Everything was great, except the ceilings and walls seem very thin, you can hear people stomping above you the entire time. Im sure there were kids above us because some of it sounded like running but some of it sounded like simple walking, either way it was very noisy. What I did enjoy was the kitchenette, spacious room with couch, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Will stay here again. About 15 minutes from my child’s soccer tournament, lots of stores and restaurants within a few minutes of drive and not far from the freeway. Overall a nice hotel, jus wish there was better sound reduction.

From the moment we drove up to the property, we knew it was going to be a lively stay. Secure access, clean everywhere, spacious room with black out curtains. Fold out couch that actually looked comfortable. Kitchen area that was spacious and functional.

My only bad experience is when we were getting ready to for check out about 10:30 am, our DND sign was on the door, But a housekeeper kept on knocking on the door like rushing us to leave. That’s very RUDE!!! Wish management would trained their staff better.

We have stayed here four times now during our Legoland trips, and each experience has generally been great—until this time. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by some disruptive guests, specifically a sports team, whose parents failed to supervise them. The children were behaving recklessly, playing with the pool’s handicap chair, running and jumping into the pool unsafely, and even throwing a chair into the pool. When they approached me, I calmly asked them to settle down, reminding them that they were responsible for any damages. Their dismissive response was, \"We do not care.\"
We ultimately left the pool area early due to their behavior and alerted the front desk. They assured us they would address the situation, but it was clear that no action was taken. These kids and adults continued to make noise well past midnight, playing loud music and disregarding the 10 PM pool closure and quiet hours. It felt as though the staff did not prioritize the experience of all guests, including those of us with children who were being respectful.
When we woke up the next morning, the pool and surrounding areas were left in a state of disarray. I truly felt for the cleaning crew who had to deal with the aftermath. This situation could have been handled much better, and it's disappointing that it wasn't.

Front desk and housekeeping staffs were extremely helpful and friendly! We stayed in a king studio for 2 adults and 2 kids (7&9). We love the room and the convenience of asking for the induction stove top. Kids love the heated pool. The only complain we had was breakfast. Maybe because we went for Thanksgiving and the day after, both days breakfasts were insufficient. We couldn't even find a bowl or plate when everyone was lining up for the waffles. We have stayed in home2suite many times and this was an unexpected disappointment. We do understand that it was the holiday and kitchen might have been understaffed. But to be told there is no more bread, oatmeal, and no more bowls or plates one hour before breakfast closes wasn't expected. I ended up using the waffle batter measuring cup for the yogurt and had to be very creative to hold a hot waffle with no plate.

This is a great hotel, especially if you are traveling with pets. It's mostly quiet, except for the occasional door slam. The staff is very hospitable and kind. I love having a kitchen when I travel l, and we almost exclusively choose Home 2.
My only complaint is that the breakfast here left much to be desired flavor and texture wise. It probably wouldnt take much to upgrade the breakfast a little. Maybe bring your own food and borrow a cooktop.
The bed in our room was extremely firm. If i had to stay more than a night or 2 it would be very difficult to sleep on a hard bed.

The pool area smells strongly of propane gas, and there were some ants that found their way into our bathroom and kitchen area. When I called about the ants, they had someone promptly come up to vacuum, which was nice of them.

The walls are thin, so we heard children screaming early in the morning and stomping in the room above us.

very good service, the staff is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and good-natured, they run to help, I was worried that there would be no pots and pans, but they gave me everything, it is very clean, they clean the rooms very well, if something was needed, for example, to light the grill, Mario was very helpful. Breakfast is also good. The only thing that upset me a little was that the towels at the pool were not big, but this did not spoil my stay at the hotel, I would come again.

Hotel was nice but the dogs have free realm of the hotel apparently. The people next to me had a dog that barked all night! We were there for business and struggled all day from lack of sleep. Hotel never compensated me just gave me the run around about not being able to reach management. They also allowed the dog to continue to stay and bark!!
