Our family coming from Vegas, had great experience, room very clean and smelled very good. No roaches or insects whatsoever. Nice guy with long hair at check in. No issues with bad staffing. I've been to some that are way worse this one tops all others. Would stay here again.

The staff were very short with us and after finding roaches in the room the first night, we asked the front desk for a garbage bag to bag up our belongings to protect them and they were reluctant to give us one. There was visible dirt on the bed sheets as well as stains on all linens. If you can afford a few extra bucks on a nicer hotel, Id recommend going there instead.

My expectation of booking through Expedia is that the room will be livable, have working AC and heat and not be unhealthy. This motel 6 obviously knows these issues exist : “Non-smoking” Room smells like smoke enough to be sickening. Tub is cracked with large areas of paint flaking off Shower pole is completely rusted out. Heater does not work Hotel Lock on door is off hinges USB ports are rusted. Rust throughout on door hinges etc.
On arrival there were large grease stains on comforter. The only pro was the staff member Scott that gave me extra towels and another comforter cover on check in. Worst room I have ever stayed in and I'm surprised the CA health Department allows this level of filth. Expedia could not reach them so that I could change rooms.

We came to stay one night with a child. The bathtub was peeling and in such poor condition that it was honestly scary to even take a shower, so we decided to skip it. The floor was sticky, which made it seem like it’s cleaned very rarely. I understand that the hotel is older and budget-friendly, but having properly cleaned floors is a basic expectation

I contacted the staff several times about the noise coming from the room above us, it continued throughout the evening and even at night. I asked if they could possibly ask them to be a bit quieter, but no one ever responded.

The description also mentions a snack bar, but keep in mind that it’s just a couple of vending machines .

Step rise in pool is not safe. Pool railing is not safe. I was unable to get out of pool. When office was notified entire staff laughed at me. Maintenance helped me by getting 2 2 inch boards to use to get out. Railing was unusually short to sidewalk. Forst step was a 6 inch rise. 2nd and 3rd steps were 11 inch rise each. . I know ADA requirements are 4 to 7 inches. Owners did not seemed concerned at all. I specifically rented this hotel for 4 weeks so i could use the pool for walking excerise. I was unable and felt as if hotel did not care. Also chair lift was completely rusted and appeared ti not be working.

Honestly I hesitated to rate this place cause the convenience of the location and price point. But as someone who books 10-15 hotel rooms a month I’m beyond fed up. There’s roaches in the bathroom, as a paying guest at times I can’t find a parking spot, back to back weeks after returning to my room from work the key fails to work so I need to go the the lobby and have it fixed, the AC is loud or some rooms don’t even work, staff is rude, housekeeps carts are extremely loud, I’ve put up with it for a while now but I’m over it and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I walked in the room and there was a paper bag with trash in it, including a glass bowl with pet food in it. I went to put my items on the desk, and a black belt was on it, so the desk was not clean, else it would have been removed. The sink faucet was covered with soap and toothpaste. I kept reminding myself it wasn't the Hilton, but basic cleaning was not done. Then there was a mess up with my departure. I came to the room being occupied by someone else and all my stuff, stuffed in a bag in the office. No apologies, no offer for another room for the night. This was a very poor experience.

My tv the color was distorted in room 114 so I called the front desk to make sure they knew it wasn’t me that did it. He said he would send maintenance which never happened but besides that I always like staying there it’s a nicer area.

The staff was fine. The hotel itself was not great. The shower head barely had any pressure in it. It took me four times longer to take a shower just to get the shampoo out of my hair. The mattress was super uncomfortable. I woke up every day with my back hurting. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner since there is none provided.

Staff was pleasant and room was very clean. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner. There were two small wrapped bars of soap on the sink.I had to use bar soap to shampoo my hair. I have never had that happen before in a Motel 6, so I'm hoping it was a fluke.

It's motel 6, shouldnt expect much.

Pros: room has fridge, microwave, fairly clean, staff helped us move to a non smoking room as expedia mistakenly booked us a smoking one

Cons: room has no toiletries other than two small soap, no hairdryer, no daily housekeeping, area felt safe but into the night there are people smoking weeds in their rooms as the smell is strong when walking by some part of the property

We were family of 4 , Room had bleach smell and floor was sticky when we checked in , blankets had cigarette holes(even though i had booked a non smoking room), blanket was torn at some places, same as curtains , Bathroom floor had left overs like orange peels from the previous visit. Also the bathroom door does not lock.
I did report the very next day morning to the front office staff but no response, they just enquired if there was a leak in the bathroom, they did not even mind to clean it as it was widely visible all that i had said above
I have pictures of all things if i get a pushback on what ever i have written
Only positive thing I could say is that this place is near legoland and costco
front office staff heard everything and were polite but did nothing
If you are going with family it woud be wise to stay away as this might not satisfy you to the bare minimum expectation.

i stayed at this hotel before but they have switched management and it was TERRIBLE THE FRONT DESK GUY WAS EVEN CALLING CUSTOMERS STUPID AND TELLING THEM TO SHUT UP. when it got to be my turn to check in i told him to cancel my reservation because i work customer service and i didn’t like how he was treated people. a father before me was homeless with four kids and this check in guy at the front desk was rude and just unfair to this man! i don’t agree with disrespect especially if another person isn’t doing it to you.

The staff I s the worst I've ever met! Rude. Didn't clean my room. Left me no toilet, soap or fresh towels. They locked me out of my room. So when I returned that evening after dark I couldn't get in! I had to go get my key recoded.
Then I was told I guess you'll just have to mske uour own bed! When I asked for soap I was told they normally charge for 'extra' but I'll give you a bar. A little motel bar for all the 4 of my family to share! Just had to 'deal' with whatever toilet paper we had! (Thankfully I had a roll in my car.)
Our entire stay someone would bang on people's doors in the middle of the night.
I reported it but all I was yold was \"it happens all the time\".

I will NEVER stay or recommend anyone to stay here again!

I am a very tolerable person but there were too many things that happened and the rudeness of the staff was unacceptable.

The room was pretty decent for a motel 6. I believe had renovations. Our door would not close unless forced closed with deadbolt and even then air and light would still come through indicating that the door was not fully closed into the frame. Beds were newer but stiff and small. Everything was decent shape until the floors. My kids feet were black everytime. We would wear socks and this black filth all over them. It was disgusting. My spouse tried cleaning the floors with wipes and such and it seemed to not come off. It was like the maids never mop the floors.

Freeway is loud. The building shakes when people are going up and down the stairs; it feels like an earthquake. Scary. The floors had not been swepted or mopped. I tried wiping up drops of water and the floor was black; its was disgusting. Microwave and frig had not been cleaned. Bed is uncomfortable. Only two places to hang two towels.

Terrible customer service! The receptionist was rude and aggressive! I did not recommended this Motel 6 at all! I booked a room online and when we get there we were not allowed to park on the hotel premises because we had a truck and a car trailer. Fortunately, Hotels.com was able to help us to get the refund. The refund is on process right now.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel or motel. We walked into room #211 and were immediately hit with an overwhelming bleach odor—so strong we nearly passed out. It was absolutely unbearable.

I went to speak with the front desk clerk, and his response was, “Nothing I can do. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism or concern.

We ended up spending $20 on air fresheners, and it still took nearly two hours before the smell faded enough to tolerate. After that, we discovered multiple hairs all over the sink.

Absolutely disgusting. We will never stay at a Motel 6 again, and we’ll make sure to share this experience with everyone we know.

Front desk gentleman service was amazing. We checked in at night. My bed sheets were stained and he came right away with new sheets and help change them. Room was clean but it smelled strongly like cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free room. Property only provides hand soap & towels so bring other needed toiletries.

The staff was attentive and very responsive to our requests. When we arrived in the room it appeared to be a fairly clean room, but it did feel muggy and smelled musky;didn’t have that fresh comfortable feel to it. We had a non-smoking room but smoke smell seemed to seep through the walls. It’s definitely not a place you desire to hang out to relax and lounge in for more than a night, maybe two. It’s basically a place to sleep on a budget.

The rooms need some upkeep, or at least room 249 does. Cigarette burns on bedding, messy patch jobs on doors and walls. Also the shower wall had a huge crack which didn’t affect our use but was very uncomfortable to stand by and the shower curtain was thin material that did not stop any of the water from soaking the floor. Beds kept sliding around on the bed frame. On our third night our keycard deactivated and two trips were made to reset. Not enough outlets in the room.
TV was great, mid-size refrigerator was very useful, microwave was great, loved the chair in our room, A/C worked amazingly, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again, just not in room 249, hopefully the other rooms are much more attractive.
The motel is across from a great food hall and a short drive to Legoland.

Noisy, Noisy, Noisy- after requesting a quiet room - he gave us a room 200 ft off the 5 with 6 am every morning garbage truck. The up keep looked like a 12 year old did it. Maintenance was bad. TV stations didn’t align to see what the tv said. CNN was QVC and so on. You have a mess.
