Pros: Safe entry, working AC, and the location is great.
Cons: The room really needed an upgrade and was dirty. The tiles on the floor were loose so they would move around/stick to our feet every time we walked around and we’d have to re-lay them. As for the bathroom, there was an old loofah (not ours) and a used bar of soap (not ours either) in the shower, which shows it hadn’t been cleaned properly before we checked in. The sink also leaked onto the floor every time we used it and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. Lastly, the wifi wasn’t great either.

Fantastic location if you are going to the opera or if you want to be right in the city centre. It’s. 3-4 minute walk from Verona Arena and you can easily walk to Juliet’s Balcony, the main Piazzas and lots of restaurants/cafes. The check in was super easy and communicated clearly. Everything is self-service, with fast WhatsApp support if needed.
If you are a solo female traveler, it’s fairly safe and the area is safe to walk at night and quiet. I was unsure about sharing the apartment with strangers but it was absolutely okay and nobody disturbed each other. You can hear the keys turning and doors closing etc but that’s normal for a flatshare. The bathroom was clean and spacious.
I had the single room and it was basic, but it did the job and matched what I paid which was very low compared to the other options in Verona.
The only negative for me is security. The single room opens up to a balcony which can be accessed from the main entrance and there is only a shutter and not a particularly secure door. There was also a lot of loud noise from some kind of machine on the balcony and the water pipes. I also think the place could do with a revamp as it’s very old-fashioned.
However, there was AC, Wi-Fi, a TV, towels, and a clean bed. I slept well and had no issues.

This property was very clean and quiet, all the basics provided. The television in room five had a blue hue to it and I had trouble off and on with the internet, but that could have been my lack of expertise. The receptionist
was very pleasant and helpful, but only there for a couple of hours in the morning while I was staying. The location is good, central and very close to the arena, in case you are an opera fan. Just across the street there is a bar where you can get breakfast.
I would stay again if I return to Verona.

When I booked, I had no idea I was renting a room in an apartment in a building! I would expect that from a service like AirBnB but not Expedia. At least this was my personal expectation.
I was a bit surprised when I got a call from the property saying that we don’t have a reception and that is not a hotel.
Sharing a bathroom was also not an option that I would go for, and that was the second surprise that we need to share the bathroom with other guests.
Luckily, there was no one in the adjacent room.

The room was in poor condition. The handle to the bathroom \"door\" (I use that loosely because it was an accordion door that didn't fully close) was broken and kept falling off. The wood floor was missing a tile or two, creating a very unpleasant hole to step on. They lied about \"maid service available on request\" because there was never anyone on staff to request it from...just an empty desk. They lied about checkin hours because again, there's no staff, so the email about staff being there until 5:00 p.m. was a lie as well. We had to call management to get toilet paper (took plenty of rolls because it was possible they would never return). Basically, no service, disrepair. The only plus was location, but one shouldn't come at the cost of everything else.

Location, location, location! Can't be much better. But...floor tiles were loose in the room, bathroom door knob kept falling off, and the sink stated leaking on the floor. Still...LOCATION makes this place really good if one isn't too picky.

It was a very basic room, not good value for the price, We had beds that looked like camp beds, squeaky and soft, the bathroom was poor as the shower was small and winder frame was all broken with paint off it, there was no change of towels in two days, no one there all day Sunday to get any, only plus side was the location

Only down side for me was there was no milk to put in tea, coffee ,and NO shops nearby that I could actually buy a bottle from – So my advice would be to nip to McDonalds and take a few sachets OR ask the hotel in advance to supply some as a request

The staff were brilliant and did as much as possible to help us. We had the room with private bathroom. The room was large and comfortable, but the private bathroom was small, a bit run down and across the hallway so a bit uncomfortable. The other shared bathroom is near the bedroom and the walls are very thin, so we could hear people coming and going in the night, so it didn't feel very private. The location was excellent and the self check in was very good. Overall a fine stay, good for a few days in verona but felt more inbetween hostel and hotel then a hotel.

The rooms are a 3 minute walk from the Arena in one direction, 2/3 minute walk from the shops and bars in the other direction.
Honestly an absolutely lovely place to stay, the staff were lovely always saying hello and goodbye whenever we entered of left the building, they were also constantly cleaning the rooms (which was nice to see).
The view from the windows was beautiful! When laying in thee bed we could see the tops of the mountains and some of the tops of the buildings!
The ONLY, and I do mean only, 2 things I could complain about are;
1) They put a piece of a post-it note on the outside of the building to show you where the rooms are located... which had fallen off so it took us a while and a lovely old Italian \"mama\" to come out of the building to show us where to go!
2) The shower could do with a bit of a deep clean on it, there is just a small buildup of limescale on it due to use!
But honestly nothing that I would ever turn my nose up.
I WILL 100% be visiting here again, I have fallen in love with Verona on the whole and I think this place made my stay even better!

I paid more at Expedia for the hotel for the option to “pay at check out”. The hotel automatically charged my credit card before I even got there. I was supposed to split the hotel price with a friend and we couldn’t. The hotel is the most disorganized place. It took us hours to find the hotel because there is no sign outside of it. Also the phone number online doesn’t even work so you can’t call the hotel if you need anything. Worst hotel in Verona

La temperatura della casa ideale, il condizionatore che c'è fuori dalla stanza 6 fa rumore e rovina un po la qualità del sonno ma se si spegne si risolve il problema. I bagni sono molto puliti, tuttavia avrei aprezzato la presenza del disinfettante, per chi ne avesse necessità consiglio di portarlo da casa. Io mi sono trovato molto bene, sicuramente ritornerei nella struttura in occasioni future.

A hospedagem está no Hotels.com mas NÃO é hotel. Trata-se de um apartamento no Centro de Verona, com 05 quartos, que são alugados aleatoriamente. Não existe recepção, não existe serviço nenhum. Acredito que existe um timer para desligar o ar-condicionado, porque durante a noite tivemos que religá-lo algumas vezes. O box com o uso, a água não escoa bem e fica empoçando durante o banho. Não existe penduradores de toalhas no banheiro. Nos sentimos muito inseguros. A internet não funciona bem. Recebemos uma senha para ter acesso ao prédio. O único ponto positivo é a localização.

Il mio soggiorno a Verona è stato positivo nel complesso. Sono stata due notti per un capodanno romantico in questa splendida città. Ho alloggiato in una camera per due persone con bagno privato esterno. La stanza l'ho trovata pulita nel complesso, giusto qualche macchia vecchia sulle tende e sul piumone. La nota negativa è stata senz'altro il freddo del bagno (esterno privato) molto stretto e privo di riscaldamento. L'assenza del bidet è stato un problema per il fatto che lavarsi con la doccia con quel freddo era davvero fastidioso. Per l'accoglienza nulla da dire in negativo, la signora Antonella è stata molto gentile e ha dato la sua disponibilità per qualsiasi dubbio. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è onesto. Posizione ottima.
