What started out as a wonderful stay needed so badly. Our bathtub wouldn’t drain after the first night and so we let the front desk know. After being gone all day it was not fixed. The morning we were checking out a maintenance man walked into the room unannounced and then opened the bathroom door of which I, a lady, was in no shape to be walked in on!! I was hollering at the invasion not know what was happening, I grabbed the door handle and shooed him out. The hotel offered to pay our $14 parking ticket as compensation. It sucks because it was a cute place well located but definitely under staffed and very small rooms.

Marred by a fire alarm at 0230. Rooms are small and really need renovation, particularly bathrooms. Surrounded by noisy roads albeit in a good position near the river. Garage expensive and a nightmare to get anything but the very smallest vehicle into it. Breakfast ok although the scrambled eggs weee lumpy and almost cold. We would not stay here again.

Great place to stay for cyclists. Right on a local cycle path and a stone's throw from the Seine cycle path, with secure covered parking for bikes. The room was small but it was advertised as such and was perfectly adequate. Walking distance to the major tourist attractions in Rouen. Lovely, helpful staff.

Easy and friendly check in. Very basic hotel which is what you'd need if you want a hotel close to old town Rouen. Don't expect any extras, simple but cozy enough. Each room has a kettle with tea and instant coffee, and hairdryer (which was missing from our room) Fan didn't seem to work so getting drenched in the rain meant our clothes and shoes did't dry after 2 days. Only one tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom which meant a visit there every time you had to toss something out.

Lots of sights close by so super convenient. There is a small gym to workout, a restaurant on site and a place to have a drink in the evening. Views from the window on the third floor. Be sure to double check your bill when checking out. We were charged everything twice from our meal in the dining room and needed to fix it after we checked out. This was terribly inconvenient for those that had to wait behind us.

Easy check-in at hotel. Had booked room with terrace and Seine river view. Was not worthwhile the extra money as only partial sideway river view. Room due to terrace unpractical layout. Bathroom appears aged with open piping.

Hotel was pleasant. Dined in the restaurant and the young waitress did a mighty job, against all odds. Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen.
Staff at all times maintained pleasant demeanours and didn’t fluster at the criticism they received from some patrons, but should not have found themselves dealing with this situation. Employ more staff!

The staff were the best part of this facility. They were all very nice, charming, and accommodating. It's a quick cab ride from the train station. It's only a 15-min walk from the hotel to the historical center. The hotel staff called a cab when returning to the train station, which was very smooth and stress-free. We would stay there again.

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant employee with buzzed red hair was quite rude. He did not make eye contact , reacted with short answers and did not ask if we enjoyed the food or anything. He shouldn’t be working in a hotel. Honestly quite disappointing for an otherwise great hotel. The rest of the staff was lovely, especially Charlotte.

En face d’une passerelle de boulevard ne pensez pas dormir fenêtre ouverte en été (ce que j’apprécie plutôt que d’allumer la climatisation.

L'hotel est proche fu centre ville et possède un parking au prix dd 10€. La chambre est assez spacieuse, idem pour la salle de bain et le pdj est correct.
Point négatif, la décoration de la chambre inexistante (c'est triste) et l'éclairage dans la salle de bain trop faible, c'est vraiment sombre et donc pas très pratique.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Durchgangsstrasse und an der Abfahrt einer Brücke. Der Parkplatz am Haus war voll und man hat sich überhaupt nicht bemüht, uns weiterzuhelfen.
