Room was ok. Had a gun hole in the ceiling, tub filled up while showering, it was very loud all night during my stay. People that were there played music till 2am as if it was a block party, no sleep, someone's kid kept crying. I literally got no sleep during my stay. The staff was friendly but their tenants have zero respect for visitors. I will not be returning to stay.

We checked out immediately after checking in. The lights didn’t work in our room. Once we finally got a light on we could see that the beds were not made, there was food trash in the trash cans and the room smelled of stale smoke. Not to mention that the room next to us had their AC torn apart and being worked on. So much for trying to save a few bucks.

This is an older hotel, well situated near two interstate highways (I-70 and I-470) There is an excellent Texas Roadhouse restaurant within walking distance across the street. The room I had was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water in the bath/shower. All I could ever get out of it was warm water, although the water in the sink was hot. It seemed to be an issue with the control valve for the bath/shower. The air conditioning functioned well.

I requested, chose, and paid for a king main floor room and when we arrived we were told the only king rooms they had were on the 2nd floor so we had to take a double room. The room and the interior of the building were clean. the exterior like the sidewalk, walkways and the grounds around were not clean at all and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 8:30 and breakfast was not supposed to be over until 9:00 and there was minimal sausage and what was there was so hard you could not eat it, we had to ask for eggs and they were cold. If I had the choice, I probably would not stay here again.

Can i give zero stars?????Do NOT stay here. Very dirty and hotel doesn't care. Won't even change bed sheets( literally visually dirty with brown spots and makeup!), dirty towels and clothing still in room from pervious occupants. Floors hadn't been vacuumed, bathroom dirty. Place smells. When asked for clean sheets or clean room, we were told \" our standards are too high\" and no. Ended up leaving and management said we'd get refund' but, no, they didn't do that either. Police all around property, obviously one of their normal stops. I didn't expect much other than a clean bed since that's all we needed, but there was no way we were going to sleep here. I didn't even want to sit my bags down.

Disgusting place. Room was filthy- floor hadn't been vacuumed (looked like not been done in a long time). Tables, counters were grimy, dirty/used towels in corner, someones dirty socks still on floor, sheets were not cleaned (literally spots on sheets/pillowcases, makeup on sheet). Poop on toilet seat. Refrigerator didn't work and was full of water. Room Smelled like a dirty ash tray. Police all over the property. Called management and was informed we were \"looking for problems \" and refused to clean or give us clean sheets. Had several other family members that were staying and had same issues. Also saw other people refusing to stay either. Told us we could get a refund- then hotels.com called them about it to process a refund and they refused to refund even though we didn't stay there. NOT HAPPY!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! BEWARE !!!

The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash. It should have been incredibly easy for the housekeeper to see as it was right at the top of the bed next to where the pillows were. There was no soap by the sink. The pancake mix was gone, when we asked for more the guy took the container out and slowly drained one serving into the cup and didn't bring any more. The eggs and sausage was all gone. When we asked for some he went and made just enough for two people and this was at about 8:00 with an hour left to go. The air conditioning was great and the bed was very comfortable.

I was told there was a noise complaint for music played in the pool one time our entire stay. Now the lady tells me that I was smoking marijuana in the pool area and the music was too loud. This was totally untrue. There were no signs posted that you couldn't smoke in the pool area. And I was only smoking a cigarette in the pool area. After the one music noise complaint I even checked with 3 staff that were working on the top floor above the pool to double check that the music wasn't too loud. A man and two lady employees that were cleaning a room. They told me no it was fine. I've never in 51 years been asked to leave any where. I was totalled shocked and hurt : (

I checked in for 2 nights on 5/22. This is the gist of it....dirty towels on back of bathroom door, homeless man and dog at breakfast, suspicious bugs in sheets on night 2, no hot water, being told I'd get a 20% discount for no hot water at check out and suspicious bugs were given to them. After no return call regarding bugs, I had to call them. A week later I finally reached the manager who told me she would give the 20% discount for water (only gave $20, not full 20%), an apology for dirty towels, and how to kill bedbugs if I have them. My travel bag is still in a trash bag cause I'm scared to open it.

POSITIVES: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Manager was helpful and polite.

NEGATIVES: Exterior looks terrible. Pillows flat, zero support. Towels were thin, tiny, and stained. Only half the shower head worked. Shower curtain had stains. Tub faucet leaked. Sink faucet was installed improperly and the water came out so close to the back of the sink the only way to wash your hands was above the sink and water would go all over the counter. Water pressure was terrible. Check-in staff was rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. If it weren’t for the manager stepping in we’d have had to leave the hotel because we had a disabled individual and booked an accessible room for her. Instead she was put on second floor with no elevator or ramp to access second floor. Staff was unwilling to help us and blamed us for using hotels.com to book. Thankfully, the manager finally stepped in and changed her room to a 1st floor.

Pass on this one

I wouldn’t recommend. I hate to say it but it’s the truth. To start they tried to double charge me, the bathtub was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the drawers had clothes from the last occupant and the bed was so hard :(
