Friendly staff, decent bed. My thermostat didn’t work and they didn’t have daily housekeeping.

Very friendly service, quick check-in, nice Lobby and Happy Hour, the room was nice, modern, would only wish the air-conditioning would make the room warmer and the hairdryer would be stronger. This is a nice place. Their breakfast is wonderful, and the ends were comfy. Parking here was a nightmare though.

The room was clean but the bar area was a mess, there was a lot or rubbish on the floor around the bar/reception area. The area out the front of the hotel also had a lot of rubbish around.

The Hotel is clean and modern but there were no bathroom accessories except for the shower gel on the wall and handwash and hand lotion on the basin. The bathroom and bedroom were small and no refrigerator. Housekeeping is only done on request. Breakfast was nice but basic. I asked for a shower cap but they do not provide them. The redeeming feature was the location next to the station with food and various other stores within the station. However, the hotel was well insulated and not affected by outside noise.

Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, da wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Wasser lief im Bad leider nur langsam ab und die Kaffeestation war leider nicht so sauber. Sonst war alles für eine kurze Übernachtung völlig ausreichend, das Bett war sehr bequem.

Perfect verblijf gehad in Premier Inn Essen City Centre. De ligging om naar de stad te lopen is superkort: nog geen drie minuten en je staat in de hoofdstraat/op de kerstmarkt. De kamer was brandschoon, het bed prima, snelle en vriendelijke incheck en we hadden geluk dat onze auto op de gesloten parking kon staan. Die is niet al te groot en kost wel 15 euro per nacht. Het ontbijt is ook uitstekend verzorgd en je kunt ook nog tikje uitslapen want duurt tot 11.00 uur. Al met al grote aanrader.

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht was durch Terminverlegung nicht war genommen werden konnte, allerdings konnten das Geld nicht zurück gebucht werden. Wir kommen nicht nocheinmal wieder!

Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen fehlenden Fenstergriff. Das war noch nicht das Schlimmste. Das Fenster war nämlich nicht richtig geschlossen, so dass man die Geräusche des Bahnhofs gehört hat. Wir haben nachmittags Bescheid gesagt. Als wir abends wieder kamen, war gar nichts passiert. Also sind wir wieder hin. So haben wir dann gegen 22.30 Uhr ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Wir waren mit einem müden Kind unterwegs. Das Problem war außerdem bekannt. Eigentlich hätte man das Ganze nachmittags lösen können. Schade.
