Booked a room to sleep 4 and was given a room that sleeps 3. Not a big deal. My wife went down to front desk and they were rude and made her feel like we were inconveniencing them when we just needed what we booked since we were traveling with our kids.

Everything was great except for when we got there Friday the 10th in the afternoon the short Hispanic lady was on the her phone speaking to friend or boyfriend cause when we stood in front of her she ignored us until my wife got her attention and you can tell while getting our room card she had a bad attitude look on her face cause we disturbed her cell phone moment. Everything else was great 👍

There was only one person on duty and she was extremely helpful. My door (deadbolt) would not work and she even came up to try to find me another room.The breakfast was very good. I didn’t like seeing the dogs there. I felt like it was a dog park and I am not a fan of dogs in the room for health reasons and cleanliness. That was the only downside for me.

Room was nice and clean. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel itself could use some maintenance. For example, the lobby bathroom only had 1 working stall (of 3) and there were water stains on ceiling tiles in the first floor hallway. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Made the reservation through expedia. when we got there at 11:30 pm to check in, there were 3 other families there to check in. All of us had made reservations through expedia, but there were no rooms available. After 30 minutes of the desk clerk on the phone with someone, we were told that they had no rooms available. Why are rooms being advertise when there are none available? We ended up having to call around and found a room at another hotel. I don't know if it was expedia's issue or the hotel, but it was inconvenient and a waste of time.

They were understaffed - the ones who were there were doing their best and were very nice. But it took two hours to find any bedding that didn't have feathers and they didn't seem to understand how to check or keep them separate for allergy sufferers. The coffee was bad, nothing fresh or high in protein for breakfast (worse than usual hotels like this.) There was a dog across the hall that barked and howled until 12:30 am. The shower room was tiny and the light in it was burnt out so I left the door open (fortunately I was traveling alone).

After traveling all day (like the rest of us) I was given a room, literally right next to the Elevator (probably 10 feet away) on the fourth floor. The walls were thin; luckily most people were from Argentina (world cup) and somewhat polite and not hugely loud; but with the indifference of the staff and lack of eating places near by; and with the \"supposed\" construction taking place at least with the tore down lumber, drywall and carpet out by the parking area, it was not ideal for me.

Rooms were nice, but common areas were a mess. Multiple roof/ceiling leaks with puddles on floor. Both men’s and women’s restrooms off lobby had multiple stalls out of order and the others hadn’t been cleaned in what seemed like days. Lawn and landscaping were overgrown. TV did not work in room. Others in our party’s rooms were not ready yet even two hours after checkin time. Nice hotel that was simply poorly managed. Cost way too much for such poor maintenance. I’ve stayed in $75 roadside motels more proudly maintained.

We booked this hotel for the outside pool. It was my little girls birthday. She wanted to swim. Pool was completely green and out of order. Only ice maker working was on the 5th floor. The lobby was so packed with some party going on tht was also in the parking lot blocking people from driving to other parts of the hotel. Could not hear the lady at the front. Our room was not that clean. Hair on the bathroom floor and around the shower. A cockroach in one of the pictures hanging in the bathroom. I have pictures. We paid nearly $300 for this. All for a pool that wasn't working but has it as amenities. I feel like people should be allowed to get a FULL refund for advertising things that don't work. The front lady said I could cancel but wouldn't get my full refund from Expedia so we stayed. Very disappointing. Will not sleep at another Hilton. I would not recommend this hotel anyone.

This was a very nice hotel. Rooms were large with separate sitting area. What surprised me was that for such a nice place in general, there was no microwave in the room. Staff said that there were microwaves available in the lounges on the second floor. They also offered to bring one to my room, which I accepted, so no problem in the end. Just remember you will have to ask.

The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain.

It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price to encounter that mess upon arrival. This property needs attention in this area.

As you walk inside, and look up in the lobby, they have water leaks and mold issues. The elevators were damaged.
Worst of all BOTH rooms they showed us had visible mold in the showers. The person at the desk even came up to the 1 room, and noted the mold and lights not working in the bathroom.
Staff stated to expedia, no manager, but there was one who assisted us when we were there. Expedia then told us since there's no manager we had to wait.
We did NOT stay as I had to use an epi pen after being in their building less than 10 minutes.
Expensive night that wasn't worth it. Also their ceiling collapsed recently after a flood, found out from a local. Sleeping in the vehicle was better than this hotel.
Wasn't planning on writing the review till after the refund but would rather others be safe. Horrible service all around.

Great staff! They helped me check-in early. Seemed like there was some kind of renovation and construction on the first floor. The smell was less than desirable in that area. The rest of the hotel was fine. Room was great. Bathroom had loose faucets and leaky drain. Outdoor pool was great on a hot day. Gate was broken. Didn't seem to be up kept too well. Breakfast was good.

Stay on the backside of hotel or on the 1st or 2nd level to avoid the interstate traffic noise. I was up on the top floor on the front side and heard a lot of motor cycle noise and semi’s starting at 5 am all five mornings. Breakfast and staff were good. I have stayed on the 2nd floor on the front side twice before and never heard the highway noise before, must of been because I was on the top floor and didn’t have any trees blocking the noise.

Several different hotels we’ve stayed at on this trip, this one was my favorite. Great stay, but the hotel was under construction while we were there, which kind of changed the ‘“comfort” vibe, but overall a great stay.
Just beware that you’ll have to maneuver around ladders and construction workers.
Lastly, the layout of the room was a little odd. The bathroom was tiny, so hard to get dressed in the bathroom, so not much overall privacy in the room when changing or getting dressed.

There was remodeling going on that caused very minor inconvenience. There was an issue with our 1st room and the staff was unable to resolve it so the moved us to an adjacent room with identical accommodations. We were very satisfied with the results. The breakfast starts at 6:30 am and goes until 9:00am. It offers a wide variety of foods with plenty of protein and fruit. The coffee was hot and tasty. We were very satisfied.

I recently stayed here and would definitely return. The hotel is in a fantastic area—there are a couple of ponds nearby with a great walking trail and benches that made for a perfect spot to enjoy a snack outdoors.

The Room & Amenities: The rooms appear to be in the process of being updated and were very clean.

Sleep & Comfort: The beds were good, and the temperature control in the room worked well.

Features: I appreciated the fridge, coffee maker, and the use of full-size shampoos and soaps. Note: There was no microwave in the room.

Shower: My only minor issue was the water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold, though it wasn't a major deal-breaker.

Facilities & Service: There was construction happening in the lobby during my stay, but it didn't hinder anything or impact the experience. They were a little \"sketchy\" at times and didn't always feel consistent, but we continued to use them. The morning meal was good and a nice inclusion.

Staff Responsiveness: This is a pet-friendly hotel. We did have a dog barking on our floor for a while, but once we texted our concern to the staff, they addressed it immediately and the barking stopped.

Value: The cost was decent, especially considering how expensive everything is these days. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful location!

We had a variety of problems during our two day visit. The shower had very little water pressure part of the time. We didn’t have a microwave until we asked for one. The bathroom light was very dim most of the time. The TV didn’t work properly half of the time. There were no plates for breakfast for several minutes. There was no orange juice the second morning. There wasn’t even a telephone in the room to call the front desk!

The public areas on the first floor were under major renovation. The check in area was a construction jobsite. There was no warning of this on the Hotels.com website. Hotels.com should do better.

That said, once over the shock of checking in onto a construction site the staff was great. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Outside of the construction work the hotel was excellent and we had a nice stay.

The hotel was under major renovation in the public spaces and potential guests were not made aware of that before booking. The hotel public spaces were very dirty, expected to eat in a nasty conference room where a guest brought a huge dog into the breakfast space, no services such as restaurant or bar was available in common spaces. No soap was left in the room and the most annoying was issues with no television service for three nights. Contacted front desk several times concerning the television service and asked for compensation and all I received was, “sorry”.

Significant construction- there was drywall dust everywehere. There was no mention of extensive construction prior to booking.

Room - the bedding was clean. The bed was comfortable. The outlet for one side of bed was missing (the other nightstand had it). The window had so much calcium build up on the exterior that you couldnt see out. In the shower, the caulking had come up in one area and you could see the mildew/mold. The entire bathroom smelled of mildew. The shower doors, when fully shut, leaked a steady stream of water onto the floor. The bathroom door was missing a chunk at the bottom. There were maybe 5 television channels - the TV said \"no service available\". The mini fridge didnt cool properly. The room was oddly laid out - when you lay on the bed, you stare at a blank wall (kind suite).

Breakfast - The eggs were spongy, potatoes were soggy. Wasnt brave enough to try the sausage. The options were bagels, potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, some fruit or cereal.

The check out process was easy. The staff was pleasant.
