I booked 1 night stay here, was not told the parking was £5 a nights get even for disabled visitors so an extra fee when I checked in that I was not expecting. All the hallways smelt unpleasant including the room, hairs on bedding

Breakfast was in the services which was accessible - only grumble is that the junior breakfast comes with a hot drink free (but only tea or coffee!!) and the only cold drink included was water. We had to pay over £2.50 for an orange juice which seems ridiculous and were advised by breakfast staff that juice was no longer offered free to hotel guests with the junior breakfast. Not sure whose children will be drinking tea or coffee with their breakfast !!

Despite two separate people informing reception that 2 vehicles parked without displaying Blue Badges these vehicles remained there overnight.

Just what you need for an overnight stop or a base for local visiting. We were surprised to find we now have to pay a £5 parking fee as we had not booked directly with Days Inn, which was an unwelcome surprise

On arrival we were hit with a carparking charge even though I had already checked us in on their site and there was no mention of this. The staff were quite rude to my wife and daughter regarding this. Our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, overall the room was just very dirty, stains on the mattresses / walls.
