We stayed here in Dec 2025. Property was beautiful and condo was clean and had all amenities needed. My only suggestion is to open the front desk earlier than 9am. It was hot and would have been great to sign out a bike before then and checking out would have been less rushed.

I have stayed here probably more than twenty times over the years. The location is 15 mins to Naples but in a immaculate golf based resort. Reception extremely helpful. Apartments are a great size big bathrooms and comfortable. Always 5 star. If you want to sleep late in the morning get a room with a lake view as they start preparing the golf course early, the views are worth it though.

The grounds were amazing! Having an affordable suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for my adult son and I for 5 days of beach hopping. The suite was very well stocked: extra blanket; toiletries, extra towels, and hair dryer; kitchen utensils, dishes, small appliances, and cookware; a back enclosed porch with table and chairs and ceiling fan was lovely. We were right next to the fountain, which sounded very relaxing in our suite. The washer and dryer in the kitchen area included one pack of laundry detergent, very helpful.
The pool and spa were salt water instead of chlorine which was a pleasant surprise.
However, the communication from the hotel to us as guests was seriously lacking. They didn’t tell us about the WiFi password or where to find it in our room. We had no idea that the pool towels were in our bathroom under the extra bath towels, so we had to go back to our room dripping wet. I discovered them later that day. I also could not figure out how to call the front desk for extra supplies or to get my shower fixed, which was either hot or cold (I did tell the front desk about this when I checked out.) So while the place was great, it felt like we were on our own to figure things out to make our stay more comfortable. I expect more when I’m paying for accommodations. An information sheet would be incredibly helpful at check-in.

This was an adequate accommodation for us for our stay. About equidistant from Naples and Marco Island, it provided good access to both. The decoration was IKEA-vintage in my view. Two complaints - although there were three tv’s in the unit, the one in the main bedroom was not functional. Also, on the morning after check in we were awakened early by a workman who told us to move our car from the parking lot for a resurfacing project. The parking was not available to us. We expressed annoyance at being placed in this unit at the front desk and were told that this project was planned and that it was the owner’s responsibility to inform us of this. We were told to park in the lot of a restaurant nearby. The early morning noise of heavy equipment was also noteworthy.

My family and I went on our annual vacation and chose Naples this year. GreenLinks was amazing. We walked in and it honestly felt like home. Very spacious so everyone was well accommodated for sleeping and relaxing. We had the 3bd suite so the kids had their own room and tv which was a super plus. There was a tv in very room. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped for our meals since we cooked the entire time. We were even able to wash our clothes from swimming and other activities which is a plus for me as the mom that usually goes back home with tons of laundry to do after vacation. The screened in patio was enchanting. Had a nice view of the pond in the back of the property and golf course. The master bedroom was of course my favorite part. Nice big comfy bed and pillows and huge bathroom with a whirlpool and stand up shower. This place has everything we needed and the pool was sweet! Close to main roads with stores and shopping plazas. Will definitely recommend and will always choose this place if we ever go back to Naples.

This is a very nice place, however it is NOT smoke free. We had people next to us who were smoking on the lanai the entire time we were there and it prevented us from sitting outside on our own lanai. When we complained we were told that there was nothing that could be done since people are allowed to smoke on the lanai. So beware, it is not a smoke free property as they claim it to be.

The staff was not as gracious as they could/should have been, the demographic is a bit older and everything is a considerable drive to get to ie restaurants, Naples proper etc. The room/villa was clean and comfortable but there was just one housekeeping service for an 8 day stay. It was very nice but a bit dated.

The property was as pictured, except the second bedroom had twin beds and the photo showed a double bed. Did not matter but it could have. Location was good for golf and Sam Snead restaurant was right there and very good. Walked to both. Exercise room and pool were very nice. One big negative: televisions were flat screen but old and not smart tv’s. No Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. Bummer. Take your own Roku or Fire stick. I would also say that it is a long way to anywhere you want to go from here. That may be why so many people stay north. There is far more activity in Naples and North of Naples, both restaurants and shopping.
But overall this is a great property and one of the few places where you don’t have to stay for a one month minimum.
