On arrival, reception was not staffed, I had to seek staff out in a restuarant with the lights off. The whole time I had no internet, a call to reception said\" I had to book the internet\" - which is nonsense.

, unfriendly. We got a room to the street front, very noisy. Asked to change to another room, was told because we booked with Expedia , not possible. Room was dirty , and bathroom gadgets, drain plug, shower door not closing , all drawers from cabinets not working. Room has no safe, shower to small to turn around, and had to walk into the bathroom to dry. Room was totally run down !!! Room was dark , very small windows. We stayed for 3 weeks, 1 or two days was enough. Worst hotel we had on our 2 month trip.

Very friendly hotel and easy to reach from central station or airport. Rooms are tidy and of very good size. Staid now my third time there and very pleasant, restaurant and pricing very good value. Will chose it for my next trip as ideal location to small market and walking routes along the elbe River.

Wir sind sehr früh angereist und ich fragte telefonisch nach, ob wir schon am Hotel parken dürfen. Das war gar kein Problem und wir konnte sogar schon unsere Zimmer beziehen.

Meget venligt og positivt personale. Fint værelse, men ikke prangende. Udmærkede madrasser, dog ikke luksus. Fin rengøring af værelset. Den inkluderede morgenmad var, som man kan forvente, men ikke noget særligt. Alt i alt en gennemsnitlig hoteloplevelse. Ok, men heller ikke mere.

Im Bad Schimmelbefall an der Decke und Haare an den Wandfliesen, die definitiv nicht meine waren und ein Frühstücksbuffet, welches, noch positiv ausgedrückt, an Einfachheit kaum zu überbieten ist, und selbigen Namen meiner Meinung nach nicht verdient hat.

Habe sehr gut geschlafen in einen sehr weichen Bett. Badezimmer neu renoviert und sauber. Frühstück wie in der Jugendherberge. Servicepersonal sagt kaum ”Guten morgen”. Gibt weder Bügeleisen noch Bügelbrett.

Alles super, schöne Lage in Blankenese. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, es gibt wohl für manche immer und überall was zu meckern. Das Personal super nett. Frühstück 1a (was soll da noch mehr aufgetischt werden ?!) Und die Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Manche Zimmer liegen eben zur Straße.

Das Zimmer ist veraltet und herunter gewirtschaftet. Alles ist dreckig und lange Zeit weder geputzt, noch gesaugt worden. Spinnweben im Zimmer, die nicht mal entfernt wurden, nachdem das Personal informiert wurde. Weder Heizung noch Lüftung im Bad.
Preis und Ausstattung stehen in keinerlei Verhältnis.
Dieses Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!

Dieses Hotel verlangt beim Einchecken schon Vorkasse, sonst gibt es keine Schlüssel. Das zeigt wie wenig Vertrauen man in die Kundschaft setzt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig von deftig bis süß.Nun zur Kritik. Die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Staub im Zimmer auf Möbel und Bilderrahmen. Dusche waren Seifen und Kalkrückstände welche man mit Putzmittel wegbekommt. Also nichts abgenutztes. Toilette war der Beckenrand sehr unsauber was ebenfalls leicht zu reinigen wäre. Als ich zum Frühstück ging kam der Zimmerservice gerade herein. 5 min später war er wieder verschwunden. Nur schnell Bett aufgeschüttelt und neue Handtücher reingelegt. Freunde welches das Nachbarzimmer bezogen hatten, klagten über die selben Misstände.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und nett. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, nahe zum Bus und S-Bahn. Bei Zimmern nach vorn ist es durch den Straßenlärm nachts ziemlich laut. Die Fenster zur Straße kann man deshalb nicht unbedingt öffnen.Das Hotel hat ein Haupthaus (dort befinden sich Rezeption u. Restaurant bzw. Frühstückraum und einige Zimmer) und Nebengebäude mit weiteren Zimmern. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist in der Hauptfrühstückszeit schnell überbelastet, sodass man schon früh dort sein muss (spätestens 8.00/8.15 Uhr ), um besonders mit mehreren Personen einen passenden Tisch zu bekommen.(Das wird auch bereits beim Check-in dabei gesagt. Wenn man im Nebengebäude wohnt, ist es nicht besonders schön, wenn man bei kaltem oder nassen Wetterin in voller Montur zum Frühstück gehen muss. Zimmer sind freundlich und für die Dauer von ein paar Tagen ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Reinigung im Bad ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. (An der Leiste am Duscheinstieg war noch Reinigungsmittel und der Vergrößerungsspiegel wies noch Fettfinger von Vorgästen auf) Ansonsten ordentlich und das Haus sehr schön. \"Fußkranke\" sollten bei Buchung angeben, dass Sie nicht so beweglich sind, denn die Häuser haben keinen Aufzug. Wir waren aber mit unserem Aufenthalt dort ganz zufrieden.

Flere gode restauranter bare steinkast unna, og ikke langt unna S-banestasjonen Blankenese.

Das Nachfolgende bezieht sich auf unser Zimmer im Stammhaus (Altbau) des Hotels!
Positiv waren die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die schöne Einrichtung im Erdgeschoss und den Treppenhäusern sowie die Reichhaltigkeit des Frühstückbufetts.
Negativ war vor allem die Lärmbelastung durch den Strassenverkehr. Wir wußten zwar, daß das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse liegt, hatten aber gehofft das die Zimmer wenigstens schalldämpfende Fenster besitzen. Wie man da in einem heißen Sommer ruhig schlafen soll ist uns nicht klar, da zumindestens unser Zimmer auch keine Klimaanlage besaß! Am Tag vor unserer Abreise schien das Zimmer nur eine sehr oberflächliche Reinigung erfahren zu haben. Der Badspiegel war nicht von Zahnpastaspritzern gereinigt worden und die Betten waren auch nicht gemacht. Kleinigkeiten!?
Für einen Preis von knapp 100,- €uro/Nacht darf man mehr erwarten!!! Der Preis ist eindeutig eher der Lage des Hotels (Blankenese, Nähe zu Hamburg) als dem Niveau gechuldet. Schade!

Helt okej hotell i en lite rikare förort i Hamburg (passar inte riktigt sällskap som åker för att titta på hårdrocks konsert som mig själv). Nära till pendelstationen med ca 25 min in till city). Helt okej service, men all personal kunde inte engelska vilket drar ner betyget. Sköna sängar, men värdelösa kuddar (platta som pannkakor). God frukost buffé av den mindre storleken. Kan rekommenderas om du inte har några högre krav på din hotellvistelse men vill ha nära till kollektiv trafik.
