The worst hotel , no tv , no ice , the Ac do not work . The cleanliness was not clean at all there was mold in the fridge and in the shower , the shower did not work . I regret booking at all the reviews here were at lie . Please do not waste your time or money here !!

The property was in terrible condition. The first room we were given had a broken bathroom light, and the second room we were given had black marks all over the sheets. The rooms were dark and dirty, and did not match the photos online at all - there were no bedspreads on the bed, no photos on the wall, and the rooms were quite rundown. Although the rooms had TVs on the wall, none of them were in working order. When I went to the desk for a third room, the clerk asked me if I wanted a refund. I readily agreed. I was told because the funds had not transferred and I booked through Expedia, I would need to get a refund from them, but was assured that was possible. With that assurance, my daughter and I left to find another hotel. We have been fighting since that day to get our money back. We were told that because we signed the paper at check-in, the cost of the room was nonrefundable, even though we signed before being given two rooms that were inhabitable, and posed a risk for our health and safety. Expedia says the funds were transferred, and they need approval from the hotel manager, who refuses to give it. Do not stay here! Run as far away from this place as you can! This is definitely a case of bait and switch - the manager is clearly hiding behind their nonrefundable policy, while offering substandard rooms that don’t match the description and are not safe to stay in. He takes your money and offers zero in return, even when their own staff told us to get a refund.

The room was outdated smelled and dirty. Literally dusty and the floor looked like it has never been sweep. The blankets had stains. One of the rooms that my family rented the ac, tvs did not work. Also people were loud 3-5 in the morning no considerarían and they were not being told anything. Never staying there again!!!!

Room was not cleaned properly, floor was dirty. Roaches were seen every day we were there including one incident where 5 had to be killed at once. ( 1st Day) bed sheets & towels were stained badly. Base boards were broken on floor. Only 2 stars because it was a quick spot to stay for a family situation

TV does not work. You have to call front desk and wait until they have time to go fix it. There is no shampoo or hand lotion. There is a sign hat says free voice from 6am - 11am, but when you go in the morning they say\"sorry, no coffee this morning \"I was unable to sleep all night because the person upstairs was making noise all night. I called front desk but the noise continued.

They had a “do not rent” tag on my name for unknown reasons, and didn’t tell me until I got all the way out there, an $80 cab ride, for nothing. Then, despite my caceling three times online & once with customer service, it’s STILL listed under my trips, as though they’re still going to try to charge me the second I get money. They’ve turned me down before at other locations; I e spent nearly $600 with them FOR ROOMS I NEVER GOT, & they/expedia refused to return my money even though THEY TURNRDCME AEAY, then Expedia let turn stop charge me FULL PRICE. Baloney. Makes me not trust Expedia.

First room given to us had roaches waiting for us on top of the bed. They switched us rooms and this one came with stained sheets and pillows with the surprise of not having hot water all night. Staff was unable to provide useful information as to when we will get hot water. Front desk would not accommodate a discount. Very unhelpful and unapologetic

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Watched TV with no issue. A special mention: they were nice enough to let me leave my stuff for a few hours so I could walk around the area after checking out. Thanks to the nice staff for a pleasant stay. I recommend a stay for an inexpensive, low-key experience.

The people at the front desk will lie and say this reservation won't pull up so they need to redo it. They will then charge you more. It's honestly not A bad hotel they just use minimal effort in it's up keep. Stains on sheets that didn't stay tucked. If I wouldn't have been charge 75 dollars more then I was suppose to I might have left a different review.

I booked this room for one night despite the mixed reviews, since I’ve stayed at other Motel 6 locations in the LA area that were decent. Unfortunately, this experience was terrible.

The bedding was dirty and stained (I have photos), the bathroom floor was not cleaned and smelled strongly of urine, and I even found roaches in both the room and the bathroom (also documented with photos). On top of that, I reserved a room with two double beds but was only given one face towel and one bath towel. When I asked for more, the staff refused.

Overall, this was an awful stay. Save yourself the stress—DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Everything was very dirty and many basics where in a bad state. Our shower head sprayed the water almost everywhere but where it needed to. Gaps everywhere, door, flooring, and walls. You can hear people moving around and the walk ways need to be cleaned. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice though.

Very bad service . I couldn’t even get an extra pillow. I Bought an extra pillow for comfort. Pool was advertised but didn’t work. Microwave in room didn’t work. No complimentary breakfast. I travel often and have been at this motel 6 several years ago, won’t go back there again. Will tell family and friends.

The manger was outside the property, did not identify himself, was harassing me, and called me racist multiple times. I booked a two day stay and left after the first day due to this situation. I just needed a place to shower....looks like a run down motel 6...not sure if motel 6 headquarters would accept a run down motel from the ghetto and this was at Monterey Park. Shower was dirty and one of the bathroom towels had hair on it. But there is room for improvement. They just need to clean the place up. Check in was ok and quick. Wasn't expecting a $50 check in fee. Wish it was included on hotel.com. I'll head back to motel 6 but at a different location.

I booked this property because it said 15 minutes from dodger stadium. It was about 35 min away.

When I asked for extra pillows and blanket the front desk person said that they didn’t have anymore.

The bed was not comfortable at all.

Got there at check in 3pm on 2/15 but none of the rooms including my room was available because Valentine’s Day was the day before and not all their guest had left in time. The room wasn't available until after 3pm as they were short staffed and were behind in the cleaning but we were able to guarantee our rooms and request them next to each other. Upon our return after 3pm check in went smoothly and he did accommodate our request to have the rooms next to each other which we appreciate and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking situation is snug if you have an SUV, truck or large vehicle but manageable. Even though things didn't go as we would have liked at first everything worked out and we didn't have any issues. Considering it is a Motel we never felt threatened or concerned for our safety. We were traveling with our kids.

First, they called me to tell me the heater was broken and offered no conpensation or discount. The chick-in office smelled like sh**. Once I got to my room i noticed the toilet was never cleaned. The toilet seats still had staines on top and underneath. I had to call the front desk to come clean it. There were still cumbs of food and chips on the floor and behind the bed. Overall, this place was trash and definitely not worth the price. Doesnt matter how affordable the price may be the rooms are still expected be clean and presentable.

I am only giving one star because I can give less. After checking me in they scammed me by charging me for parking in cash when reservation cleared stays the parking is included, when confronted the guy at the front desk started raising his voice and got super offensive. He refused to check me out at the moment and refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I was surprised to have to pay a $5 a day cash only parking fee to be allowed to park our car on the Motel 6's premises before I was to check into our room. The towels and bedding were stained and did not appear to be very clean. I had to clean coffee rings and food scraps off of both nightstands. There was a huge sticky spill of something under the table in the room. There was no coffee of anything provided as part of the advertised \"continental breakfast\" on either of the two mornings we were there. I had notified them at booking that I was coming to stay so I could have a surgical procedure at USC. On the first night I asked for extra towels, which appeared to be cleaner than the ones in the room. We were not given fresh towels nor was the trash dumped, or the room cleaned during our two-night stay. I slept in my clothes to make sure that my surgical wounds from my outpatient procedure would not be exposed to the bedding, to prevent contamination and infection. I was very disappointed as Motel 6's are usually simple but very clean.

Parking was terrible. I paid for parking and needed to head out for a bit. When I returned, I found there was no place to park my car. I asked the front desk about it, and they said that it was really bad. It doesn’t make sense to charge people for parking if you don’t keep track of the parking spots you have available. I had to park a block away and walk back to the hotel. I stayed at this location because I was evacuated from my home due to the Eaton Fires, which made it even more difficult to park my car in a secure location with all my valuables and important items. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. Aside from the parking, there were people just hanging out on the balconies chatting and smoking.
