One of the most disgusting rooms i've ever stayed in. Blood on the walls, dirty floors, bathroom mirror was cracked and unsafe. Will be requesting a refund asap.

The parking felt safe and easy. However the elevator was filled with cigarette smoke. And the shower in the bathroom is so small that taking a shower is practically very difficult.
Moreover the beds are so noisy that you cant sleep peacefully

I appreciate the staff...they were very nice, I just wasn't at all impressed with the room. I was walking around in my white tube socks, and they ended up black on the bottom from just the room floor. The sink shot water onto my clothing, (and the counter all around it) every time I used it. There were no clothes hangers on the rod, and when I asked about it at the front desk I was told, \"There are no hangers.\" (That would have been nice to know before I left home.) Finally, when I needed ice at 7:30 am and the room the ice machine was in was locked, they told me that it's only unlocked from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, (I had to leave at 8:30!) Again, that would have been good to know right up front! The bed was comfortable enough, and the price was good...but I don't want to think about how well the room was cleaned. Also, again, the staff was very good to me, except when they couldn't be. I will not be staying at any Motel 6 again...obviously their standards have changed since I last stayed, probably 30 years ago.

This place is so much cleaner than the last time I tried to stay here. Probably the cleanest motel 6 I’ve been to in the last few years. They have 2 smallish washers for 2.50 here, and 2 dryers for the same price. They work well, just can’t do a large load at one time. The shower is small without a tub and my toilet did have problems flushing and then there was a chemical odor as if the pipes were backed up; however the staff definitely is as accommodating as possible and if you ask for something nicely, they will do their best to help. They are friendly and I feel like In trust the staff; they’ve probably just seen a lot of behaviors and don’t have that fake sugary persona; but are actually very kind and super reasonable people. Prices are usually affordable and there is so much in short walking distance; including another coin laundry across the street, dining & coffee shops and a Grocery Outlet store. I would definitely stay here again if it remains affordable

My stay at Motel 6 was very disappointing. The room had holes in the ceiling, bugs crawling and flying around, and the floor was dirty. The bed covers were itchy and didn’t feel clean. I will not be booking here again.

The staff were fine, no problem there. The room was very small, meh, but the bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. I love cats, they should be allowed in hotels, but y'all gotta get some Nature's Miracle or something for when one of them pees in a room. The shower floor was very chipped up and nasty looking, the toilet seat scratched up. It's right in a busy shopping center by the freeway, so it was loud all night, plus random hotel guests screaming in the middle of the night and being generally noisy all night long. Very hard bed. Unpleasant stay overall, didn't bother showering in the cat pee bathroom.

We had a really disappointing experience. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, and we didn’t feel comfortable staying at all. We ended up leaving, but the hotel still refused to issue a refund. Very poor customer service and lack of basic cleanliness...would not recommend.

Tv was broken, registration was rude and assumed I was trying to add people to the room that were not accounted for in the reservation. Our rooms were attacked my a homeless individual that somehow obtained a key card with the same room number. Management did nothing to deescalate the situation. The women was under the influence or in manic episode, banged on the door broke the windows and barged into the room. This individual was screaming she was going to kill us! Would not recommend this location for a quick rest stop. It’s absolutely unsafe.

Interacted with a couple staff and the women were courteous, while the male front desk staff were rude. Room needs some upkeep. Lighting in the room was dim. Shower floor had cracks and paint peeling. Plenty of parking. It would have been nice to have had security onsite.

Beyond gross , the sheets smells used. Our deadbolt was broken and the manager said they couldn’t move us because they were sold out . We looked online for a room and that was a lie. We didn’t make a huge deal about it we decided to tough it out over night. In the morning we woke up to massive cockroaches on the walls !!!! Manager refused to refund !!!!

I didn't I was only staying one night and in the morning I was like oh they do not provide this I guess. Otherwise def stay here good rate and it is clean.

The room smelled so strongly of pinesol our eyes burned and we had to leave the room for hours to let it air out. The floor was sticky with pinesol in the bathroom. The bedsheets had a blood stain on them. NASTY.
You get what you pay for. $110/ night in Oceanside is not enough for get a clean place to stay. I didn’t book enough nights where I was originally and had to get one night at another place. This is how I ended up at a nasty place to stay to begin with.
Motel 6 used to be an okay place to be, but this one? NO!

As soon as I open, its dirty. Tried cleaning it without opening the bathroom. As soon as I open, it is dirty there was a mark of dirty toilet and very old shower. I cannot recommend this with children if looking for cheap hotel stay. Just stayed there 5 minutes and decided to leave. Did not get a refund cause I tried to clean first the counters and floor without checking bathroom condition. Toilet is so old and dirty. Light is dark so you wont see how nasty it looks.

I don’t understand why housekeeping feels the need to knock on your door at 9am. I checked in very late Monday evening. Tuesday at 9 am housekeeping is knocking on the door waking me up. My check out was Friday at 11 am once again knock on the door at 9:30 am. How difficult is it to wait the hour and a half until the guest leaves the room?

Room is very tiny if you have small children this is a terrible ideas, no room or space for anything! We were tripping over our luggage, no fridge which is a must for younger kids. If it's a solo travel over night it's fine but besides that will not recommend. Also had people next to me screaming cussing in the middle of the night fighting. Stay away!!

Lights around & above the bed didn’t work. Towel bar was on the floor when I checked in. USB port didn’t work to charge my phone. Drapery curtain hooks with sharp pin like ends to hang shower curtains with large plastic circle rings don’t work! Ouch! The curtain doesn’t glide around the capsule shaped showers. Watch out for those pinpricks when trying to close it around to shower. Great way to get Hapatitis A /B!

Neglected room and property. Two beds with no comforters squeezed into a closet of a room. No amenities. All florescent lights. Tons of homeless people and cops on property both days. Mostly it was the room that made us want to cry and leave. It was beyond sparse. Just awful. Literally about 18\" between the two needs. No room to move around with 2 adults and a dog. Nothing but regrets. Never again.

They are great for the price. Location is what you should expect for the price. They are serious about checkout time 1130. So be paid up for next day or be out on time or be ready to eat your 50 deposit. Play by there rules you'll get your deposit back.

Main office is closed after 6 pm so you have to use a small window. Makes you feel like the area and motel are not safe for travelers.
