Beautiful new hotel, but still not really open. Most of the amenities are not really available. The shuttle is never available and you can’t reserve it. The pool was also still closed. The restaurant while good was missing basics, like milk. Disappointing overall for a hotel of that standard, though the staff tried to make up for it.

The property was under full renovation which was not disclosed to me on Expedia when I booked it.
This was very disappointing since I use Expedia quite often for my trips.

It was walking distance to Legoland. Had its own entrance. My 6 year old grandson enjoyed the pool and the slide. Only drawback is slide closed at 6. The room was spacious and clean. They did miss straighting up our room 2nd day. Breakfast was good, and having restaurant next to lobby was so convenient. And it didn’t feel overcrowded. Would definitely stay there again!!

Property was great for our family. I wish the pool was bigger or we were told at check in that we had access to the affiliate hotel next door. The bartender told us on our last day. I think a tour/map of accessible areas would be helpful for future guests.

Well, I ordered some creamer packets and no one ever showed up then at 1 in the morning. The fire alarm keeps going off and I had to call two times just to get someone up there so we didn’t go to sleep till 3 AM and then the manager was supposed to call us and she lied and never called us. Her name is. Grace Butterfield.

This was an easy walk to the private entrance to Legoland. You can either park near the path or they will shuttle you from the hotel entrance. Even if you walk from the hotel its only about 3 or 4 blocks to the park.

Front desk service was excellent during our entire stay. The staff at 7 Mile was also wonderful up until our last morning.
Our server that morning was like a ghost. Unattended and took too long to come back with items requested. By the time we asked for the check, I was steaming how long things were taking. But other than that, our stay was great kids loved the pool. The room was great size and cleanliness.

We picked this hotel since it was the closest to the address we had to do business with in CA.Very dirty rooms. They also had construction which was annoying. There was 2 glasses behind my door for 3 days and no body even cared to clean it up. Smell of weed and people talking load in middle of the night. No supervision at all. Not a good place for families.

Checking in was a nightmare. Our room keys didn’t work twice and we had to be moved to a different room. I did pre-check in at 11 but at 4 our room still wasn’t ready. Very poor customer service offering no one to help us and instead requiring me to lug all my luggage back to the front desk TWICE until they found us a new room with working door. Our room was clean which is a plus. The restaurant and poolside service was incredibly slow (waited close to an hour for our food and we dined 3 separate times). Staff was kind but service is definitely lacking. For the price I would stay elsewhere in the future.

The hotel was beautiful, and everyone we spoke with on staff was helpful and nice. Our experience was with housekeeping and the front desk. The property was quiet, yet conveniently located with a lovely view. Having a private entrance to Legoland was a neat plus. The fitness facility was adequate. They had a large fire pit that was pleasant in the evening and created spontaneous opportunity to interact with other guests. Everything was well-lit.

The pool was large and pretty, although I’m not convinced it’s really heated to 82. The jacuzzi was very pleasant and large enough for several people. They had many lounge chairs and towels.

The areas that could be improved are:

1) We didn’t have any issues with the elevator, but it sounds like it’s about to break.

2) The layout is confusing at first. When you get off the elevator at level 4, 4000s are to your right and 2000s are to your left. When you go inside toward the 2000s, you see another elevator that’s labeled as being level 3.

3) It appears that water was not taken into consideration when planning the hotel. It rained the day we arrived, but water was still pooled on our balcony days later. The faucet in the bathroom is so close to the basin that we regularly had to wipe water off the counter. The beautiful fountain in the courtyard isn’t big enough to account for splashing, so it’s wet all around it and has a caution sign next to it.

We were there for soccer tournament but the water slide was off. We had rips on our blankets and an old ripped up chair as well. No tissues in the bathroom it was empty. For the price it wasn’t worth it.

Terrible condition, terrible service. Half of what you see here will be closed for maintenance or closed for the season or some excuse for amenities being out of service. The pool is so cold that no one uses it. The playroom has issues with mold or smells or something so they lock it up. Requests to heat the pool or make people more comfortable were ignored. Definitely not worth the money.

There were 2 outstanding people working at The Sheraton. Taryn at the front desk is excellent and Donald who helped us when we arrived. Our safe was not working and the desk chair was disgusting - peeling and gross. The pillows were hard as rocks as well. Fortunately Donald brought as a new safe and changed out the chair. Taryn ordered feather pillows for us. The room had a peculiar smell so we aired it out. There was a patio but it was too cold to use it

Overall everything great- kitchen a little meh.

Ordered two salmon kiddos entrees with rice. Both came with mash pots no rice.

One salmon had so much salt on top it was not edible. I cut off the top half of salmon.

Tried calling house keeping but first phone didn’t work.

Second phone worked and kitchen happily sent some rice.

Charcuterie board was delicious.

We charged six times for our stay. Once by Expedia and five more time by the Sheraton. Multiple charges ranging from 100 to 1000 all different amounts of charges and reversals. It was an absolute mess and left me with zero confidence in their management system. I’ve had to make multiple calls and struggle to get anyone on the phone from the resort.

The pool was not heated and the spa was luke warm. We ordered glasses and a wine bottle opener and it took 1.5 hrs to receive it. Also the walls and ceiling are not very well insulated. We woken up at 6:30 am to stomping running and children screaming

Our room was nice and big and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. We weren't there for Legoland, but literally nothing else is within walking distance. If you do have a car, most things are ~10 minutes away, so with that in mind, the location isn't bad. However, it's clear at least parts of the property are in need of updating and maintenance, and that last touch of service that becomes a 4 star property just isn't there. 3.5 stars, not 4.

Nice resort but bad food.

Overall the stay was very nice. The hotel and grounds were well taken care of and very clean. The staff were all helpful and extremely friendly. We enjoyed the pool and used bicycles.

The food in the 7 mile restaurant was terrible however. The Mac and cheese burger was cold and the macaroni was not completely cooked. The loaded fries tasted like everything was made with all canned and processed ingredients. Neither was edible. We did order pancakes through room service in the morning and they were very good.

Cassandra at the pole was awesome. She handled the whole pole area herself. The lobby staff was awesome. The waiter at the 7mile was awesome. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable.
The noise…people above us must have had kids playing tag until 10pm and then again at 6:30am. A smoke alarm in an adjacent room started going off at 4:30 in the morning for a good half hour.
Not the hotel’s fault, but I am tired today. Overall. This place is great, even for a staycation. Wouldn’t trade the day/night for another place.

My 6 year old loved the water slide! They have to have someone run it, so it was not always open, but they did have someone about 10a. It closes some time in the afternoon. The access to Legoland was great! So convenient, easy walk. The restaurant 7 mile was nice, food was good, but expensive. Parking was also expensive. Kids liked the pool and the fitness center. Main thing was the access to Legoland and the pool. Rooms were fine, a good size. We had a view of a driveway behind the property and a incline. Not amazing. A water filler would be nice.

This is a great family friendly resort, that works well for young families visiting Legoland and surrounding areas. The private access to Legoland, large rooms, pool amenities, dining and access options to both the Sheraton and Westin, make this hotel a top choice. It is on the pricier side with added daily resort fees, US$38 per day for parking and $25 per day for a cot, but Sheraton and its wonderful staff worked with us to address those excess fees.

We can’t say enough about how great this hotel is. From location to the customer service at check in it’s all around a 10. The pool is awesome with a beach style walk up, 4.5 feet max so our boys can reach and we feel safe letting them swim. Wish the waterslide stayed open longer but no biggie

For being such a large chain, the front desk said hello and called us by name each day. Very accommodating and simply a lovely property. The valets were so polite and helpful (thank you Jack, for your outstanding service). All of our friends and family (wedding guests from all over the country) complimented the choice of properties. The front desk guy was great. I can’t believe I forgot his name. Nice dressed black gentleman. So nice and did three things at once and was never flustered. The bar was good. Not quiet, kids running loud, and all next to seaworld. Room good. Balcony good. Spa was great at the other hotel. Very good. Living room was in between the king bed no door with balcony, then the room with twins beds had a door. Clean. Nice to walk around property. Food is close by.
