I have stayed here for the past three years while I work on a trade show. We always stay for 9 nights so quite a long stay. This year was the first time I was disappointed as I had no TV for my whole stay as they couldnt fix it. I had to ask for the shower gel and toilet paper to be replenished as was not left on one of the morning cleans.Just small points but make quite a bit of difference. That said the staff are always friendly and the rooms are bigger than most so it works for our stay. We will be back next February and hope I can get a corner room this time.

Dejligt ophold hvor man følte sig velkommen. Gammel sygehus som er bygget om og med rigtig god stil. Det var mere et fællesskab end et ophold, slet ikke hotel. Super søde værter! OBS på fælles bad/toliet...men dejligt rent med håndklæder og alt.

Der aufenthalt war super aber das hotel nicht leicht zu finden weil es in einem gebäude mit einem weiteren hotel ist namens moxy.

Ich habe direkt online bezahlt vor ort wurde mir gesagt das ich es zahlen muss da es online noch nicht gemacht worden wäre. Obwohl es von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstück und total zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit Küchenzeile, in der Lobby steht ein Kaffeeautomat zur Selbstbedienung. Was will man mehr?

Vernünftige Unterkunft für Geschäftsreisende die keine attraktive Umgebung brauchen.Die gibt es in Essen sowieso nicht, besonders in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Und wenn der Portier um 20 Uhr nicht feststellen kann, daß noch Plätze in der Hotelgarage frei sind und stattdessen die Gäste in eine entferntes Parkhaus schickt, dann ist das ganz schlecht.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Zimmer, ein Frühstücksbüffet, dass keine Wünsche offen ließ. Jetzt kommt das Aber: das Abräumen von gebrauchtem Geschirr erfolgte überhaupt nicht. Obwohl Kunden mehrfach selber, ihr nicht mehr benötigtes Geschirr, zum Personal gebracht haben, sah dieses keine Notwendigkeit die Tische eigenständig abzulaufen. Man stand lieber zu zweit im Raum und lächelte freundlich. Um das positiv abzuschließen: das Büffet wurde kontinuierlich wieder befüllt.

Recht neues und gepflegtes Hotel, gute Lage, fußläufig zu Einkaufsmeile und Bahnhof. Trotzdem ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Anständiges Frühstück. Leider nur sehr kleiner Parkplatz, direkt nebenan befindet sich aber eine öffentliche Tiefgarage (Q Park), in der man günstig parken kann.
