🙂 Anständig grosses, modernes Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet mit ordentlicher Auswahl und sehr freundliches Personal.
🙁 Die Zimmer werden ohne Widerspruch nicht jeden Tag gereinigt (was ja in der Regel auch nicht nötig ist). Das aber auch die Betten nicht gemacht werden, ist jedenfalls in dieser Kategorie ein no go.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and soft, Wi-Fi worked well. Nice to have USB sockets and plenty of other sockets as well. I didn’t use the restaurant butcher hot ice from the bar a couple of times. There was a hot water pot and instant coffee in the room.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was on our second day the water suddenly didn’t work in our room and was off for a while. Toilet, sink everything. But they had it back up and running within an hour or two. It’s a great location very close to the Keleti train station. Lobby is beautiful and modern and plenty of lifts. We didn’t do the breakfast because I thought 18 eurosa person was a bit steep and there’s lots of other options close by. But I would highly recommend it if you’re passing through or just need to place in Budapest to use as a base being that the Metro and train station are right across the street.

The hotel is very good.
The rooms are comfortable, and the shower is excellent.
The only thing I didn't like was the location, very close to the train station. The neighborhood looks old and not very safe.
You see beggars, and near Burger King and McDonald's, people asking for money.

I just got back from Budapest and this hotel was so good!!! It as in close proximity to metros and buses which made getting around the city so easy. The room was clean and comfortable perfect for a couple of days away!

Whilst I was away my phone broke and I was panicking as I had no way of accessing anything, the two girls behind the desk were so helpful they bought me tissues and water and provided me with a way to contact my family to let them know the situation. Everything ended up getting resolved thanks to them and I will truly be grateful for their help and service! Would definitely stay here again if I was to return.

Room was good and clean. Good size and comfortable bed. The pillow could be better. Very noisy road noise during the night. There is probably is hospital near by because the ambulance siren would go on about 4 or 5 times a night causing a disturbance in sleep

We booked two rooms. One double and one twin. Upon check in, we were informed that the twin room was not ready. When we returned later, we were informed that there was not a twin room available for us. It made for a vary uncomfortable situation for the guests now having to share a bed. The staff did nothing to try and accommodate our bookings.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for three nights as a solo traveler. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet at night. I requested a late checkout and was able to extend it until 17:00 for an additional fee of about 30 euros.

I rated the hotel four stars mainly due to its distance from the city center. While the metro, train, bus, and tram links are right outside the hotel, it’d always be nice to walk about whilst travelling. I tried walking back to the hotel on one evening, it took me around 50 minutes, and the streets near the hotel did not feel safe.

We did not like the see thru shower. No privacy. We think this should be exposed b4 booking. We stayed in a room like this in NYC with my teenage kids. We had to do boys showers-girls out of room and vice versa.

The hotel is located very closed to main train station and metro line, very convenient to travel around the city. Breakfast is very good, have good varieties of food and have some healthy food options. Highly recommend.

Convenient for Keleti station. Room was at front of hotel on first floor and so there was traffic noise despite double glazing. Room was comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was good. We had no power or lighting in the room for about one hour because the electric kettle blew the fuse.

I stayed for 4 nights in this wonderful hotel. First off it’s perfect location 2 minutes from metro ., The hotel is very modern and new. The check in was friendly , efficient and professional.. The room I stayed see sufficient in size .. The bed was very comfortably with quality bedding .. WiFi was strong .. The bathroom was very tidy with a wet room shower with strong water ., Breskfast was ok with a small selection of hot and cold fare ..

The hotel is excellent in every respect. It is located around a very big central square. This is extremely convenient in terms of public transport links. You can easily go anywhere from there. The negative is that Keleti station is lovely on the outside but run down. It was closed for renovations but the area around it smells of urine due to old plumbing. However, very easy to reach the hotel and relatively ok at night due to the very open space and fast foods open till midnight. I would recommend the Intercity Hotel and stay here again.

We arrived early and were given access to our room right away. The reception desk delivered a complimentary small bottle of champagne to our room. Very nice. Our flight the next morning was before breakfast so the hotel packed us a robust takeaway breakfast. Great service!

One thing, after cleaning the room, water bottles were not always replaced. some days we find new bottles and other days we find the empty bottles still in room without new ones. Not that hard to keep consistency. Its just water :)

The hotel is located just a few meters from Keleti Station, which makes it very convenient if you're arriving in Budapest by train. It's also very close to a metro stop that connects you to different parts of the city. The hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms, and the service and attention are very good.

Intercity Budapest is beautiful and modern. Convenience, in a large city is premium and Intercity's location is ideal. We believe we get an exceptional stay for a fair price.

But... it's the People that bring us back ! Every single staff member, every single visit, every single need or request, treat us (and all guests) like family.

It is such a treat to see staff members love and support each other, show that they enjoy taking care of visitors, be efficient while wearing a smile. We truly believe that staff from Intercity Budapest should be teaching staffs in other buildings and other cities about professionalism, courtesy, customer care.

This is our third summer staying at Intercity Budapest. Each return visit, we are welcomed, recognized, and treated like family. We will repay this kindness with our loyalty. E & R

The hotel is directly across the street from the main train station and there are several trams that are also right next to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms are very modern. The only complaint is that the elevators are a bit slow. I would stay here again in the future.

It is very close to the railway station, within walking distance, so it's a perfect location for people who travel a lot. I also liked that there's a reception and if you need to check in earlier, call a cab, iron clothes, they help with everything.
