Staff was fine. Everyone did their job fine. My complaint is to the facilities in general. There was this roach I woke up to on the morning of me checking out. Where there is 1 roach, there are 25 hidden.

It a safe area lots of drug addicts stay here. Room was a non smoking but smells like a smoking room. Ended up cleaning the room myself as well as the sheets so it was livable for a few days. Shower barely worked. No water pressure at all. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Elevator is slower than walking up the stairs. Homeless people in the lobby selling things in front of the staff and nobody cares about that happening. Meth rvs in the parking lot that never move and dogs running around like crazy.

The maid came into the room when we had requested no cleaning, just to make the beds with the same sheets and blankets, not take out the trash, not change the towels, and not clean anything else at all. The top blanket had been on the ground with the dirt from our shoes, and you could see the dirt that got all over the pillows and other sheets underneath. The staff at this hotel are completely uncaring and made excuses for the behavior as if \"she was cleaning\" by not actually cleaning when we had specifically waited all day until after 3 to leave to be gone for 30 minutes and have these people go through our things. Don't waste your time or money.

Good location but there was a lot of weird people hanging outside. A/C was not working right. Our room had yellow stains on the roof and had the smoke detector covered with a bag. If you stay on the first floor be ready to hear every little noise from upstairs. Early morning of our last day we had some guy call our ROOM phone whispering “we’re sucking c*ck today, are you ok or you don’t want it” and I’m pretty sure that call came from the front desk. Wish I could’ve have my stay refunded.

Special accommodations were not met,after checking in 3 days in advance to make sure these needs were met...house keeping could not keep up...rooms were dirty,i rented 2 rooms and both were in same condition, hair all over the tubs,dirty floors,no microwave, just not a good motel stay....i travel a lot and this has got to be one of the worst stays ever...the pool was dity and no one could go swimming....never again....

SMALL rooms. Smokers in NON-SMOKING rooms hang out outside their rooms and smoke. I could smell it. This location needs DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS. There were NO SIGNS for such, except the smoking building. MAKE SIGNS THAT SAY NO SMOKING and a DEDICATED SMOKING AREA. I saw a small cockroach in my room the day I left. It's a clean place. You can tell the owners try to maintain it. There are homeless people everywhere here. It's kind of bad. So bad that the Starbucks across the street is closing because of it.

Main compliant was that the battery from the smoke alarm went out in the room around 3 AM which caused alarm to chirp loudly. Called front desk a few times before hotel team member offered to come the a look at it. That and the cleanliness of the room's bathroom. Did not appear to be cleaned

The photos online of the pool are very deceiving and make the pool look 3 times bigger and longer than what it is. I called before booking to ensure the pool was available for use and was told it was. I arrived today and see the pool is very small, I get ready for the pool and it is closed for no reason and it was also very filthy. The lady at the front desk was also very rude called us on the phone with a very rude attitude demanding we return the key and leave the property because we disclosed our disappointment in the room and motel. I am super disappointed in my stay.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I didn't feel safe. There was drug active outside, prostitution (it sounded like in the next room). A van parked outside with some illegal stuff going on. I would have left but it was 3 A.M. and to scared to go outside. As soon as I could in the morning I checked out.
