I was there 5 days. Housekeeping never changed the towels or took out the trash. Smelled like weed everytime I stepped in the elevator. Water barely trickling out of the shower. Bathroom sink was clogged. AC was \"on\" but wasn't very cool.
You get what you pay for I guess.

This room was a dump. Room door was getting stuck, had a hard time closing bathroom door, the refrigerator door was on its last hinges, air-conditioning was making a lot of noise every time it restarted, it was on auto. The shower curtain smell so bad, we left the bathroom door open when we went out for a couple hours. When we got back the whole room smell so bad. I mean like . We had to keep the doors closed the whole time we were there. For the amount of money we spent on this room it was not worth it. So disappointing for best western and I'm a member. Clerk didn't want to give us a different room.

Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay

The room was absolutely disgusting, when I arrived I asked about pots and pans and was told they don’t supply any of that, I would need to go to Walmart and buy them. Whats the point in a room with a kitchenette when traveling. Then I got into the room and…. The beds were awful, the shower was so gross I wouldn’t shower and the roaches came out at night. I didn’t even stay the second night I paid for. There was sticky stuff all over the floor. Food and dried stuff on the side of the fridge.

The kitchen had zero items for cooking and ONE disposable glass in the entire suite. No coffee maker. Nothing. No blankets for the bed- only a sheet and sheet-weight cover. This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. And they charged us a $100 deposit plus dog fees in addition to what I was quoted in Expedia.

There were small roaches in the bathroom. The corners around the tub were filthy. The refrigerator was dirty. There were two women on duty when I checked in. The first woman greeted me with “what you need”? When I told her I needed to check in she sighed heavily. Then stuck her face directly in front of the computer screen. The second woman said the first woman was going to have surgery on her eye and couldn’t see well. The second woman could see just fine and left the area. Thirty minutes later I was finally checked in. The elevator was filthy, there were tacos on the floor. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The outside of the hotel is decent. I won’t stay here again.

The room was very dated. It looked like someone had tried to pry open the door to the room at some point.Once I was inside there was a gap between the door and the door frame. I could see the hallway from inside my room with the door closed. I had to keep the bathroom fan on all night, when it was off it kept making a loud clunking noise. The heater/ac was very noisy and also made a clunking noise when it turned off and on. I could hear conversations from other rooms, there’s not a lot of insulation between rooms. There was trash in the wastebasket from the previous guests.

Absolutely DISGUSTING hotel and manager Steve Allen. My husbands room was dirty! Dirty bed with used sheets, PEE IN THE TOILET, towels on the floor, trash not taken out! Clearly a dirty and used room yet the manger refuses to give a refund for it. He just wants to take the money and screw over people. He was extremely rude and unprofessional when I spoke with him and when I contacted Expedia about it and they called him he also hung up the phone on them. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Expedia showed 2 beds; entire property is limited one double bed. Period. No rollaway, no couches. Desk clerk took 25 minutes to check us in, despite prepaid two-days reservation. After one day, desk clerk voided our keys. Time-consuming to get that resolved. This may be a good extended-stay hotel for some, but definitely not for someone who's had surgery at an out-of-town hospital and needs rest before traveling home.

Noisy. Not family friendly.

Very noisy. People were hanging out in the hall from midnight till 4am. Shouting, slamming doors, playing music. No one works at the hotel during the night to address any issues. When I went to check out after not sleeping, I get told by a long term guest the office doesn’t open until 10:30am. I know it was an old, very minimal hotel. Did not expect the party all night in the hallway.

WORST experience EVER!

We did not stay here! We booked this hotel online and when we arrived at 2am, we were told by the night manager, Cheryl, that she had no rooms available. I told her we had a reservation, and she literally said \"What do you want me to do - I have no rooms\" and slammed the door in our face.

We had been driving for hours from Chicago to St. Louis and then through Topeka on our way to Denver. Due to this, we had to keep driving for another 1-1/2 hours to find a hotel in Salina, KS.

As we were walking away, a man in the parking lot said he had just checked the hotel availability and there were still rooms. He said that \"Cheryl\" had recently been brought back after being fired for this same reason previously.

Honestly it was a blessing in disguise! This hotel is FILTHY and run down, and I am thankful we did not have to stay here.

There was a group of very sketchy people in the parking lot as we walked in and I did not feel safe.

This was around 3pm and it was 2 hours before we were able to check in. Rediculous, then the toilet in the room plugged and the staff member that was at the desk was much less than helpful saying she would try to round up a plunger and never did nor did she offer to call up maintainance staff to assist with the restricted plumbing.....not a place I will stay at again. First there was no one to check us in the hotel. We had to wait over 30 mins for someone to show up to let us in. After we finally got keys We went to get stuff out of the car and someone told us that we should not stay there as it was a known drug hotel. We got on the elevator which smelled like pot. The hallways smelled even worse and if you can believe it the room was worse than that. One of the people in my party has asthma and was struggling to breathe worse than the rest of us.. We went downstairs to request a cancellation and the lady was gone. We packed our things and went to find another place to stay. This was the worst possible experience. We didn’t feel safe there, I would have felt safer in my car.

Where to start, this is basically an extended stay, with a few rooms for travelers. Room keys didn’t work, the office closed way to early to even try and get keys fixed, turns out it was the keypad on room door itself causing issue but it still didn’t work again the next day once again. The comforter had cigarette burns in them, the other bed was covered in some kind of hair, the exhaust fan in bathroom made noises even when it wasn’t on, the hotel smelled terrible. First time staying at an extended stay. Room was clean enough except for the bed. The bed spread was thin and had a lot of human hair on it. When i pulled back there was a clump our hair. The fitted sheet was clean but had old yellow and purple stain on it. I had to sleep on loose sheet with cloths on. Front desk hours are weird and when i wanted to checkout at 7 am no one was there and there was no information to tell you what to do. Called emergency number and lady was very rude.
