This photos of this place look super nice but in reality, it is not. This place is kind of a click bait. I was sent to their \"annex\" hotel across the street and it was just horrible. It is nothing like the pictures. originally i wanted to stay another night for the location but i left quickly the next day. You can get much better hotels for the price you pay

The staff are perfect. It makes the experience that much more. The area surrounding the hotel has hundreds of food and drink options with convenience stores less than 20 seconds away. Both train stations are less then 5 min walk.

I stayed at Centurion Grand Akasaka with family. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants 7/11 nearby and Picasso store (part of donki) would stay here again!

Lobby features a beautiful hardwood table seating 8–9, with unlimited free espresso/coffee and tea for working or waiting. A 7-Eleven is steps away, with other convenience and drugstores nearby. Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza are all one direct train ride away (≈20–25 minutes).
Each guest is provided with a Japanese-style bathrobe and hotel slippers. Daily towel changes and room cleaning are available, with full replenishment of toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, hair tie, cotton swabs, shower loofah), and beds made daily. The service desk is open 24/7.
There are plenty of dining options within walking distance.

We just stayed one night and ask for a refund, the place is a scam , if you see the photos nothing is even closer to what you showed in your page.

I strongly recommend to review and try to avoid this kind of scams. I recognized the staff were very kind and helpful .

We haven’t tried their breakfast because we always have to leave very early in the morning. We just grab coffee and bun from the nearby Seven Eleven which taste good too.
Their employees are all excellent in their job. The facility is clean. We just felt bad because I reserved a non smoking room but for whatever reason we got a room that allows smoking. The smell of cigarette smoke is a little bit not pleasant; other than that it was a good and pleasant stay.

We reserved a nonsmoking room only to find out they gave us a smoking room. When we asked for a nonsmoking room at the check in, the attitude was cold and we were told “go talk to the booking site you used, we can’t do anything”. We ended up staying in the smoking room for a week. During the stay we lost one door key and they charged three thousand yan for replacement.

Staff were extremely courteous and attentive. Rooms were clean, but felt dated. We stayed in the annex building which is just across the road from the main tower. Laundry facilities are on the 3rd floor of the main tower.
Location is convenient, short walk from a couple of subway stations sitting across multiple lines. Plenty of local shops for local eats.

This hotel's location is awesome. It is conveniently located near multiple subway lines. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The staff is super nice and hotel is pretty clean. The only drawback is that the rooms are really small (normal for Japan), and sometimes the water in the shower has inconsistent temperature (hot, then cold, then hot again. But other than that, we like it and would stay there again.

Hotels.com books to the ‘Annex’ across the street from the Centurion, but this was not clear when we made the booking. The Annex rooms are very dated and run down, but quirky in their own right. Also disappointed that the onsen was for men only and with an additional 500yen fee. The location was fantastic, close to train station and dining and full of street activity. And our room was surprisingly quiet for how busy it was outside. There was no free breakfast or lounge area.

Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka is a great and affordable hotel. It is close the some convenience stores, restaurants, Bic Camera, and the train station. Very convenient and the staff are very friendly.

There are minor flaws in the room, like small areas of wallpaper tearing apart and the legs of the desk chair that are loose. I would not recommend using their razor kit because it pulls on my facial hair and cuts my skin. It is a very cheap razor.

Other than that, everything else in the hotel room is excellent! I would recommend this hotel if you want an affordable and convenient experience.

The room was very small. We were 3 people in the room. There was nowhere to put our clothes. We were there for 6 days and we had to live out of our suitcases. After two days we upgraded to a bigger room but we had the same problem regarding clothes storage. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and it was close to the train station and tons of restaurants around the hotel.

Centurion was one of our best stays. It is said that the people make the place, and this is the absolute truth about this hotel. I cannot say enough about the helpful, friendly staff, who all went above and beyond to answer our questions and set the stage for our first brilliant trip to Japan. An added bonus is the convenience of the Akasaka neighborhood, the clean rooms, and musically themed lobby. I cannot wait to return to this lovely hotel in Tokyo.

Disappointed in the room. The carpets were dirty/crunchy. Heavy perfume sprayed in the rooms. The air conditioner is controlled by the front desk and you have to call them to turn it on otherwise the heat is on which was uncomfortable. Could not wait to leave.

Fantastic location, very close to Akasaka station/Asaka Mitsuke Station and easy to take Ginza line to Shibuya/Shinjuku and other areas. Room was great - enough space for 2 with 5 luggages. Breakfast was the weak point. They had 4 predefined options that did not resonate with me. One day I had a bad upset stomach that I can strongly relate to the breakfast. The next (and last) morning I did not take the risk and skipped it (gave back the breakfast cards to the reception).
Everything else was OK. There where 2 convenience stores very closed, to get sandwiches, soft drinks and deserts, until late in the night.

Above all else, the staff was great, especially the front desk crew. They answered questions, took care of your needs, and made you feel like an honored guest. My hats off to them! They make the stay pleasant. The interiors of the hallways and at least my room, was a little rough around the edges. Still nice accommodations, but small things like torn corner wall paper, or scratches on the lower walls where luggage has scrapped by, and carpets that could use a refresh, were the only criticisms I have. Again, the staff make up for all this, but I would hope the owners will tend to these small areas to really bring it up another level. They already have a solid staff, now all it needs is the refresh to support them. Overall, I’d give the Centurian a 7-8/10.

It is not too from the station, a few minutes walk and not too far from Ginza. It is close to 7/11 as well. It is not too busy as well, quiet area with few places to eat nearby. The rooms are quite small which is to be expected but service is nice, especially when it comes to cleaning the room. Washroom is really nice as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if i had the chance.

Akasaka is a great base for exploring Tokyo, offering easy access to many neighborhoods. The staff were friendly. While the guest room was quite small, it was very clean and reasonably comfortable.

Very convenient location. A metro station is nearby and the area is not too crowded. I feel like I found a good business hotel area in terms of convenience and easy to access. Room was very spacious for Tokyo’s standard. My floor was ok, but it’s a smoke ok hotel, so be careful when you book it if you are sensitive to the smell.

Not the best hotel, and was quite shocked by quality of this hotel for the price we paid. First of all, if you book the “annex,” you’re getting the vintage building that’s across the street. The bottom floor is some type of restaurant that smells of fish each time you walk through it. You also don’t need a key card to operate the elevator which posed as a safety concern. The room we got was incredibly small, which was expected because it seems like that’s common in Japan. But it was also dated! The old tile floor that reminded us of the bottom of a pool was actually quite sore to walk on barefoot, so we always had to use the paper thin hotel slippers or our own footwear. The couches in our room were old fashioned and VERY uncomfortable. We booked triple occupancy, so one of the sofas was pulled out to make a “bed.” It was very uncomfortable and hard. Toiletries were provided, but quality was poor. We had an air purifier in our room which was questionable as we later saw reviews of rooms feeling “damp.” The area surrounding the hotel wasn’t great either, very rowdy people that appear to be getting drunk after work. So potentially not great area for young children. Overall, this hotel did the job, but for the price, would not recommend this place.

We were moved across the street to the centurion vintage. Staff were wonderful, but that was just our biggest let down. When you book, you only have pictures and reviews to go by, and I felt misled about where we were staying and what we paid for.

When we believed that disaster had struck when one of mu friends had lost his passport. The staff at the hotel helped us track down the passport back at the airport. Form a potential trip ender to trip saviours we simply can not thank the staff enough for everything that they have done.

Nice hotel option. Room isn’t huge but it did the job. Me and my partner stayed and we had 1 suitcase and 2 carry on bags plus 2 backpacks. Close to plenty of food options and 7-eleven is 30 seconds away. Train station is close too. We took the train to shibuya shinjuku and the train rides weren’t long at all. Laundry in the building and not expensive at all

Firstly an issue in rate communication between the hotel and hotels.com! On arrival we were told we would need to pay extra for our children, even though we’d included this in our search criteria when booking!
The hotel is also in not a very good state of repair. Very tired and old.

Amazingly quiet in the room compare to the busyness in the area. Staff greets whenever guests leave the hotel or return the hotel. The room is quite damp somehow but bearable. The location is very convenient with numerous coffee shops and convenient shops and drug stores. Several metro lines can be accessed within 5 min.
