The stay was ok. Quiet room. Lots of TV channels. Staff seemed very nice. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Only problem was the AC - it was not the best and had a puddle underneath it from condensation - I worry about a mold problem from that.

Overall the stay was fine for what I paid. My issue is that I was overchargered. I paid for my room through a third party site, then put down a card for the $50 incidental charge which I was told I would get back at check out. After checkout, I doubled checked my account and found that they charged me an additional $92. I went to the front desk, wasn't offered an explanation but was given a refund and a reciept. Checked my account again a few days later and that refund was no longer there. I called and was told there was nothing they could do until the manager was there and that wouldn't be until Monday. Still no explanation of what happened was offered or any form of apology for the inconvenience. Do not recommend.

Grandsons enjoyed the pool. Towels are available poolside. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Carpets were stained in places and the faucet on the bathroom sink was broken. Water only came out at full force, splashing water everywhere and causing the sink to drain slowly. Ceiling light was also not working but we had lamps.

The rooms and inside of the hotel were extremely clean but the parking lot, pool area and entry ways could use some picking up of trash and other debris. We did enjoy our stay using the pool both days. They were short on towels though. We were left 3 towels in our room for a family of 5. We asked for more towels and were told that they were out.

Expedia listed this property having free internet, but you had to become a Wyndom member or pay for WiFi use. The property was older, but clean and had a microwave, fridge (no freezer in the fridge which was inconvenient), TV, breakfast, one complimentary alcoholic drink per guest (unfortunately I left before breakfast and don’t drink, so I can’t comment on quality) coffee maker,
The only dealing I had with the staff was the front desk and they were very pleasant and helpful.

You get what you pay for. Seeing the broken window glass in the parking lot was the first red flag. The 2 free cocktails at \"happy hour\" was nice but quickly realized it 's definitely to distract you from the state of the hotel. The toilet in my bathroom started to leak, and was quickly assigned another room. The new room had no working TV, sticky rug and loud refrigerator.

It didn’t start out well when we were given a room that was already occupied. Seemed to be a little confusion when fixing it. The room was fine but didn’t look like it had been dusted. The sink faucet needs to be fixed; I worried it would break (I let the staff know). Beds and pillows were comfortable and although there was noise from outside, the ac fan took care of that. The outdoor area looks really nice but we didn’t use it (others were). In fact, there quite a few watching soccer in the main area and enjoying themselves. Breakfast was great.

The first night we were there, the shower water was cold. It later was warm enough. The remote for the TV only worked if the person was sitting on the end of one of the beds. The conditioner was rock hard and would not come out of the bottle, obviously very old. For a hotel that is relatively new, it had the feeling of being old and run-down. We won't go there again.

Look…I reserved this location to break up a 14 hour trip. I was looking for decent and clean with a pool. First, on check in…no hot water. They offered a 25% discount or free cancel. We have been in the car 11 hours at this point. We can live without a shower…my kids just want to get in the pool. There must have been 50 kids in the pool, so we wait for it to chill a bit…8:00 my kids are in the pool…BUT…someone allowed a “40” birthday party. The amount of alcohol and the amount of profanity was ridiculous and very much not a “family friendly” atmosphere which the listing boasts. The ice machines didn’t work and there is no elevator…. The internet barely kept connection and we had to have someone come fix our television.

Now, remember we have been on a 14 hour trip. The “40” party was still going on at midnight which the pool closes at 10….what drove them inside was the severe storm that came through the area.

The breakfast was not good and the evidence of the party was still ALL over the pool area. DISGUSTING!

Our stay was unfortunately not satisfactory at all. The room had a horrific musty, mildewy odor so intense that it hit you in the face every time you walked in. There were stains on the bedspreads. The curtain was torn. The towel bar was ripped from the wall. The sliding glass door lock had also been ripped from the wall and reset in a slightly different spot without the old spot having been repaired. The desk lamp was broken. The floor carpet was very old and worn and dirty-looking. There was someone's left-behind dirty underwear in the closet. The outdoor patio had crumbling concrete. And, perhaps most egregious: The shower was COLD. We had to take COLD showers. The nicest part about the place was that the mini-refrigerator and the microwave were working. I've asked for a refund, but haven't heard back yet.

Hotel mostly used by work men and rented to people who did not seem safe. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very mediocre and the server did not speak any English which made communication hard. The happy hour free drinks were nice. Bathroom was gross and we had to take cold showers as there was no hot water. It did not feel safe. There was a woman shouting cuss words all evening at someone on the phone, people smoking pot all night, just not a family friendly location. People obviously living there.

There was also a very noisy group of people outside my window when I was trying to go to sleep, laughing and talking loudly. Then they moved inside and I could still hear them in a room near mine. I would probably not choose to stay there again. The price was not worth the lousy mattress.

The lobby is beautiful, and the pool looked nice but we did not use it.
There were several things that were bothering me about our stay.
1. Dried snot and smears on our bedroom wall, and an open tub maintenance panel that reeked of mildew and mold. Unsanitary!!!
2. Gross stains on the armchair and pullout couch mattress.
3. Confusing breakfast setup - when we checked in, we were told that breakfast was served in the morning. No other info. In the morning, we went to the breakfast line and the woman serving the food abruptly said “ticket”, while holding out her hand. I looked confused and she rudely just pointed to a sign that stated each guest must have a ticket to get food, which can be given at the front desk. Why weren’t we told about this when we checked in? We had to leave the long line and go to the check in desk to get our meal tickets.
4. In the crowded dining area, there was an extreme shortage of chairs. Thankfully someone offered two for my daughter and mother, but as you can see in my photo there were many tables with no chairs whatsoever. People were sitting on the lobby couch to eat breakfast as there were no available chairs.

In short, would not recommend and will not stay here again.

Comfortable bed, decent on site bkf, pool was well maintained, surroundings pretty. However, dated hotel & rooms. I only booked this particular hotel because it stated it had a hot tub. Few days before my arrival I was notified the hot tub was no longer. Very disappointing and just a little false advertising since they didn't update their website. Went to checkout & the desk clerk said \"we don't show you ever checked in\". I checked in on-line less than 24 hours before arrival as asked. Already had been there two nights. Slightly confused front office.
