tout comme l'établissement. Cependant, le service est déplorable. L'attente pendant le dîner était très longue. Au bout d'une heure d'attente pour essayer de commander le dessert, ils ont en oublié un. Les autres clients ont attendu 45 minutes pour avoir leur boisson et 1h30 pour leurs plats. Le personnel n'est pas professionnel (à part un des serveurs nommés Thomas et un autre dont je ne me souviens pas le nom qui était très professionnel) et certains d'entre eux s'énèrvent au lieu d'essayer de trouver une solution ou s'excuser. Au vu de la qualité du service, il ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles. J'ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels du groupe Hyatt et celle ci a été une grande déception.
